  15. Taylor sat in the quiet waiting room of Mercy Hospital. Her eyes burning from lack of tears, her face smudged by watery makeup. She held a tissue in her hand and a picture in another. "Why? Why God?!" She said through strained tones. An old man in a white coat, holding a clip board came up to her, sitting down he said, "Excuse me, Ms. but I have some grave news for you.." He stopped a moment, "The car that hit him, when the impact happened scraps of metal pierced his body in many parts. Especially the spinal column, luckily though it missed the SC2 and SC3 area. SO he will be able to survive." "What will happen to him?" She asked, holding back tears. "Well," He put his wrinkled hand on her knee cap, "He may lose feeling in his arms and legs..." Her hand tightened on the tissue in her hand, "Is that a for sure?" She almost didn't want to ask as the words curved her lips. He looked her in the eyes, his face full of sympathy, "A 90% chance of paralysis..." She stared off towards the city lights that showed through the full glass wall to her side, the night was crisp and new. "Why, why did I have to leave?" She asked herself...

  19. You have a similar issue as she does. You had repetitive motions applied to the balls, heel, and Achilles tendon of your feet from sprinting. Your knees probably lost a significant amount of cushioning has a result of sprinting as well. I would suggest such treatments has: Elevating your feet a full foot above your heart when you sleep Soak your feet in hot water for ten minutes and then soak in ice water for 10 (Repeat 4X a day for maximum results) Circular messages by the thumbs on the balls of your feet with lotion or oil. P.S I am not a doctor or anything just some one trying to earn a medical degree.
