"Damn I'm gonna be late! I promised him I'd be there on time!" Riku said while sprinting down the hallways of the high-school the island teens attended. Crowds of teens trying to get to their next and final class for the day were pushed and shoved by the silver-haired boy. As he approached the exit, an image flashed in Riku's head; a young girl with short black hair holding a Keyblade. "Who was that? She... She reminds me of someone... I know I've met her once but who is she?" Thought Riku while the image of this mystery girl appeared in various spots of the island. Now about halfway down to the shore, begins to walk in place of running. In the distance, the red hair of Kairi, Sora's "unofficial girlfriend", could be seen flowing in the gentle breeze like the soft waters of the ocean. Sora was sitting next to her."Damn. I'm late." With an irritated exhale, Riku walked towards his friends, prepared for a long lecture about keeping promises. "Don't you think you've kept them waiting long enough, Riku?" a voice said. It sounded like Roxas or Sora's Nobody. "Hey! Since you broke the promise you made with Sora already, does that mean you'll break the promise you made with me?" Another voice spoke this time. Riku couldn't think of who it belonged to at first. The voice giggled. "I bet you don't even remember what the promise was." "Looks like you're in a tight spot right now, huh?" Roxas said. Another image of the black-haired girl flashed in Riku's head, this time smiling with Roxas while standing behind their mutual friend and "babysitter" Axel. "I remember now. I promised to never betray my friends again as well as to never hold a grudge against someone who I share a common enemy with. I also promised to keep an eye on him. Is that right, Xion?" Riku grinned slightly after saying the name of the once forgotten puppet. "Yep. You may have succumbed to darkness once, but you overcame its grip and managed to seal it away.Even though you struggled for one whole year with it, you managed to successfully walk your own path; the Road to Dawn. We met each other once after Roxas left the Organization. That's when you made the promise. It's been about half a year since then and Xemnas is back. Things aren't looking too good , plus I'm pretty sure Xemnas isn't going to let you go easy, especially since you and Sora beat him so bad last time." Xion answered. "You gotta keep it together. To keep them safe." Roxas commented. "Following the Road's going to be tough. Don't forsake your friends." "Got it memorized?" The three said together. "Got it." Riku said with a nod. Riku sneaked up behind Sora on the shore and put him in a tight headlock. "H-hey! Let go, let go!" Sora yelled while trying to wrestle himself free. After a few minutes, Sora managed to slip free of his best friends grip and glared at him. "Your late." Kairi said with her one hand on her hip. Riku gave a quiet grunt. "Whatever. I'm not that late. Besides, some stuff came up." "Like what?" "Don't worry about it." "Riku! You promised you'd be here before Kairi got here set everything up." Sora whined. "Yeah, yeah I know. It'll be ready soon." Riku replied while picking up a small stone. "What needs to be set up?" Kairi asked. No one responded to her and Sora continually kept gathering different things together. "Hey guys, what's going on?" "We're going to build a raft and take you to your home world." Sora answered cheerfully. "That didn't work last time. What makes you think its going to work this time?" Riku asked with a hint of irritation in his voice. "Cos this time we don't have to worry about crazy multi-world meteor showers." Sora countered proudly. "Okay, then. Let's get to it! C'mon Riku, you have to help too." Kairi commanded "Why didn't we just use a gummi block to teleport there? Riku thought while walking towards the ocean. Looking at the sunset; Riku smiled slightly. "Just like the one we shared." Riku and Xion said at the same time. "Good luck, friend."

So, let me get this straight; Not a single Final Fantasy ending, AC ending, Uncharted ending, or a Kingdom Hearts ending beat out one of the most pointless endings I have ever seen? I have yet to see a single CoD game with an ending even worth putting on any ending list except for maybe most pointless to have to watch. In all honesty, I wasn't aware that CoD even actually had a story behind its campaign because every single person I know (including me) that plays the games doesn't even watch the cut scenes. The runner-up Halo Reach had a better ending than Black Ops by far. Even the rabid Black Ops fans at my school admitted that.

