Exiblade7 1,917 Posted July 3, 2016 since kh3 is far more realistic gameplay wise, this idea popped in my head. Magnet in the game could work like this: It'll of course bring enemies closer to you, but instead of just that, it'll also bring hp orbs, mp orbs, and munny to you too and of course it somehow has to effect the environment as well, I don't have an idea on how it could work though. 2 EchoFox23* and xTheOnlyProdigyx reacted to this
SomeKHFan 63 Posted July 3, 2016 That could be interesting, although it would be funny if it brought Donald and Goofy into the spell as well Of course, this only applies in the Magnet spell is used for KH3. They might not use it. 2 Felixx and Exiblade7 reacted to this
xTheOnlyProdigyx 165 Posted July 3, 2016 I like the idea, considering everything they're doing with magic in Kingdom Hearts 3 effects the enviroment, it's very possible
MythrilMagician 6,963 Posted July 3, 2016 If I recall correctly there's an ability that works like that on the orbs. What it is called, I can't remember.
thatkingdomheartsguy 153 Posted July 3, 2016 think it'd be cool if magnet interacted with the environment, but they need to prioritize on making it not overpowered. For example, if Magnet can instantly drag every enemy and drop prize in to one spot and render them completely defenseless as well as potentially restore your HP (from HP orbs), it can easily overpower any other spell in the game. MythrilMagician 6,963 Posted July 3, 2016 Draw, maybe?Yes, Draw. It's also called Treasure Magnet.
Hero of Light XIV 2,381 Posted July 3, 2016 Technically Final Form's Magnega can do that, except affect the environment. Maybe for KH3, nearby grass gets swirled up or certain environmental factors gets sucked into it.

Maybe when the Magnet spell is cast by Sora, it brings all the enemies, orbs, etc. while creating a gust of wind.
Felixx 6,646 Posted July 3, 2016 Really nice idea. Though I think Magnet would be way too overpowered with that ability. I mean it already is in KH2 But if it also gets you munny and hp it's even more so.

Way2Dawn 80 Posted July 3, 2016 I hope they do something cool with magnet, always was my favorite spell. If it could interact with the environment that would be even cooler!
TheReaperDeath117 12 Posted July 5, 2016 Maybe you just see nearby shrubs or trees just sort of lean in? I imagine that's as far as they'd go. Programming like rocks and anything that's not sucked to the ground would cause problems just imagine a huge chunk of metal flying towards Sora or a rock... i mean the properties of magnet seem to drawin enemies- metal or not. So i think it can apply to more than just metal c:
