Thoughts on this trailer

- I was hoping we'd get to go up on the rooftops of San fransokyo and it looks like we can, at least somewhat. The city looks cool to explore, especially at night.

- Liking the look of Marluxia's grim reaper-style nobodies.

- More big heartless enemies like the one seen in Olympus.

- Some of the Gummi Ship movement looks like it lets you change the ship's direction, which is nice.

- I'm guessing Vanitas and Xemnas are at Keyblade Graveyard?

- It's raining in Luxord's shot so maybe a scene from the Maelstrom battle?

- Ansem is as cool as ever

Also, Vanitas’ line about breaking Sora’s hopes was quite discouraging

If you look closely at the hilt of the new Keyblade, you can see the head of Hiro's little fighting robot from the beginning of the movie, one side having the happy yellow face, the other having the angry red face.

Well Sora has beated most of the Org. XIII members on his own during the end of KH2.

I'm glad that this Destiny Islands scene is real..

I said before I wasn't expecting a trailer, but I was very wrong and I'm glad I was. Every time a trailer drops, I get more and more excited for this game. As I always say, the hype train continues!

Also, what is the trailer editor’s deal with not putting any sound effects?

Probably to not disturb the music... I'm not too fond of Chikai being slapped into every single trailer since its reveal, regardless of whether the song fits or not. I'd rather like to hear some more of Shimomura's new scores and battle music.

Other than that, I still feel the faces and movements are a little static at times in cutscenes. Especially eye and face movement is not nearly as lively as before and I sure hope that one Xigbar scene did not suffer from the same problem of overdoing the lighting once again such as 0.2 did. (Where the skin looks plastic and inflated.)

Xemnas' hair is also still practically glowing, the skin too dark and his face is still too broad and the eyes a little small in my opinion

BH6 is looking pretty good so far, despite San Fransokyo looking a bit too similar to Monster Inc. during the night since both are big cities. I sure hope they're gonna be set apart more clearly in the end since we o ly caught glimpses so far. I'm also interested in how the scaling of buildings will work. The artwork suggested that Baymax may serve as some sort of helper to fly, but whether that will really be implemented is not yet clear.

Young Xehanort also looks quite a bit better. In the demo he still looked comparably strange, but perhaps that was fixed now due to the repeated comments about that.

It may sound overly negative, but after playing some other games releasing next year, or rather set to release, I still believe KH3 could use quite a bit more fine-tuning. I'd also like to play the game as soon as possible, but especially games like DMC 5, while not the same style, felt much more complete than KH3 in most aspects. And after talking to some people, the game is done without having a specific release date, unlike KH3. I don't know how reliable that is though, judging from just a demo.

Either way, while still having my personal issues with certain things, it's still coming together nicely it seems. I'm just concerned they will rush the last parts just to get it out. Not to be overly negative, I still enjoyed the demo a lot and like quite a bit of what is presented, the game nust doesn't seem that complete yet.

For example, Sora's reactions are not nearly as expressive or lively as before and what always intrigued me most about KH was how expressive the eyes, eyebrows and faces in general were. KH3 doesn't contain that to such an extent where the eyes are constantly showing a natural movement but remain unusually static instead. That's probably what bothers me most apart from model issues.

San Fransokyo is very different aesthetically, so I doubt it will really be an issue.

Wow okay so you can clearly see that this trailer was made for people on the internet to over analyze lots of fast cuts and many different pictures that the human eye cant all see at once. Anyway I am so hyped for B6 now the city looks just as good as..dare I say it? The new spiderman that has come out recently. I am surprised that the english version of utadas song was used for this and not the japanese since all the dialog is in japanese aswell oh well just something I noticed. What can I say I am hyped and I want those 4 months to be over allready.

hopefully the gummi ship garage is a little bit user friendly this time that has been something that always discouraged  me

4 months are still enough time to do the needed fine tuning

4 months may be enough but then again, I've never seen a game that had those kinds of issues this close to release. Something like models is usually among the things nearly finished before the first trailer gets shown because they are meant to appeal to the watcher. Maybe it was poor editing, but Sora's reactions were really bland at times or even delayed and quite frankly not like he would usually react. Expressive features were always a strong point for Kingdom Hearts but so far, it seems like they paid more attention to lighting and everything else but the facial expressions, especially the eyes. They were much more prominent in the 2015 E3 trailer than they are now, likely because they've been made smaller.

I'm not saying they won't make it, I just think it's unsual to play a game and feel like it is more incomplete than most others releasing later. I absolutely adore Kingdom Hearts, but that's also why I'm concerned about certain things. It's looking a lot better than it did 4 years ago and while some things were subjectively made worse, the improvement is astounding. But 4 months is not that long after all.

Then again, that's just my subjective opinion. I'd rather like a simpler look but with more attention to those kind of details that are important to deliver emotion.

I'd admit that of the models shown thus far the characters that are original to the series need the most work. Square is obviously working on them on a day-to-day basis but perfecting those models should be the priority when showing them in trailers. Seeing Riku yet again with different hair is a bit discouraging, as if they can't decide on what exact they like, same can be said for Young Xehanort who seemingly is improved and altered with each new trailer. I'm overall happy with the amount of polish that is going into it and I believe that Square will continue to further polish the game up into release.
