Or the mental damage instead causes Luna to go full Reaper on Zion. Voice and all. "Lockdown" has to be a pretty uncertain ability in order for it to be balanced.

Admittedly it would be immature, but equating a fictional character controlled by a real person to a real life criminal is crossing the line. No one wants to be associated with a criminal, both in reality and in fantasy. Especially with that guy. We should leave it at that, and not feed gas to the flames. An apology from firaga would be enough. Because seriously, that's a hard line that should not be crossed under any circumstances.

Physics exam whooped my a55 today and I really needed to buffer from the incoming depression that's soon to follow [after like every single exam thus far in my college pursuits]. Ok I see what happened with it. Here comes my advice.

Honestly I didn´t knew who the heck was Bill Cosby so I had to Google it. Then again learning about it I clearly see how it makes Oath feel unconfortable and angry. Now to the point: No one under any circunstances should joke or make jokes or imply that someone is a ... well yo know, a criminal (For not saying the word, this is a PG13 forum so in my opinion it should be kept like that, kids are here), it´s completely offensive and there´s no excuse for doing that. Now, looking at the other way, if Firaga really intended to hurt Oath he would have done it directly, as far as I can see there´s a lot of black humor on it, for someone of my age is like" Hey knock it off" and life goes on. But of course not everyone is patience like me. In a sence I think there´s not an ill intention, yet still it was a bad comment. 

 

My advice would be just apologize (Figara should appear here soon, if not dragged by skull) and make amends. And Oath, I know it hurts yet still there´s no need to leave this place just for one comment. People in the real world does the same, all the time, as you grow, the black humor will grow. The thing is yu need to learn how to treat the case according to the circunstances. There are incidental comments, there are ill intended comments, but this should not be a reason to leave something you like. Sorry for not been here early maybe I should have tried to do something about it.

Okay. Fricking lightning storm goes off at my house. I shut computer down and take a nap, and I come back to a shitstorm...

 

First off, I apologize for dancing around the dark comedy joke. Sometimes people shrug it off (like me) and others are very sensitive of such issues. My resistance (ingress) group and I joked a lot about Bill Cosby, so I figured we were joking around like that too. I have forgotten to realize that there are people who can still be offended of these types of things. And for that, I apologize for such actions.

 

I'm sure Firaga may be on the same boat as me and probably didn't realize the offensive nature of the joke. May be funny to others, may not be funny at all. I'm positive he meant no intentional harm for a simple haha and will apologize when he comes back on.
