    I mainly intended for people to bash on the games themselves, but if you have something to say about the community, go head! Me when I saw your post Now this I know the answer too. It's standard firetrucked up KH logical which was poorly explained in-game and the full explanation is in some interview but it is an answer. Xemnas being the nobody is the one using Terra's body, while Ansem was originally just a brown hood in his Heartless form. After Ansem possessed Riku he transformed Riku's body into a more suiteable form. So Xemnas uses Terra's and eventually grows his own heart; Ansem uses Riku's body and has Master Xehanort's heart. So both of them are essentially complete people. Also where the hell Terra's heart is in all of this; I don't know. What is vanilla again?

    Kingdom Hearts is a franchise we all love and adore (why else be on this site?) but the series also has plenty of faults, tiny things here and there that are just downright stupid. So what are the things that annoy you the most about the series? Or what are things you find to be completely stupid? One the things that have annoyed me for an example is the stupid ball scene in bbs at Castle of Dreams, or the invisible crowd cheering at Terra at the coliseum.

    Something I never understood about the Emblem Heartless is how they can start to exist universally. If Xehanort, Even, Ienzo and the others manipulated a heart or Heartless and suddenly got a Emblem Heartless as a result, that only means they got one result in their laboratory. How can that experiment just write itself into existence as a common law of the universe? If someone in England experiments on humans and hamsters, and suddenly get a hamster-human as a result, that doesn't mean people across the world would suddenly turn into hamster-humans!

    I hugely disagree with this section. The reason KH has never looked anything similar to FFXIII is due to difference in art style, not because of restrictions. The games are made by the same company for godsake, of course they could have KH look FFXIII if they wanted to. As for "dumbing" down the graphics, that's a result due to SE and Nomura's decision to spread the franchise across other platforms. And that desicion has nothing to do with it all being one big story rather than being a bunch of stand-alones. It would have happened anyways. FF too is spreading like wildfire across platforms. FF Tactics for example isn't exactly on pare with FFXIII's graphics. There is also no reason for why the combat would have evolved anymore had the franchise taken a different path. Besides the gameplay of Kingdom Hearts has evolved a lot since its first game, and the franchise has tested out a bunch of new things with each game.

    Anybody know when the next SE event might be, or some event where they might show up, and when we are most likely to get some more news regarding either 2.8 or KH3 or both?

      I'd say our best chance of getting new KH3 news and 2.8 news would be E3 2016. Otherwise, nobody knows.

      Yeah most likely E3 2016 which is in June. Sucks there is no event before that where SE could show up.

    All the hearts belonging to the Organization XIII members were trapped inside Xemnas' Kingdom Hearts. Therefor they all came back at the same time. KH3D is right after KH2.

    Shadow, Neoshadow, Invicible, Orcus, Darkball, Armored Knight, Assault Rider, Large Body, Large Armor, Zip Slasher, Malicious Reindeer, Angel Star, Eliminator, Soldier, Commander, and Air Soldier.I just want a good mix of Heartless' from KH1, KH2, KH Days, and KHX. And new once too, obviously.

    People eat up bad movies all the time. Just because something sells well doesn't mean it's bad. Star Wars had a huge following. That's why the prequels were a financial success, but when you don't consider how it performed commercial, they're a pile of shit.

    What the... Did I miss something? What the hell is all this? Alice Through the Looking Glass, Beauty and the Beast, Dumbo, Mulan, Pinocchio, A Night on Bare Mountain, Maleficent sequel, Aladdin prequel, The Sword and the Stone? Why the hell do they have to live-action remake all their previous work!? Give us something new and original!

    After reading that it'll be set after the movie and seeing the poster I'm a little more hopeful. Looks cool.

    Did Square ever promise that there would be news at D23? Also, Big Hero 6? Seriously? I can see how Tangled and Frozen easily would fit into Kingdom Hearts, but Big Hero 6? Didn't like the movie so not happy about it but it could be cool.

    Yeah Xion's voice actor voiced a character named Opal. She did a terrific job!

    Based on gameplay footage the game mechanics look awful. And what little there is of a plot is totally bonkers.

    Actually it is. They called the game 3D due to it being on the 3DS and then came up with the three words starting with D afterwards.

    BloodBorne has a godawful loading time. However, Nomura said in a interview that one of the things he'd like to focus on was the reduction of load time.

    Just an outfit switch. Namine is wearing Kairi's, and vise versa. Same goes for Sora and Roxas. They did something similar last year. Means nothing.
