Since Vanitas is Pure darkness and Ventus is pure light,theres a scene where you see Vanitas fuse with Ventus which may have created Sora. And since ventus won the battle,The light took over the darkness and Sora is Light and not darkness My point is. Sora=Ventus+Vanitas And if you think like : But Hey! You clearly see Vanitas dissapear after Ventus beating him. Remember Darkness and Light are eternal.
