Weedanort 8,786 Posted July 15, 2016 (edited) I don't wanna sound like an asshole cuz this is horrible and I feel sad for what happened But I find it hypocritical of people that their outpouring love and support is so selective depending on who suffers a tragedy Like...............thousands of people in places like Syria,Palestine and other places in the world get murdered on a daily basis yet we hear no such support........just for the big ones like France, the US.....etc A tragedy is a tragedy no matter where it takes places and just putting the flag of a country on your profile pic or signature isn't enough if anything it shows how selective humans are If something happens in big countries, everyone reacts right away, but if it's small countries, they're like "Eh, ok" Edited July 15, 2016 by Weedanort 3 2 quid is good, Dio Brando and Exiblade7 reacted to this
Villi1997 1,832 Posted July 15, 2016 In wake of events like these we should keep grip on our hope and humanity no matter what. Yes, a lot of us are corrupt and we can do horrible things to each other, but we need to keep hold on our humanity.I understand your point. I always try to be careful what I say in public and I should never say stuff like that in a serious topic. It's like digging a hole you're never able to crawl out of. 2 quid is good 2,209 Posted July 15, 2016 I only heard about this on the news now, 84 people... And children too I just.... It's difficult to put into words what I want to say. I'll start with the most controversial, because right now I have the most words for that. This guy knew what he was doing. He damn well knew it. And it's no secret that Nice has a large Muslim population. He bloody knew, he knew that Bastille Day is a family day, a relaxed day, a day of joy. And he must have known that he had as high of a chance as killing a Muslim as he did anyone else. He had as high of a chance as killing a kid as an adult. And he was willing to do it. It doesn't matter what religion, what affiliation, whatever it was. This guy was a psycho, and that's as far as anyone should look into it. I feel for Nice, and for France, and that community. I'm filled with anger and sadness, a crushing type of sadness, but it kills me more to know that I can hardly do anything about this. I'm sorry, I'm just so so sorry. 2 Aqua7KH and Mystics Apprentice reacted to this

Anyways yeah, it's sad and all of that, but the media doesn't make it look any better, which is even worse.
Erza Belserion 18 Posted July 18, 2016 That's horrible. May those people who were killed rest in peace. I really hope that the culprit is found. This world needs to change and we need to live in peace. But we don't live in a perfect world. Sadly...
