    I like Billy Zane's voice best (probably because that's the one I heard first), but I like Richard Epcar's voice too and since Billy Zane only was the voice of Xehanort's Heartless in KH1 and Richard has been in all the other games, then it's most likely Richard that will voice Xehanort. Unless they get some other guy to do it.... But who will voice Terra, I don't know, probably some new guy.
