I missed it

wanna please give me a summary?

It was a hardware event, not a software event. Basically, the PS4 Slim was announced for $299 (which launches in about a week), but the real story was the PS4, which costs $399 and has a release date of November 10th. It's main selling points are increasing GPU and CPU, as well as compatibility with 4K TVs. In short, it was the rumored PS4 Neo/ PS4K. The conference generally was not received well, as many thought it was boring, but a lot of the criticism was over the fact that the PS4 Pro will not be compatible with 4K Blu-Ray Disks (not a big deal, as most content is now going digital these days). Of course, Microsoft and PC fanboys took the opportunity to bash Sony over just about everything they could (typical). My thoughts? Good info, but the presentation could have gone better. There were a few games that were shown, mainly to show off the power of the PS4 Pro, including Final Fantasy XV. I hope that answered your question.

It was extremely boring. I'm disappointed with how Sony have approached the PS4 Pro. Then again as a current PS4 owner I'm happy that there is nothing about the Pro that makes me feel like I'm missing out.

Naturally the funny thing is that neither the PS4 Slim or Pro can compete with the Xbox One S on price & features. So I'd be very surprised if the Pro is Sony's answer to the Scorpio next year.

I never thought that Kingdom Hearts was going to be shown, but I do wish they had shown a game that didn't have a "realistic" art-style to showcase what 4K and HDR can do. I think a more vibrant looking game would've been better to see, even if it was a single game.

It was alright, but it was kinda dry to me. It felt like a college lecture.

I'm not saying this because there weren't any Kingdom Hearts related stuff. I'm not disappointed BTW. It just felt like a dry college lecture. It's nice to see graphics, despite my eyes needs to adjust to the "up-to-date" graphics. I've been used to seeing old graphics. Ex: PS2, 3DS, PS3 on and off.

It was great to hear about the so-called PS4 (that was leaked early and it's strangely correct; except for the name)  >.>

I'm kinda of a Sony boy but I didn't got impressed. I was hoping for some great suprises and we got nothing that has not been leaked. Almost everything was already known to us but the new gameplays.

About the PS4 Pro... Well, I'm glad it's coming because now there's a great chance that the PS4 price will drop here in my country.

Didn't watch it. Judging from the summaries, I didn't miss much anyway.

It might not be a big deal to you, but there are plenty of us that don't like being forced to just go digital. A lot of people like having the physical disc.

For those that thought is was terrible and they should have have game announcement: This wasn't E3 and the main point of this was to just focus on the PS pro and Slim. I wasn't to reveal any new games.

Poor thing was a victim to overhype; people were expecting a Playstation Experience type thing with gangbuster announcements. That's not what this was for. The boring term "meeting" should have been a tip-off that it was going to be a technical showcase for their new console.

I'm personally a little disappointed that a lot of this new tech requires a specific TV type, which hasn't particularly evolved since HD TVs became a thing (4K is struggling). But, they're playing the long con, and it doesn't matter as much to the average consumer, so it's aight.

Playstation Experience will probably be in December. THAT's where the excitement is.

It was pretty nice. Of course I always would have loved to have seen some KH stuff, but it's always cool to see what cool new things Sony has in store for us...even if it will be a good 2+ years before I can afford to get either one of those things after finally getting a PS4 last Christmas. <3
