    Live Triggers worked in FFXIII-2 because it fit the story line. There were multiple timelines, so there were infinite amounts of choices. Kingdom Hearts has only timeline. It is not a choice to say," Let the world go to darkness!" when we are fighting darkness.

    Riku's heart is not special in the way that Sora's heart is. Sora is a heart harborer while Riku can/lock the darkness. Therefore, Riku's nobody would look just like him and his heartless would be nothing special. If Sora can be a tiny shadow heartless, what makes you think Riku would be big like Darkside? Oh yeah his muscles.
