[align=justify]If you have the time, it can be a great companion. I personally have 6 birds (2 budgies, 1 zebra finch, 2 cockatiels and a scarlet-chested parrot) and even if they require time, my family and I don't regret adopting them. I spent some time with Conures in an aviary and they are one of my favorite parrots because they were really gentle and funny. But they attacked my half-brother and my mom, go figure. So I guess it really depends on the time you plan to spend with your bird, because it'll be much easier to befriend him if you spend a lot of time with him out of his cage. Me with a few of the parrots in the aviary~ Didn't find the one I was looking for but anyway.[/align]

It actually started when I first read "Arkham Asylum: A Serious House on a Serious Earth", I don't know if the original version of the graphic novel has it but the 15th Anniversary version I have features texts by Arkham's patients. And since my favorite character of all time always been The Joker, his text was the one I wanted to read first. It goes like this: "And who is this pure fool? Lo, in the sagas of old time, legend of scald, of bard, of druid, cometh he not green like Spring? O thou water that art air, in whom all complex is resolved! Oh yes! Fill the churches with dirty thoughts! Introduce honesty to the White House, write letters in dead languages - to people you've never met! Paint filthy words on the foreheads of children! Burn your credit cards and wear high heels! Asylum doors stand open! Fill the suburbs with murder and rape! DIVINE MADNESS! Let there be ecstasy, ecstasy in the streets! LAUGH and the WORLD laughs WITH YOU!" When I subscribed to a forum afterwards, I decided to use Divine Madness as a username and it stayed. And then I created my Nobody's self.
