My thanks for waiting, mate.  Work had me in its grip for a good accrual of time now and kept me away from posting more fully, but hopefully after the weekend is through I will have more time for the best third of life:  sleep off-time.  Yes, it will be good to get back into fun, true living, and personal grooming.

 

Keep your fingers crossed, everyone!  Also, I love that music.  The Final Fantasy XV crew really outdid themselves to compensate for the long wait.

 

 

By the way, I've been meaning to mention that this RP has inspired me to pick up my original novel drafts of Overworld again and see if I can continue writing it, which is much thanks to you all because this never would have happened had it not been for you.  Before I do so, however, I was wondering if anyone would mind if I derive inspiration from some of your characters?  I would never use your actual character without permission, of course, but I'd love to derive general conceptualizations of some characters from this RP into the book, if you guys are not opposed to it.  I would also give due credit in the final work, if I can ever actually finish the novel.

 

Regarding the inspiration to keep writing your Overworld fic, MA, I am entirely for this and enlist my entire repertoire, even cute little Kouroo, to your effort.  As much as I would love to write a full-fledged story about Rufus, I doubt he will see the light of day in terms of that.  Make him a cameo if anything, should you decide to use him.  =B

 

Also, about this novel you've pick up again. It's nice to hear that & I don't mind inspiring others creativity, but I do however have a problem with others using my creativity as their own with that being my ideas, characters, artwork, moments & whatnot as believe it or not I've been ripped off before in the past. It's very annoying to think many do this but I'm glad to see your asking for permission. I maybe opposed to some stuff so if there is anything you'd want to use from me concerning my creativity just tell me exactly what they are in a PM & we can take it from there K

Glad to hear it!  Also, I apologize, I feel like I'm not really giving Eclaire much to do.  I think Eclaire should accompany Shiva and possibly Maxis when they finally decide to take action, but right now it's too early for them to take action so I am sort of at a standstill until other plot points move further.  If you'd like Eclaire could encounter Maxis and Shiva soon; Shiva possibly left the door open on her way in.

 

I'm not shipping those two.  No, I have far greater sights for Jynn . . . .

Interestingly my eyes were burning and watery as I wrote that scene. : P  I'm looking forward to the words exchanged between the two of them.  While Shiva sometimes acts heartless and that she doesn't care for Maxis, it couldn't have been farther from the truth.  She actually looks up to him as a guardian and confidant, but seldom does she ever let this show.  A moment of weakness for her here.

 

Also, I think it would be quite interesting if Henry learns of the siege and rushes to Sondon's aid.  It would be especially something since they want him dead, too. Perhaps he might just get himself a full pardon with such efforts.  I could entirely envision Henry rushing in and Everyth walks out, arms open wide, saying, "Oh, so you've come back to me after all!" and then right behind him Helvadoria's entire army is thrashing Sondon. : P  They would fight, true, but probably not each other for a while.

As for Everyth, I was actually waiting to see a post for her after I had Effie send a random knight telling her about Henry escaping, I kinda thought she would go after Henry at that point haha But after hearing your words that she has a weird thing for Henry & that she'd rather let him find her, totally tells me she's the type of girl who likes guys chasing after her & not the other way around haha Also, about this novel you've pick up again. Things are different now, though, but lately I have had more free time on my hands and more free time to write. We shall see how long this lasts.

The good news is I found 2 of the 3 that stole creativity from me (With others help of course) & confronted them. But anyways, Your welcome to use Visco as the king's daughter for your novel should you choose the child's gender to be female if you wish as I'm fine with that. Oh yeah! I think I just figured out what Everyth sees in Henry, I think she actually sees the part of her that wants to do what her heart is telling her to rather than what she's ordered to do for the sake of her world. If that makes sense to you haha & as for her playing hard to get, I wonder just how long she'll keep that up for haha

Yes, Vaude has been busy. He wanted to post last night but I threatened to ban him for two days if he tried it, so I am probably the blameworthy one here.

 

Anyhow, very cool theme, and befitting of Alastor. It'll be interesting to see his fighting style when the time comes.

If it does end up being a fight. It'l be heavily on Alastor's favor, as he is not only on allied territory to him, but also having the overrall power advantage over some of them. 

 

Alastor is one tough motherfiretrucker to fight against. He will utilize any and all weak links and weaknesses as possible to strike down his foe as fast as possible.

 

If I had to get technical:

 

Alastor will strike at the most fragile but also the ones that can do the most damage (for example Alicia and Rabyiu with their ranged spells and arrows). Going full force on them and taking down one by one. After taking them out he would engage Yev and Jynn on a straight fight. 

 

However that is not saying he will do exactly that, plans change and shit. 

But one thing is for sure, Fighting Alastor now would be the equivalent of having a party of four level 15s fight a boss of level 60 without preparation.

This'l be tough for them, but undeniably cool (they got plot armor so no deaths )

Though they would need ot watch out about angering him, lest Alastor uses his ultimate attack.

I'm not sure that a fight will ensue just yet.  From the looks of things--and from what I've heard--it looks like it's going to be an inquisition first, followed up with a plan.  It would be perhaps foolish and suicidal for Jynn and his party to charge into Raiden's villa without a plan, because they are heavily outmanned and outskilled.

 

Either way, I personally could only see them retreating for the time being if a fight does ensue.  They don't have a chance of winning, or at least the way things stand now.  They also have to decide if the fight is worth it and if it's really in Kilkis Seres' best interests.  It will be interesting to see how it plays out nonetheless. : )
