Master Xehanort wanted to unlock the true kingdom hearts rather than an artificial one made from gathered hearts like the on we saw in KH1 and KH2

I think that was a text error. It was supposed to be "it" instead of "he". Nope it was no error Roxas was referring to Diz who chose Sora over Roxas as the keyblade wielder to aid him in his revenge on Xehanort (Xemnas in this case), after all at the end of days, Roxas had a bone to pick with Xemnas
