MasterLorX 43 Posted September 3, 2016 (edited) Hello guys I made this topic because I'm not sure the Dandelions really are who I think, so please let me know if my idea is correct or if I misunderstood KHX story so as far as I know the Dandelions are a group of people that has not participated in the Keyblade War because they had to be in the next world and protect it from the darkness, I'm pretty sure about this part. now here's my theory about what happened after the War: the Dandelions returned in the real world and they found it full of darkness and about to be swallowed by it, so they used the power of light to weaken darkness and they managed to save part of the world, but instead of a single place it became fragmented into many smaller worlds So what I really mean is that the Dandelions are those children that saved the world after the War, the same children mentioned by Kairi's Grandma in her tale what do you think, am I right or the Dandelions still have to wake up and return from the RoS? Hero of Light XIV 2,381 Posted September 3, 2016 Yeah I feel like that's what was being hinted at for a while now. While I'm not sure that's exactly how it would happen, I am pretty certain with the idea that they were meant to be the children that restored the lost world. I mean "dandelions flying in the wind" and "remaining fragments of light" may as well be the same thing here. What confuses me though is how that will connect to where "we" (the Player) are now in season 2 (I mean, once we reach that point). Maybe since we were late to join up we weren't actively part of that rebuilding but because of those circumstances were able to hold onto our memories, or something. I guess we'll have to wait a bit longer to find out. But yeah, I can agree that it's been heavily implied that the Dandelions and "children who rebuilt the lost world" are one and the same, the same way that the Keyblade War and the fairy tale that Kairi's grandma told are confirmed to be one and the same now. 3 MasterLorX, Henne and Kittenz reacted to this
Nathan Hatton 274 Posted September 3, 2016 I like this theory a lot, but it raises a question: if all these keyblade wielders avoided the war and rebuilt the lost world as those "children," what happened to them? Because if they survived, why are there not more keyblade wielders? Did they decide to not train anyone else? Did they end up dying anyway? Idk

I would say you are right. They escaped the war and are the light that rebuilt the RoL.

IdkI believe they simply lived their life as Keyblade Weilders and died because of old age like any other person.I don't know if they trained other Keyblade Wielders or not, we only know that during Xehanort and Eraqus training, that happened many years after KHX, there were few Keyblade Wielders (this is stated by Xehanort in his diary) 1 Henne reacted to this
The Transcendent Key 12,109 Posted September 4, 2016 Yes, it is most likely that these Dandelions are the children that rebuilt the world after its destruction, ya know? It's pretty awesome, if you ask me! I wonder if we'll get to see a scene of them rebuilding the worlds with their light? That'd be awesome!
