Dave 5,715 Posted August 6, 2016 The design is similar, but I'm inclined to believe it's more by accident than design. The looping heart arcs are an easy enough thing to recreate without even recognizing it, and I don't think the placement within the Dorado level holds any significance that might support an easter egg.
