Actually measured with my Kid Icarus: Uprising case, turns out it actually IS the real size, give or take a few millimeters height-wise. Whoa.

Awesome! Looking at the smaller one they had posted before, I thought it looked a bit cluttered with the "Playable in 2D and 3D" warning and the Square Enix logo both at the bottom, but I changed my mind when I saw this one. It looks great. 84 days 'till I have this awesomeness! WOOT

No I don't think so, they just put those on when its online, I know I saw it on another 3DS game online and than when I saw it in a store it didn't have it, at least I'm sure it didn't.....god I hope it dosen't have it, it dosent fit with the beautiful design of the box D:

Yep. Checked my Super Mario 3D Land, Mario Kart 7, Ocarina of Time 3D, and Kid Icarus cases; they all have the same 'playable in 2D' tag on them. Pretty much customary for all 3DS games released in NA.
