I'm thankful for the gift of life. I live, eat, and breathe everyday and love every minute of it.
My family doesn't really cook traditional American thanksgiving dinners, it's more of a fusion I would say. We make a turkey, we make a ham, but everything else is cultural. I'll be making my own version of flan, as well as my own version of jocón. It's a dish from my mom's side of the family, basically I'll make making a spicy green sauce and simmering some turkey in it. I might also bake something, idk what though. Maybe a cheesecake.
