Kingdom Hearts V-Cast is a game that only a few members of the community are aware of. It's a humorously obscure title that was released for the V-Cast in Japan on October 1st, 2004, and in the United States on February 4th, 2005, via a service hosted by Verizon Wireless. Before sharing this newly revealed footage, let's give some context for what this game even is.
In this title, Sora, Donald, and Goofy find themselves dozing off while the Gummi Ship is on autopilot. However, while this collective nap occurs, a bizarre creature enters Sora's dreams. Afterward, Sora seemingly wakes and finds himself alone on an unfamiliar land known as Swashbuckler's Island. Obviously intending on reuniting with his friends, Sora builds a raft and goes on his way.
Maleficent is the primary antagonist of this title, and there are Disney worlds, namely Wonderland and Agrabah. Still, Kingdom Hearts V-Cast is considered entirely non-canon, and no direct mention of it has been made by Nomura or staff in the years since its inception.
Only some of this game has been archived with footage online alongside screenshots. In fact, our gallery even houses some.
Recently though, a Youtuber named Negative Space uploaded a video on Youtube showcasing the final stage of Kingdom Hearts V-Cast. It's quite a spectacle to behold, and you can view it below:
