Well, the plan was for Mariel and Sif to go to that place, if she still feels like it.

 

Rabiyu wants to go with Raiden because she feels that after the events of the night before Raiden needs to be more protected, that and he is going to Kilkis, not everyone will be happy to see the one who "murdered" their queen.

If Henry doesn't mind being carried away by a gryphon, then I do not think Sif minds, Mariel? I can't answer for that. Or better yet, Sifrei can fly on his own while both Mariel and Henry ride the gryphon.

Henry already has experience being up in the air. He had to help hold Aura so she wouldn't fall off Helios.

I'd be for Henry's being with Raiden, though Alderon would probably have to have the final say, given Jynn's desire to meet with him.  I cannot remember where their relationship lies, Alderon and Henry.  Did they make up their past differences?  Rabiyu can join too, as long as Jynn has enough trusted bodyguards as well.

 

Endless, what say you to Jynn receiving a calling card from Raiden?  In essence connected calling cards are like letters, but written out and almost instantaneous.  I could attach to it a ringtone, too, if you like.  (I kid here.  =P )

I'm thinking that Yevgeni will try (and would be?) part of that meeting. That scenario makes sense to me, he being the self imposed temporary regent of Kilkis. He will need to keep tabs on Jynn AND Raiden. And I suppose Eclaire will be there too, maybe.

I don't think Yevgeni would know about the meeting between Jynn and Raiden unless he were to either stumble upon them, or if it were announced publicly by Jynn (which I think Jynn would have to be very cautious in doing, because Kilkis Seres is in a state of insecurity right now with their queen gone and Raiden being her potential killer--it might cause some distrust in Jynn).  I'm also not sure how big of a meeting that Vaude and Endless had in mind?  For some reason I was thinking it was going to be a father-son-reunion kind of thing, but I might be wrong.  I'm not sure about Eclaire, Yev, and Maxis being there, unless it were held in the royal court and were a formal gathering.

Well, Jynn said he was going to announce the meeting to his men and told Raiden to do the same. Sure the people of Kilkis might not be happy about it, but Jynn will be the new king. Also I think this meeting would be very important, maybe Jynn wouldn't want the royal court involved yet, as he wants to talk about finding Shiva's killer, so Maxis and Eclaire would make sense to me as they would be Jynn's new retainers after Shiva died, same with Yev if he learned about that meeting.

Hmm, you make a good point.  I'm not sure who Jynn is referring to by his "men,"  and if these are merely his bodyguards (i.e. Dawson, et cetera) or if publicly announcing it to the royal court as a whole.  I sort of felt that it was a closed meeting, so I was thinking that Yev, Maxis, and Eclaire wouldn't be involved, but depending on what Vaude and Endless would like I think it'd be entirely doable if they were there.  I'll roll with whatever they decide.  Both ideas sound very intriguing to me.  If it is indeed public and Maxis and Eclaire are attending, Yevgeni would likely try to insert himself as well, for the reasons you mentioned and then some.

But I guess those times you put on the tough act was because Aurion always had your back. All those times when you did reckless things was because you had someone behind you. Now it is time to walk for yourself, learn to live, and to share your true feelings with those who, in time, you will call family.

 

Aura was always the strongest of the two siblings physically, but she was always hiding what she truly felt, she was reckless and always ran towards danger, but now? Now she understand that being reckless has consequences. She grew stronger thanks to her brother's sacrifice and she will remember him always.