Name: Victor "The Jester" Raines Age: 24 Gender: Male Appearance: Shoulder length black hair with a single bang that covers his right eye, brown eyes (gold at times), fairly muscular, pale skin, diagonal scar on left cheek. About 5'8 in height. Wears a black shirt with numerous tears beneath a red jacket with oriental designs on it, black jeans and boots. Abilities: Can create an astral (physical spirit) warrior that mirrors him when he fights/ Don a mask that can temporarily grant ability to control some of the Ombra or weak Humans. A scythe: Luce: Yamato; A tan/gray snake that occasionally appears to aid Victor by manipulating Darkness for healing, instead of assisting in battle since he believes in "pacifism" Personality: Prefers doing things alone but isn't to rude about it. Very brutal in battle, but a good strategist. Tends to act as though he can't beat an opponent or even stand a chance. Usually refers to "Nero" as "Blank" or "Hell-bound". Dislikes when people lose track of where they're going and enjoys severely wounding thieves. Bio: Coming from a family that was frequently involved in organized crime and paramilitary operations, survival has always been Victor's top priority. At the age of ten, Victor was responsible for the death of two gang members who were attempting to steal thousands of dollars in drug money. The police didn't find out until two years afterwards, but by then, the corrupt cops didn't even bother to investigate. On Victor's eighteenth birthday, a shootout claimed the lives of his parents. Seeing the dying bodies of his mother and father, Victor grew extremely angry. A deep demonic voice echoed in his head; "Kill them all!" the voice said repeatedly. Victor picked up his father's handgun and started shooting his parents' attackers. While most fled the scene, he managed to kill a few. Before Victor's father died, he warned him of Darkness and noted that Victor's bullets seemed to be covered in a stream of it. After witnessing a small group of Ombra devour a small child and her family at three days after his twenty-fourth birthday, Victor was shot in the back of the head by a surviving gang member who had ties to Victor's parents. The demonic voice spoke to Victor again, this time referring to itself as "Nero" and told him to "awaken". Adhering to the voice, Victor unleashed the Darkness and, using his new-found power, killed the Ombra and his assailant. Three weeks later, Victor and "Nero" both are in search of those who can use Darkness, although not for the same reasons. Jackie Estacado

Date: December 21st, 2012. A strange light shot down from the sky and came in contact with the waters of the Atlantic Ocean. Almost instantly, the ocean turned black as ink. Not too long after the skies turned gray and the Sun seemed to disappear. Strange monsters appeared and attacked the United States. The military gave it their all but in the end, almost the entire population was dead. The creatures referred to themselves as "Ombra. The dark water in the ocean spread worldwide and attacks similar to what happened in the U.S. happened globally. Humanity couldn't stop the Ombra from killing their prey and was losing thousands of lives every day. Date: February 18th, 2013: The humans learn of the one thing that will give them a fighting chance against the Ombra: "Nero", an entity that lives in the shadows of the world. Nero agreed to give his power to manipulate Darkness, or negative spirit energy, to fight back against the Ombra. Now its up to those he chose to either embrace the Dark and fight back against the Ombra, or resist the temptation and fight their own way to others expense. Or not... Also known as Public Display of Affection; the core reason I hate going to school on Valentines Day. Not that there's anything wrong with people showing how much they love each other, but this is also that time of year when all of my teachers are at their worst. Today I decided to be nice and buy some roses for my girlfriend as well as some close friends of mine. First, I got in trouble for bringing the roses by some random teacher I don't even now ("There are children that are allergic to flowers in this school.). I had to go outside in the freezing cold and clean the doors off for that. Next I got in trouble for turning one of the roses black using ink with the Art teacher's permission by the guidance counselor. My punishment was I had to spread fliers around for the new "Gardening Club" the school was going to have while wearing flowers in my head, which is really only bad because the juniors kept pulling my hair to get them out and I'd get in even more trouble. After a brief respite, I got in trouble again for giving my girlfriend the black rose and giving my friends the red roses outside after reviewing the allergen list the nurse has (after signing a "no disclosure" contract for the nurse) by the principal for "unauthorized leaving of school property" as well as "three accounts of Public Display of Affection". I was immediately punished with lunch duty, which is basically just cleaning the floor, and having to write a reflection explaining my "rebellious actions". Near the end of the day I was called to the office to discuss whether or not I should be given the true punishment for the sum of my actions. I told the principal that my actions were justified since we are allowed to give people gifts as long as they are appropriate for school, and also I took into account allergies and other things (even though, I don't think the roses actually could have triggered an allergic reaction) like student exclusion (asked everyone if they wanted some flowers, most told me no or laughed). The principal told me that what I did wasn't in anyway appropriate for school, especially inking one of the flowers since I was spreading "rebellion". I was told that at the end of the day I was to go to the Science room for detention where I would stay at 3:00 to 6:00.

