  1. To be totally honest, it sounds a bit dumb. Hiro's character arc in Big Hero 6 was all about learning to cope with the loss of Tadashi, which he ended up achieving via Baymax and his friends. Having a plotline where they're possibly able to bring Tadashi back cheapens that character growth to me. Could it factor into Roxas' return? Maybe, but I don't think that's a good way to go about it.
  2. I stopped caring a long time ago. Whatever important story the game has, it never offered it when I cared.
  3. Thinking about uploading chapters from my story to Deviantart to help keep me motivated and get some feedback on my writing. Any thoughts?

It depends on the story I guess. Deviantart is good for origibal content but I don't know if it's bigger in the fanfiction department than other websites. Though it's also a possibility to post it on multiple websites.

  4. This has nothing to do with either KHHD game. This is about The World Ends With You.
  5. To quote Charii, "WHAT CHOICE?!?" Aqua only said to go shut the door without her, not that Mickey shouldn't find her in the Realm of Darkness. 0.2 is just a giant mess of plot contradictions to justify an extra game for 2.8.
  6. Thanks, man. I was thinking of having it be more of a Opera Omnia feel, rather than the past one where things were more classic Dissidia. The book is going slow. Way too slow. I keep hitting portions where I just don't feel like writing it. I'm starting to skip those parts, using small blurbs to depict what is supposed to happen. Aww snap! Glad to have you on board!
  7. I've been thinking about starting up a new Dissidia RP and just wanted to gauge the interest. Ideas would be welcome if you're interested.
  8. I'd say relation to the protagonist, motivation, and their actions. Having a well-formed relation to the protagonist helps bolster both the hero and the villain. Motivation helps the audience get why the villain does what he does, maybe even getting them to root for the villain. Their actions help show the audience why it matters that the hero is going against the villain. If the villain isn't making the right actions, it's hard to take them seriously as the villain.
  9. I'll give it to Spider-Man. I enjoyed it much more, and it really understood what it wanted and needed to be.
  10. The only thing I want to see is the remaining Disney worlds. Anything else is just adding to the mess of the TGS trailer.
  11. The Frozen trailer and the TGS trailer had that effect on me. I felt Nomura was blowing so much potential stuff for the players just to build up some hype and theories. It's getting annoying. I hate that my anticipation for KH3 is such a roller coaster. I'm probably going to avoid watching the next trailer, cut myself off from KH pages on Facebook and other social media as well.
  12. Am I the only one who's hoping the Classic Kingdom games aren't required for 100% completion of Kingdom Hearts 3? Or, at the very least, aren't necessary to play for the Platinum trophy? I've been playing the games on Union Cross to get Starlight, and I'm so glad the scores are cumulative in that game, but I'm not sure how it would be on console, if you'd need a single run score on the game. I'm also curious on how the controls would work on console, as the games seem to work mostly fine on the touch screen. One last complaint about Classic Kingdom: it needs background music during the games. The sound effects are so grating sometimes, and I think the games could at least have music for some variety besides the chip sounds.
  13. Square Enix characters in a nutshell: "Ok, I believe you."
  14. In that case, I use Adobe Premiere. I think most YouTubers who do massive editing use Sony Vegas. Maybe some After Effects too.
  15. You're not wrong. All the Organization members thus far have shown up in similar circumstances to how they were earlier. Young Xehanort is in the Toy Box, pulling people apart into different worlds to see how their hearts manage. Luxord is back in the Caribbean, asking Captain Jack about a box. Vanitas is in the Monsters Inc world, using the Unversed to scare children and mess with normal operations. Xigbar, while we don't know where we encounter him, is still guiding Sora forward on a path, just like in Dream Drop Distance.
  16. Here's why this is bunk: Marvel character. Just "Marvel character trailer". While Square still has so much to show of the unrevealed worlds, as well as Tangled and Big Hero 6, why the hell would they dedicate an entire trailer to just ONE single character? Hey, let's announce that we're remaking the worst Final Fantasy at the same time that we haven't even finished one part of the remake we already showed off! What could possibly go wrong there? Avengers: Age of Reckoning is the laziest name for anything Avengers related ever. No Final Fantasy XV second round of DLC being shown off? I smell something fishy... No way they're making a new Tactics game. Especially with a name so derivative of "War of the Lions".
  17. I think that Iron Man would be more likely to be a summon if it were any Marvel character. Spider-Man is heavily shared with Sony, while Iron Man is not only owned solely by Marvel (and, by extension, Disney) but is also the center of the Avengers. Also, I feel that Spider-Man's gameplay as a summon would be too similar to Wreck-It Ralph, as Ralph is able to trap enemies and move them around before unleashing a massive attack. I think Spidey would play the same, with his webs trapping Heartless or bringing them closer before unleashing an area-of-effect attack.
  18. Do you want an official superhero name, or just any we can think of? Because I have a list of names of superheroes I made up when I was a kid that I could post.
  19. No Malekith? No Ronan? Your list is good, but I'd definitely sub out Killmonger and Ultron for Ronan and Malekith respectively.
  20. Here's my breakdown of issues with these items: Vulnerary (Fire Emblem): No issue other than making the Maxim Tomato useless. Beast Ball (Pokémon Gen VII): So it's the Master Ball? Just for Ultra Beasts? Ok. Invincible Candy (Kirby): Game-breaking. Invincibility is one thing. Increasing attack parameters is another. Making them both happen is a BAD idea for the sake of balance. Phoenix Down (Final Fantasy): Game-breaking. Also, the Flag does something similar (giving an extra stock/point). Electric Shield (Sonic the Hedgehog): Not nearly enough electrical attacks in game to make that a worthwhile feature. Hookshot: Game breaking. Besides, some characters already have tethers. Not every character needs one. Blooper (Super Mario): Does it slow down just movement, or attack speed as well? Decreasing attack speed and movement speed could be an issue. Power Glove (Original): Not every character uses punching attacks (Marth, Roy, Lucina, Corrin, Cloud come to mind). This item could be useless for those characters. Toothbrush* (Original): Game-breaking. The fair thing about launches in SSB is that they're entirely decided by damage %. Large Soda Bottle (Original): No problem. Probably the best item idea you had.
  21. I don't think you could use actual characters for your avatar in the Oasis (at least in the book, anyway). You were forced to make a custom avatar for the Oasis.
  22. This feels like really bad fanfiction for many reasons, most of which being how characters are acting according to you. Wade learned to accept the world outside the Oasis at the end, Ogden Morrow was always on the side of the Oasis, and Halliday doubtfully would have put two Easter Eggs to find in, considering he was only counting on the actual Egg to begin with.
  23. Dragons, man! Perfect counter to the Unicorn!
