Voya 1 Posted July 7, 2016 I have been playing unchained for over a month now with Bluestacks on my computer without any problems. Today there was a maintenance which ended on 4 PDT. I had the game open at that time (with maintenance screen on). When maintenance ended, I closed the maintenance screen, after which the game said that I need to update the app. There was an option to do it with app store, so I chose that. After the update was done, I tried to open the game. It brought the loading screen for a couple of seconds, but then it closed itself. I have tried restarting Bluestacks and the computer, but nothing seems to work. It always opens a new tab for a couple of seconds and then closes without any error message. Does anyone know a way to fix this without losing my data? I haven't connected it to Facebook yet, so a full reinstall likely isn't an option (unless it can be done without losing previous data). I have tried dozens of times, and the end result is always the same: 1-2 seconds of "loading" and then it closes. charrylord 6 Posted July 7, 2016 I'm from Latin America and when the north American version had the update like 2 months ago I downloaded the apk and there was no problem, I had to since there is no version for Latin America yet. TrinityFox 2 Posted July 7, 2016 Ever since the new khux update came along the pc users have been kicked out of the game , if this was intentional by square then they lost a considerable amount of players. I'm just worried that I wont be able to understand the story if it never gets fixed. why is this happening now?! I was just about to guilt a 6 star illustrated yuffie then the game goes offline. try to come back online and I firetrucking CANT! Matthew Olson 2 Posted July 7, 2016 I've had the same issues. I've played the game for the past few weeks and now after the update I have this problem. I'm using the Nox emulator and while I've uninstalled and reinstalled both the APK and emulator it doesn't seem to fix it. If there's a solution please tell us what you did.
