It is hard to say if the secret enemy is actually a Nobody or anything along those lines but considering Nomura mentioned that KH3 is supposed to finish Xehanort saga. It is quite possible. I only like the game better because you can actually feel something happen. However, the manga does have one point. You could see something that's not in your character's point of view such as Dusks giving Axel photo pictures of Roxas and his friends or Axel telling Repliku to do something. Manga's comedy moment doesn't appeal to me as the game.
