Zootopia in KH3?

I just watched Zootopia. It was a really nice film. Considering its success, I think it will definitely be included in KH3. But, I can't figure out how it could work, not to mention that Sora would have to be "transformed" into an animal to visit the world and I wouldn't actually like it. The only "connection" I could find is that the animals can be infected by the darkness instead of those flowers called night howlers. Do you guys have a better idea?

Better question, how would Sora look like in his fighting stance. Since Donald and Goofy can do that all ready. ooooH! I would like to see them get tranquilized if that does happened..

Zootopia is a great film! :DThat being said, I don't think it will be in KH3. I think it was too early in development to be considered for the game. However, I do hope it will be in the series eventually!!

Considering Donald and Goofy are already animals but slightly different in design from the zootopia humaniod animals, i don't think it's a viable option without major designing and planning from both disney and square, which they're probably trying too keep to a minimum.

 

Sure redesigns are fine for different worlds such as Atlantica and Halloween Town, but in this case there might need to be tampered with the integral design of the characters to fit the artstyle of Zootopia. It needs to be decided how realistic they want to portray Donald and Goofy, will they have fur/feathers, how much, will their overall apearance change to look a bit more like an actual animal, how will clothes work, will they give Donald pants, etc. etc and all these things need to be done very carefully with Disney's supervision in order to keep portrayal of these characters as close to the originals as possible.

 

Not to mention what the heck are they going to do for Sora, what animal will he be, why, can he be a hunter or will that be too intrusive for the plot of the world itself, and so on.

 

I'm not saying it won't happen, but I am very doubtful because Disney generally doesn't like to tamper with the designs of their flagship characters too much.

I think potentially anything has a chance to work in KH, provided that the team can find a way to make it work. Zootopia has a chance to work I believe, like maybe some people would mistake some Heartless as regular predators adding to the events of the movie, and there's always lots of creativity when it comes to transformations Sora can have. However, it all ultimately boils down to whether the team wants to do it in the first place and if they can think of any ideas that would work for both the overall plot and the gameplay experience itself. One thing is for sure though, it would be a fun world to play in.

I like this, it has some cameos in KHUX but I feel like Big Hero 6 was the most recent movie that we are going to get in KH3, unless KH3 doesn't come out until like 2019, I would like to see it in a future game though

Well, I haven't seen Zootopia yet, but I've heard from a lot of people and read from members here at this site that the film is great, and that it'd fit with the Kingdom Hearts Universe! I'm sure that if the film would be made into a world, Nomura would know how to implement it to fit the storyline, ya know?

i'd rather they stick with more classic Disney movies than the newer ones. 

 

it's a lot more fun to travel to the worlds based on the Disney movies you grew up with as opposed to the ones you saw in theaters a year or so ago. 

 

and yea ok some of the new fans are younger and these new Disney movies are going to be their "classics" but even still, why not add in more old movies and bring them to a new audience? 

 

i don't mind a couple of modern Disney worlds here and there. i just don't want them to make up the majority of the world map, ya know?

There is going to be a Kingdom Hearts 3 Summon for Judy I really believe that. As a world I do not know. It came out this year and even if Square knew about Zootopia earlier, remember the basically rewrote the movie at the last minute. Also it would be pretty complex to make a anthropomorphic version of sora (unless the keep him human and play the alien card) 

 

It does have a lot of potential for a world, Zootopia story about prejudice could be a great thing for kingdom Hearts and the world has a lot of gameplay options and settings. I would love it as a world but the movie came out to late.

 

Summon for Judy or hell maybe Nick and Judy are at Disney Castle, but as a world I think it is too late

I am still not confident it is going to be a world, however I do not think we can rule it out. Zootopia was in development since 2009/2010 and the rewrite for Zootopia was on November of 2014, Big Hero 6 was released on November 7th, 2014, if you consider Zootopia. Add in the fact Zootopia is canon with Kingdom Hearts via the medals in Unchained X It leaves the door open.

 

Right now IMO it is the wild card on if it gets in are not, I am leaning no that it will be a world but I say there is a chance.

also, SE has the permission to look at movies before they are released to the public so, it's possible that they might have considered putting the movie in the game along with the statement I highlighted

Zootopia is brilliant and would be such as a KH world.

The darkness replacing the night howlers as the cause of the predators going savage would make a great storyline and perhaps, this time, Nick actually could be infected after he feels betrayed by Judy which is when Sora and co come in. 

 

Given that Sora was a feline hybrid in the early development of his character, I don't see why he couldn't be hybridized for Zootopia.