Played around with the Vita recently. Its a pretty good system from what I observed during my brief time with it. Gravity Daze and Modnation were awesome to play (although I felt stupid aiming the girl in Gravity Daze at buildings since you have to literally move the whole system and I was in public).

Okay, this is a non-rhyming poem (is that called free-verse?) that a friend from school wanted me to write for him. I thought I should share it with you guys since its only half-finished and if its too weird, I want to fix it where its at now. _____________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The Black Rose Roses are red Violets they say are blue But this rose is black And our train is way off track The last time I saw you You said this was the last time And that the line was too fine Between love and hate But I didn't accept the bait So I'm stuck here in a crate Of crows and evil souls Taking in 1000 tolls If it wasn't for one stupid lie You probably wouldn't of died And I wouldn't of gotten tied To one sinister ride Although I will escape I shall not leave unscathed For today is the day I learn how to play The Nightmares' games Attacking the things The stupid humans called Angels Was our first mistake Angels and Demons Stria and the Nyx Are no where near the same things But they do share one common trait; Both have those that fell from their proper state. _____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Wow... Cerberus let go of Serena and retreated inside Emi's body. Emi awoke instantly and looked at the injured Serene and unconscious Shitai. She shook Shitai repeatedly over and over. "Wake up. Wake up! Wake up!" Emi shouted while shaking Shitai. Serene observed her own injuries; parts of her body were mildly damaged but not quite well enough to hinder her combat performance. "I'm not really sure how you didn't end up broken into little pieces with your fragile yet admittedly attractive body. Remember, beauty is only skin deep but pain burns all the way to the soul." Serene coughed, covering her mouth with her hand. Red blood had tainted her smooth pale hands. "This time...I will kill you." Emi stated. Cerberus in his sword form appeared in Emi's hand. "Beast Resonance!" Cerberus expanded greatly in sidze and had smaller curved blades coming out from the large main blade. Emi's clothes turned black. She looked at the limp body of Shitai and closed her eyes. "It's okay.. You can rest, partner." Serene cursed, remembering when she and Emi fought the first time and, had it not been for the Executioner's sacrifice, Serene wouldn't of had time to subdue Emi. I'll have to be extremely careful from this point onward. There's no guarantee that there will be a quick escape. Serene thought. She and Emi ran towards each other, with Serene summoning a plain looking broadsword, and their blades clashed together. Through the murderous look in Emi's eyes and lack of any signs of madness on her face, Serene knew this time it was either kill or be killed.

Cerberus attacked Serene with his claws but couldn't hit her. She was taking advantage of both her opponents emotions and dodging with ease. "SIT STILL SO I CAN KILL YOU!" Cerberus shouted. Serene's eyes flashed a deep blue and Cerberus grabbed her. He began attempting to crush Serene, something that would've been easier if Emi was conscious, and Serene screamed in pain. Almost like an echo, Emi began to do the same thing.

"She's the target. I know because she's the only person in the world I could not bear killing before I came to the Academy. And she is the only person that Cerberus can see entirely." Emi said softly, a tinge of sadness in her voice. "He's so nice. Willing to protect a defenseless young woman without a moment's hesitation. You should reward him." Serene's eyes flashed a light purple for a split second. Emi leaned forward and kissed Shitai. Serene then appeared behind Emi. "Let him go and sit on the ground like a good girl." Emi let go of Shitai's forearm and sat criss-cross on the ground, looking up at Serene. She then spit on Serene's face. Enraged, Serene's eyes flashed bright orange and Emi convulsed violently on the spot. She screamed loudly in both pain and terror. Cerberus emerged from Emi's stomach. He punched Serene in the face, which while it didn't stop the trance Emi was in, it disoriented the trance's master. "My meister isn't another one of your puppets. Leave her alone or suffer the consequences!" Cerberus demand. He glared at Serene for a while before turning to Shitai. "This is your fault." his eyes seemed to say. Serene cursed and looked around to make sure the group didn't have anymore backup.

