The hilt guard this time is designed with a two sided pumpkin. The shaft is designed after a syringe, with pumpkin juice! The teeth of the blade is designed after a stylized surgical scalpel. The token is that of a pumpkin with a medical mask. The World Logo is designed after the Haddonfield Memorial Hospital, the location of Halloween II. The name comes from medical malpractice, as well as Michael's murderious uses of medical equipment.
