Extended Summer Campaign & Jungle Book Event in International version of KHUX

Jungle Book medals are here with a brand new Jungle Book event in the international version of Kingdom Hearts Unchained χ! There will be two different types of quests randomly throughout the event period, with one quest giving you the Mowgli & Baloo medal and the other giving you the King Louie medal. The event quests will be available randomly for 30 minutes throughout the event period.

 

After obtaining both medals, you can evolve either medal into the Mowgli & Pals medal. 

 

The Jungle Book event will last from August 22nd, 2016 until 11:59 PM (PT) on September 4th, 2016. 

 

 

The Summer Campaign has been extended! From now until 11:59 PM (PT) on  August 31st, 2016, you'll have access to all of these special deals:

 

• 0 AP for quests continues!
• Special VIP quests will be added on for anyone who purchases the Weekly Jewels Extravaganza! Completing these quests will earn you Evolve, EXP, and Munny medals!
• A Daily Chip & Dale VIP Quest where you can earn 6★ Chip & Dale medals every day! 
• The Daily Deal has become the Daily Summer Deal and now includes a guaranteed 6★ medal!

The only thing that is odd to me that the events are at random times. How are you supposed to know when the events are? I don't have time to check every five minutes lol!

Well for 8AM  my time (CT), Mowgli and Baloo started up. 8:30AM my time (CT), it ended.

9:00 (CT), I didn't see anything, due to studying. 

(As I was checking it) 9:47 my time (CT), I think King Louie started round 9:40 - 10:00 (CT)? 

 

Mowgli and Baloo: I was thinking an hour and 30 minutes when a new hour begins.

 

King Louie: I was thinking round -insert hour here- :40 - -insert hour here- :00. For an example, 12:40 - 1:00. 

 

UPDATE:  Right now to September 4th, I guess around 12AM - 11:59PM (PT) is when the event is active. 

 

I guess this could be a hypothesis:

12:00 - 12:30 

1:40 - 2:00

 

I'm still thinking. I'll get back at this later. 

 

UPDATE: (CT) My time of what's going on right now.

 

8:00-8:30AM

9:40-10:00AM

12:40-13:00PM

2:00-2:30PM (That's when both showed up and I got back on at 2:14 CT...)

 

Somewhat of a pattern... I don't know if it's going to play out the same way tomorrow.

Don't worry too much about it. Getting a guilted Mowgli and palls is really easy. You only need 7 Mowgli's and 2 King Louie's to get a Guilted Mowgli and palls. Just check in regularly

It's very similar to finding the time slots on Munny Medals. You only need to check every 30 minutes at most.

I have both Mowgli & Baloo and King Louie quests going on simultaneously right now. So they're completely random and not fixed.

That's not the best way to do it. The best way is getting 5 Mowgli & Baloo Medals and 4 King Louie Medals, or vice versa.

 

 

well i don't think it's worth to guilt it. the 4 gauge cost is huge drawback not to mention 6 star medal cost. 

It may be useful against Magic bosses like Master Ava. You can raise your strength, recovers HP, and cure own status ailments at the same time in one single Medal using only 4 gauges. That's like a combination of KH II Aerith and Snow White (which itself is a combination of Daisy and Abu). Plus, it's pretty easy to Guilt it compared to previous Event Medals.

Good God yes, I'm so happy we'll have 0 AP for the rest of the month!  We won't have to waste our precious AP until September, so that's great!

 

And also, it's very interesting to note about the Jungle Book medals!  Not even a week ago, a code for The Jungle Book being a world was found in Dream Drop Distance, and now this...?  Hmm, could this be hinting at the Jungle Book finally swinging its way to Kingdom Hearts III?  Here's hoping!

that depends on what medals you have, especially healing medal. esuna isn't really helpful in this game once you have minnie.

mowgli and pals is lvl 6 medal therefore require you to adjust the deck so you can fit in other atk medal. and that 4 gauge cost is just horrible.

tbh bad event is bad

AP reduction has always been questionable but I guess they get so much money from IAPs they don't care at this point

 

EDIT: At least the evo requirements for the JB medals aren't terrible *cough*QueenofHearts*cough*SnowWhite*cough*