"Okay." Emi said while looking quickly for the Caretaker. She noticed a slight distortion in her sight and she knew that was her target. "She's over there!" Cerberus, having an idea what both his partners want, causes a demonic claw to spawn from Emi's shoulder and grab the Caretaker. The invisibility she has instantly wore off and she stared at Emi. "You've grown." The Caretaker said calmly. "You're alot more attractive now then you were when you left." "Thank you. I was taught pretty well how to take care of myself. Both in and out of battle." "Glad to know you didn't forget your manners after killing all my co-workers. Now, would you kindly put me down?" The Caretaker smiled while asking. "Sure." Emi said before Cerberus threw the Caretaker violently to the ground. Cerberus then proceeded to put Shitai gently to the ground. Emi followed. "How rude... But I guess that's how teenage girls act when there near their boyfriends." The Caretaker stood up and brushed the dirt off of her. Emi blushed before instructing Cerberus to return completely to her body. "Shut up!" Emi hardened the Black Blood to get ready for battle The Caretaker looked at Shitai, who to her seemed to have calmed down. "Hi there, my name is Serene." She said with a slightly seductive voice causing Emi's face to turn red with anger and slight jealously at her calm demeanor despite knowing Emi, Shitai, and Cerberus are dangerous.

Emi smiled while searching for a way to scale the structure. If I'm careful I can use the black blood to make wings.. In order to do that I'd have to make them large enough to be able to manipulate enough wind to carry us both upward. While Emi assessed the whole situation, Cerberus took in the sunlight. The trio had been in the temple for quite a while and he could feel the sudden change of light through Emi. "That girl owes me big time... Cerberus muttered to himself.

Emi nodded slowly. "Sorry..." She apologized softly. Emi calmed down quickly but could still feel the madness flowing through her. It felt good to do attack the scientist like that. She couldn't deny that. But Emi knew she also had broken her oath to Lord Death at the same time. I'm sure he'll forgive me. After all, I used the black blood to help Shitai. Not for anything else. Emi could feel pain in her arm but knew that, if it was a cut, Cerberus could fix it. She tried to stand up and stumbled a bit. Looking around, Emi didn't see anyone else. If the last two were here, then she must be here too, right? She thought. The 'she' in question is a scientist referred to as the 'Caretaker' of the facility. This women is the one who raised Emi from birth and serves as her mother figure, hence the reason Emi didn't kill her. The two were actually very close in. The Caretaker was about 16 when an infant Emi was brought to the facility,

The scientist slammed his mace down on Emi. She dodged it and cut the scientist's shoulder. Emi smiled as blood leaked from the wound. "You 're madness is gonna kill you and your partner!" The scientist yelled while grabbing Emi's arm after she tried to cut the scientist's stomach. He threw Emi with enough force to cause her to drop Shitai. "Damn." Emi said while running to where Shitai was lying. "Watch me crush stupid friend to pieces, and remember that its YOUR fault!" The scientist tried to attack Shitai but Emi stood in the way with one arm up, blocking the mace. On impact, the mace shattered to pieces. Emi grinned psychotically and grabbed the scientist by the throat. "Remember when you used to bind my legs together and make me run away from you? Its your turn now." Emi dropped the scientist and broke both his legs."Go ahead and run..." Emi said while the scientist screamed in pain. He attempted to crawl away while Cerberus in his sword form appeared in Emi's left hand. She stabbed the scientist.

"I promise." Emi said. She looked around. "Are there any more Kishin eggs around? I don't think the scientist was the last one here." Emi closed her eyes to talk to Cerberus. "What do you want, kid? I have no more knowledge than you right now. Cerberus said. He and Emi were inside a dungeon like room in Emi's mind. "That's okay. I just wanted to let you know you'll be getting an evil soul today too. We aren't going to eat anymore innocent souls and I don't want you to be surprised by the change. " "Fine...I guess will do it the Academy's way, for now. Cerberus patted Emi's head. Emi opened her eyes.

"there's two of them left. I can't rest yet. Alll they're concerned about is getting me to kill more innocent people and eat their soulls.." Emi thought to herself. She hated her fa te.. Kill kill kill . That's all Emi did. "Shitai, can you do me a favor? The next time one of the scientist shows up, can you make sure I don't get angry?" Emi asked, remembering how black blood can transfer from one person to the other during resiidence. And the risk is doubled when Emi is angry since Cerberus gets excited.

Emi cursed at herself. Fear had taken over her and she could no longer just fight. "What happened to the girl that slayed twenty five scientists on her own? Was she real?" The scientist asked mockingly. Enraged, Emi closed her eyes and relived the moment she escaped the research facility. Emi glared at the scientist. "Soul Residence!" she shouted./ OOC: for a while, I may make tons of spelling mistakes. Please forgive me. Also, I thought the technique was called Soul Resonance? Just curious.
