Eh. I won't be interested until the game's actually about to come out. They've been taking too long with III, I've pretty much forgotten all about it. Well, I would have if it wasn't for the weekly "WHEN WILL KHIII COME OUT" thread.

This piece of news doesn't say that there won't be any news at E3. It just confirms that there will be things planned for the KH fan event in November.

Like Sora96 says (all the time)  the fact that Nomura-san is announcing news so far away is probably because there won't be KH3 at E3 because the lineup is so filled.

Patience, patience.

KH3 wasn't announced at least years E3 but they surprised us with a teaser to hold us over and no one expected KH3 footage to be shown at the launch event either. My point is to not give up hope so easily.

I'm just happy there is more news relating to development. November seems like awhile, but a year for me went by fast so maybe it will be the same with November. :D

Square Enix is going to have it's biggest ever line-up at E3, hard to squeeze KH3 in.

Is KH not a priority for Square then?  I mean I get that Final Fantasy is one of their flagship franchises but isn't KH too...?

It's not. FF and Tomb Raider are bigger. DQ is bigger in Japan.

At E3:

FFXV, Rise of the Tomb Raider, Just Cause 3, Deus Ex: Mankind Divided, Hitman 6 and Toriyama's title.

Oh my lord, November?  I don't know if I can survive that long! D:  But, just the fact that we've been confirmed that there will be Kingdom Hearts III news at D23 gives me something to look forward to!  Granted, I would have liked it if some info on Kingdom Hearts III would have been shown at E3.  Oh well, Nomura knows what he's doing, so I have faith in his words!  Besides, the fact he said that development on III is going along well is enough to put my mind at ease.

BUT STILL, COME ON, SEVEN MORE MONTHS!!!???  I CAN'T WAIT!!!! X_X

I think the only reason Square Enix is going to be showing Tomb Raider is because they published the game. If anything,Ubisoft or whatever company that made the game should be the ones showing it.

They can still provide a teaser, it'll be good enough to satisfy the hunger just like last year. Hell they can even provide a Chi update for us.

That's the only reason. Any Tomb Raider game is at Square Enix's booths, even Temple of the Osiris.

They own the studio....

So Hashimoto can show a FFXV trailer, reveal Toriyama's game and show a KH3 teaser?

He sure can.  What makes you think Toriyama's game will be "big"?

Majority of the core XIII team appears to be working on it.

Does this mean no information at E3, though?

Not necessarily, given the year it was introduced. Given that it'll be over a year and a half since the most recent good footage of the game, even it the Engine change set back, this should be a far more prime year for at least 2 showings of it.
