  1. As far as what other projects Castle Oblivion had to do with, there's quite a couple. 1) To research memories. This was the primary objective that all members were told about. It was pretty much a cover-up, though. 2) To weed out traitors. Xemnas knew Marluxia and Larxene were against him, so he gave orders to eliminate the "traitors". 3) To find the Chamber of Waking. Xemnas desired this chamber and also gave orders to Axel to look for it. 4) To ruin Xemnas's plans. This was Saix's personal goal -- he wanted Axel to find the Chamber of Waking as ordered, but to use it as leverage to overthrow Xemnas. Killing Vexen and Zexion were also parts of overthrowing Xemnas, since they were top researchers/scientists. Granted, Xemnas knew all about Saix's deception, he just wasn't concerned about it. So basically, Vexen had a pretty big role in the Organization if killing him was such a huge blow to Xemnas's plans. If he had lived, his Replica Program would've probably been perfected and Sora would've never woken up due to Xion stealing his memories. So Xehanort would've been able to complete his Keyblade War without any major hindrances.
  2. I had only played BbSFM, due to it being the most easily accesible to me. I never bothered with the others, but I knew they would be available to America eventually.
  3. The news, and for whenever they update the cutscenes archive in amazing quality.
  4. These are the only example I know of: Richard Epcar = When he replaced Zane in KH2, they just told him to read the lines without giving him any background info. This was only for KH2, though. Chris Lee = When he recorded DiZ in KH2, he just told the guys he was going to read his lines one, go home, and never look back. Ben Diskin = He was told that he was playing Young-Xehanort too evil, and they made him play his role more "ambiguous". That being said, for some of the games, they have to match lip-flaps. So in those games, I'm pretty sure they have to watch the actual scene they're dubbing (like animes) while they record. In those cases, they definitely know what they're saying. But for the most part, it's the director's job to give the VAs the context they need. So if the VAs did something wrong, 9 times out of 10, it's the director's fault.
  5. Xion's original name is "no.i". She's called that in the very first secret report. As for your thoughts on it, it's probably somewhat true. While the "i" is just read like the letter, it's probably supposed to have a double meaning as "1" as well, since she is the first replica. But still, the meaning we're given by Nomura is that the "i" stands for the imaginary number.
  6. I'm excited that Bleach is finally back after so long, and now we get to see all the power-ups the Soul Reapers have been training for. Mayuri's new outfit is "wat" though.
  7. Why would they bother re-dubbing stuff that they already have? There's literally no point to it. That would be counterproductive. The only re-dubbed stuff is DiZ's lines, cuz Chris Lee isn't in the project anymore. Everybody else is the same, so there's no real logic behind re-dubbing anything.
  8. DBZ is only good with nostalgia goggles. Naruto used to be good, but Kishi has no idea what he's doing. Bleach is fun and has began to become good again. One Piece, I don't even follow.
  9. Cliffhanger? As in, you think KH3 is going to end on a cliffhanger? Because...it's kinda the ending of the story -- no cliffhangers here. As for the final world, it should be Destiny Islands, because it's where Sora & Xehanort both came from.
  10. I died when Ed said they should try to bring their mom back again.
  11. 7 lights = 7 colors of the rainbow red = sora orange = terra yellow = riku green = ven blue = aqua indigo = young-xehanort (obviously going to turn good) violet = kairi
  12. It will all be in English. All the audio will be exactly the same as from the original versions, except obviously the Days movie will have new audio recorded. As for the Final Mix cutscenes, none of those even had voices in the first place. Except the Xemnas scene, which was always in English.
  13. Remembers trinities, and the dalmatians, and activating events by casting magic on inanimated objects?
  14. They're both the same person. <_< Mind = not blown
  15. We don't know. They never got that far in their plans. But we know for a fact that Saix didn't trust Xemnas at all, and that he wanted the "upper hand" against him. He says so in "Days", when he explains to Axel why he wanted to find the Chamber. Terra has no control over Xemnas's body. We learned that in "Dream Drop Distance".
  16. Fans should already know what the Chamber of Waking is, because it was mentioned in "358/2 Days", and shown in "Birth by Sleep". But to the TC, the Organization wasn't looking for the Chamber. Only Xemnas was -- nobody else knew about it. Xemnas had Axel look for the Chamber while the other members continued their research on memories. But Saix and Axel had a secret plan of their own, and they were going to use the Chamber to blackmail Xemnas after they found it. But they never found the Chamber, so their plan fell through. That's because only Aqua can find the Chamber, since she's the only who created it. As for why Xemnas wanted the Chamber. It's because Xehanort needs 13 vessels to fill with darkness, and Ventus's empty body would be a perfect vessel. That's all that Xemnas wanted. We know from "KHIIFM" that Xigbar has overheard Xemnas speaking to Aqua's armor in the Chamber of Repose, so it's likely that Xemnas somehow learned of Ventus and the other Chamber from Aqua's armor.
  17. Yeah, Riku's probably my favorite character in the series (next to AnsemSOD and Marluxia). His character growth from KH1 has been really good, and I love his new look from DDD -- definitely my favorite outfit of his so far.
  18. This. You can't be revived until your heart rejoins your body. And Xemnas probably had their hearts trapped. So their bodies faded into darkness for a couple months until Sora/Riku defeated Xemnas and freed the hearts he had captures. Then they all revived at the same time.
  19. It probably would've done better if they had completely remade Days, not just given us cutscenes. You can't really say it's "3 games for the price of 1" since one of those games has been stripped down to the barest minumum of necessary information. Not to say the game isn't fun, but the Japanese have already played Final Mix and Re:CoM already, so it's not like any of it is even new to them. The only really new part of the collection would be the Days part, and that's only fun to watch through once (if that). That being said, it'll probably sell better in America and Europe since the games in the collection are actually new to us. Hell, all 3 parts of the collection will be new to Europe, so chances are it'll do amazingly there.
  20. Thanks for spoiling me. <_<;
  21. Honestly, the entire Days portion felt off to me. The only one who I felt did well was Jesse McCartney. Axel sounded...dorky, I guess. And I've always hated Stoner's performance of Xion. I wish they had gotten Panettiere to play her again. The KH1 and CoM segments were great, though. Especially dat Billy Zane.
  22. Ah, I see. So what you're saying is that there's just no code to turn off the subtitles in KH1. Thanks again.
  23. Thanks for the responses. But I'm confused by what you mean by "There isn't an option to turn off subtitles in HD 1.5 ReMIX". The other games, besides DDD, don't have the option to turn them off, either, as far as I can tell, but your videos still have them turned off. So I'm guessing you mean that, how you turn them off in the other games just can't be done in KH1?
