The cover art for KH games is always the same across regions. Only FF has different ones, and that's usually between the English regions instead.

I think that behind MX the two men are: Riku (in Ansem's body) and Terranort.

The artwork is so different looking, but It looks nice. It's good to have a change in the art for once.
