  1. I guess it's forgivable since they're only charging US$16 for it. If it was full price or more than $30... I think more people would complain. PC gamers expect some level of quality, but for less than $20 you can't expect a AAA-quality port. Hopefully they at least unlock the framerate, instead of fixing it at 30fps.
  2. Recommended Specs: OS: Windows Vista / 7 / 8 Processor: Intel Core 2 Quad (2.66 GHz) / AMD Phenom II X4 (2.8 GHz) processor Memory: 1 GB RAM Graphics: Nvidia Geforce GTX 460 / ATI Radeon HD 5870 DirectX: Version 11 Hard Drive: 30 GB available space Sound Card: DirectX 11 compatible sound card Additional Notes: A game controller using Xinput is recommended for this game. (If using a DirectInput based controller, please use the driver side key configuration to adjust settings as required.) Judging from this list, no improvements will be made since the specs are so low. Hopefully some good mods come out and improve the port for Square Enix.
  3. It seems like most of your predictions have come true, Sora96. Now to see if your less conservative predictions are accurate...
  4. Well... he made a clone. Making a clone which can do all those things isn't that impressive lol.
  5. A PS3 won't help much for playing FFXV or Type-0... But yeah, a PS3 would be nice to have in general.
  6. This is great. Hopefully this means a March 2016 (or earlier) release for FFXV. Only worrying thing is "Some players will be able to get Episode Duscae for free thanks to a voucher included with Final Fantasy Type-0 HD" Does that mean the demo will cost normally?
  7. When does it start? 10 minutes I'm guessing?
  8. A g8 action-adventure game is this weird Japanese title called "Kingdom Hearts". You should give it a shot, it's fantastic
  9. If you don't mind me asking, what predictions of yours have been right so far?
  10. I still have a little bit of hope that FFXV will release late 2015 in Japan... Unrealistic, but I've been believing in Versus 13 for years and I will never stop.
  11. Mega Camerupt ftw. I wonder if any types have changed, would be cool if Camerupt was pure Fire or something.
  12. Whelp, at least there's Bravely Second to be excited about. Would like some FFXV/KH3 news, but BS is all I expect from Square Enix nowadays...
  13. Both can work well sometimes. Everyone needs good work ethic, or else it would just be me doing everything.
  14. Nah. By the sounds of it your friend isn't very trustworthy... but you probably know better. Maybe wait until KH HD 2.5 comes out so he can buy that after he's played KH1 and/or Re:COM. I played KH2 directly after KH1, without played COM, and I followed the story easily. Watching the Days cutscenes probably would ruin some of the magic of KH2.. or bore him to death.
  15. I really don't know what's going on with Square Enix, and what they're going to do. I don't think they should announce any new Final Fantasy games until FFXV releases. They should see what happens with that game before deciding what to do next... I would rather Final Fantasy and SE survive than them try and produce heaps of costly AAA Final Fantasy games and bankrupt themselves.
  16. The Kotaku article goes into how Final Fantasy has led the way for Japanese games. From making 3D games to releasing games in the west, the Final Fantasy series had been a leader for JRPGs and Japanese game Console gaming will survive in the west, but Japanese games hinge very crucially on Japan, and Japan's console market is dying. Oh yes, sorry. I thought I had changed that lol. The Kotaku interview mentioned Tabata but I wrote Sakaguchi for some reason lol.
  17. Kotaku conducted an interview with Final Fantasy XV's co-director Hajime Tabata. During the interview, he mentioned the potential fate of Square Enix's console development if FFXV bombs... While his opinion isn't indicative of Square Enix in general, it is worrying that Sakaguchi and other Square Enix employees might give up on console development if FFXV fails. I pray that this doesn't happen, but it very well could. Hopefully Kingdom Hearts survives the changes that might occur at Square Enix. The rest of the Kotaku article is very interesting as well, as it discusses the state of Japanese game development, among other things: http://kotaku.com/the-final-fantasy-xv-problem-1631021969?utm_campaign=Socialflow_Kotaku_Facebook&utm_source=Kotaku_Facebook&utm_medium=Socialflow
  18. According to Wikipedia, Frozen made $400M in NA, and $870M in other countries, with $247M in Japan. .. So it's a little more successful than you said About a fifth of the films profit was from Japan, so that's pretty extraordinary.
  19. Hmm... Maybe Tidus. HOW CAN I BE SURE I'M NOT JUST A DREAM!?! Is this just a scattered dream that's like a far-off memory? Or a far-off memory that's like a scattered dream?
  20. Ugh. I guess. Nintendo and most companies refers to the countries separately, but I guess it's convenient to abbreviate Australasia/Oceania (or Australia and New Zealand) to Australia...
  21. You can't really blame him for not mentioning Canada, when you do the same for New Zealand
