KHBbS Terra and Aqua 2 slot commands

Hey again. In a previous post i asked about vens and made a few. I am stumped on where to get or how to make aquas and terras. Does someone have the ingredients for some?

I only know 2 for Terra:

 

Fission Firaga + Crawling Fire = Mega Flare

Sonic Blade + Dark Haze = Chaos Blade

How do you get sonic blade? and crawling fire?

Sonic Blade is either in a chest or if you return to the coliseum and do the urns game, you get it.

As for crawling fire, meld Firaga and either Slow, Stopra or Stopga.

where can i find Fission Firaga + Crawling Fire for terra or aqua

You can find Fission Firaga in Dwarf Woodlands on a cliff on the other side of the arch that separates the main courtyard with a seemingly empty room. You need to have High Jump equipped.
