It's like what you get before you officially get your license. I can drive, but only if an adult is with you. You have to drive a total of 60 hours; 50 in the day, 10 at night. You aren't completely independent until you pass the driver's test one year later and get your license.

That's what I thought. Just wanted to be safe. Thanks, y'all! Actually, that's incorrect. It doesn't matter whether or not the subject is a person. "An" is another form of "a" that is used before a subject that begins with a vowel, unless it sounds like another letter, such as this case with "a one" (sounds like a "w"). "An Kingdom Hearts fan" just sounds plain weird.
-
Well, I now know all that now! D:
-
When using the word "one", is the correct term to use before it "a" or "an"? It could be "a" because it makes a w-sound, but it could technically be "an" because it begins with a vowel. Please help me out here. ._.'

(( Sorry that it took me awhile to come up with something. :'D )) I was out on the open road, crossing past the Pennsylvania border. My pal, Kyle had phoned me a couple of days ago, telling me of an intriguing town called Centralia. He joked about how the population was as much as his brothers and sisters, but what interested me that most was the history. There was an accident in the coal mines in the 60s. Now, the dangerous gases still leak to the surface. I'm very interested in seeing how it has affected the landmark. Thus, I began my journey. However, to my unfortunate extent, there will be bumps in the road. A pop emerged, followed by a long hiss. I realized what the situation was as the car began to fumble. Sighing, I gently pulled off to the side of the road. Coming to a complete stop, I shut off the engine. Taking my seatbelt off, I stepped out of the car and observed the side. Sure enough, I blew a tire. "Great..." I muttered. I didn't know the number for the tow truck, but calling the police could help just as well. However, as soon as I took my phone out of my pocket, the first thing that I noticed was the absence of bar signals on the screen. Tucking it back in my pocket, I cursed under my breath as I leaned against the car. From my other pocket, I flicked out my lighter and cigarette pack. All I can do is wait for a passerby car to come and give me a lift. Seeing as how empty the highway was, it might be awhile.

You have heard right, ladies and gentlemen. I had been intensely studying since yesterday. I left school early yesterday for my eye doctor appointment, followed by my test, but due to my eyes being dilated, I couldn't until today. Once again, I left early today (but not before crazy stuff happening, like this one girl having a seizure in my class... again, and a lockdown). Getting home, I studied for about half an hour or more. Once I felt I was prepared, we left. I brought my necklace I got from my dad as a good luck charm. (Lol, yeah, coming from me, the girl with bad karma.) Arriving a place, we did the usual procedures. Signing stuff, showing certain requirements, etc. After I was done with that, I went into the back and started off with my eye exam. I don't know why my dilated eyes would have given me problems (other than the policeman might have thought that I was high on something), since the test was fairly easy. The most odd question I had was when two lights to the sides of my head were blinking, and he asked which side it was blinking on. (Me and my suspicions of trick questions.) After that, I went ahead and took the written exam... or the electronic exam, I should say, or... whatever. There were thirty questions, and I had an hour to do them. They were simply easy. Don't know who would take over an hour to finish them, but oh well. One of the questions I had struggle with was something like this: "You come to a stop at an intersection. To your right is a bicyclist. Who has the right of way?" Once again, I started thinking it was a trick question. Was he there before me, or was he finally arriving there? Another question involved an interstate highway. I stood there for a clear minute, thinking, "What's an interstate highway...?" because during the whole time, I was thinking of an intersection. (Too many inters, I say. :'D) Next was a sign test. That was fairly simple too. I didn't have any troubles with it. Finishing it, I went back to the police officer hesitantly, since I had no idea what to do next. That's when he gave me my papers for my permit, saying that I passed. (They didn't tell me what I got, though. >.>) So, I went up to the front again, signing more stuff, getting my picture, and finally, my permit! Once we left, Mom and I went to Buffalo Bob's to celebrate. After that, we got some ice cream (which I remembered about just now. :'D Oops.). Mom dropped me off at home, I celebrated with the cats, and got on the computer. Now, here I am. Quite a joyous day it was. I refuse to let anything ruin my mood. >83

Name: Thomas "Tommy" Abshire Jr. lolwhutmyuncle? Age: 20 Short Bio: As a child, his parents have set goals and high expectations for Tommy. His father, Thomas Sr. wanted his son to be in the family business. His mother, Carol, wanted him to be a lawyer. However, neither futures appeased him. He wanted to be involved with science, like geology. Upon graduating, while his parents see this achievement as a step towards their dreams, Tommy sees it as a step towards his own. However, despite receiving a scholarship, he wanted to study the world on his own first. Two years later, an interesting chance came when his friend phoned him about Centralia. Appearance: He has short, black hair that he intends to grow out. Many claims that his hazel eyes look just like his mother's. With white skin, he covers most of it with casual clothes, such as hoodies, jeans, t-shirt, ecetera. He is also near-sighted, so he wears a pair of glasses.

I really like the first one. It's appealing to the eye. I sort of like the second one, but it seems... random, with the choice of characters. (Ooh, is this a Hope I see? /shotforfangirlism) Zexion right in Namin

Despite feeling intimidated in a bad way, I shall fill one out. ._.' Canon or Original?: Erm... Original. Yeah, let's go with that. What genre do you want to 1x1 with me?: Uhh... Action/Romance...? /shot Sample of your roleplaying: Mio simply kept her eyes down, studying the pattern of the blanket. "... It's been almost five years," she admitted, her throat becoming lightly hoarse. "Funny... how time seems to go by so fast.... Yet, it seemed like such a long time." The younger Amakura twin desperately wanted to be with her sister, on the other end of the mirror. Death. That way, she could always be with her sister, and the others would no longer have to judge her. The others.... She shook her head mentally. What a stupid thought. Even if she were to die, it would only be of a selfish cause. Her family

qQC_Y3IFmfE Please, do not let the "I-can't-understand-the-lyrics" ruin this video for you, like a certain individual I know. It's really stupid. Really, if this song was orchestrated with a choir singing Latin beautifully, would you not like it because you don't know what the hell they're saying? ... Sorry about my rant. I'm going through so much right now, and stupid reasons for not allowing a video, that I worked so hard on, into a video contest doesn't help one bit. Merry Christmas.
