this is fricking me out...

 

You know.... my BFF... she... very recently started to read Mein Kampf

then she said that she supported was hitler and himler did...

but, she wouldn't become a nazi, because she isn't racist and have friends of all kinds you know... still...

other day she said she mheard this german song about Hitler, and she couldn't take that song out of her head

 

and now...

she wants to do the tatoo of a nazi swastika on her arm

 

you know

she was the person that I trusted most

and now she's friking me out...

 

Cricket suggested me to take her far away from that shit, like go camping

but I can't, she lives on the other side of the country (3.484 km of distance, according to Google Maps)

 

I am so really scared...

 

Someone...

Help...

What can I do?

 

I hope this all is just a phase...

That's a very dangerous book for someone as impressionable as the typical teenage girl. Alot of people read that book and get sucked into that system, just because the idea of "survival of the fittest" speaks to them logically. Heck, most of that book is just Hitler taking shots at other members of the Nazi party, but everyone seems to get focused on his ideas about creating and preserving the master race. It's really sad, it's a great book if you're into political idealogy, but you definitely shouldn't read it without knowing where you stand beforehand.

 

Anywho, I've got a friend that used to shape all his believes around that book. It took a while, but me and another friend finally got him to look at things differently. Over time we able to convince him that as human beings were not just animals governed by the laws of Darwinism, but instead we have evolved beyond such primal behavior. We convinced him that the things that he believed make one person superior to another really don't matter much in our day and age... You'll probably have to make an argument to your friend that appeals to her logic, because that's usually the thing that keeps people trapped in these beliefs. Your friend is only 15, so there is a good chance that she is really just looking for something to identify herself with. Just let her know that you care about her and are opposed to the idea, and try to convince her to hold off on the tattoo. You can probably use the argument about a tattoo being permanent and her just needing to wait a while to make sure this isn't just a phase. I can tell you right now that she won't be able to get a job anywhere with a swastika on her arm.

This is very serious stuff shes 15 and shes saying shes supporting Hitler she does know Hitler was one of the most evil men in this worlds history. I had a guy friend, when I lived in America, who use to say things like "The South will rise again" and "White power" he got shot in the chest. (he survived) So you should tell your friend the dangers that will follow her when she takes that kind of path. Also getting a tattoo of a swastika would be the dumbest thing to do, like you said, if its a phase and she got a tattoo it stays with you forever unless you through very painful surgery. Tell her that next time you speak with her. I hope it just a thing shes going through and in the end she'll make the right choice.

Try to steal the book away from her when she is not looking and completely destroy it, burn it, soak it, whatever will make it unreadable do it. She will be pissed upon finding out you did this (hopefully you will remain concealed but we can't guarantee that) but that should allow her to get back on track. If she obtains another copy destroy that one too, and the one after that, and the one after that.

 

And 3.8 KM isn't far at all, where I live some of my friends are 5 miles away and I see them almost every day. You could probably get a hold of her.

You should probably sit down and really talk to her about it. I mean, eventually she'll come to her senses. If she's too dumb silly to not take the advice, you might want to remind her how painful getting a tattoo is. My dad was going in with the rest of his marine buddies to get their squad number or whatever tattood on their arms. He walked out before getting his after seeing the way the others winced and some even cried She'll give in eventually. I'm pretty dumb and impulsive too, but I don't think anyone'd go that far unless they're crazy

I guess since she lives so far away, you could send her a letter? I say a letter rather than an e-mail or a phone call, because you could send her a book. A book explaining about the Holocaust and all of the horrible things that were done to those people because of Hitler. She needs a wake up call.

I agree, but she is young so it is odd that she's into that stuff. But it is a free country and so she should be able to do whatever she wants. I'm not saying that what she's doing is a good thing but if she messes with the wrong person she'll gain some life experience.
