I'm sure you can rack up something, Kuni.  =)  Since we were unable to have Soren and Raiden talk before the timeskip, perhaps it would be best to act it out here or in PM instead, and then maybe you will have some substance for a starting point.

 

My thoughts are that Raiden would be sympathetic to Soren's plight and battle of conscience, and would continue trying to sway him on Raiden's side in gentle nudges.  Given their history (and their elemental affinities), Ren and Soren will become a very compatible duo on the battlefield and with each other, and Raiden might notice that as well if speaking within the grand hall where everybody was feasting.

 

Furthermore, if he has tactical use, Raiden would also adore his insight, perfecting plans that would otherwise have holes.  Mystras is a well fortified city complete with bubble shield and formidable electric defenses, but it will not last very long under a strong siege.  Plugging holes is an activity which measures life and death on a finely tuned weighing scale.

Accepting Henry will make him a huge asset as well as a huge liability, however, given those terms of leaving upon disagreement.  A constant eye will have to be on him, and I know just the one.  Reginald Heathertoes, you lovely hippie, you may have a showcasing after all, and in the case of Henry's losing all confidence in Raiden we can enact that battle I hoped to have with Henry.

I thought that I'd put this out here: since we all skipped quite a ways, some of us are sorting out various conversations via PMs to have flashback scenes and to show the history of what went down during that time.  Not all characters require them, but if this is something you're interested with any of your characters please feel free to start a PM with those involved characters and we can all work things out. : )

 

Also, for all human players: you have the option of upgrading your equipment to containing magical items and weaponry for the upcoming battle.  If you want to make the changes to your sheets just quote them for approval.  This doesn't apply to any of the fey, though.

Aww, shucks, now I'm all embarrassed!  *scratches ear*.  You've a great mind yourself, and I love your concoctions.  I especially like the thought of Soren's ability being used in a nonlethal approach.  Raiden will highly value that alongside his advisory counsel, and the fact that he can manipulate the terrain well enough with infernal flames.

Regarding these magical weaponry/items changes, here we go:

 

((For the war between Mystras and Kilkes Seres, Raleigh's crossbow was removed for a magical longbow that befitted her family history of archery.  The enchanted yew slings arrows twice as far and twice as fast, and the string resonates with a beautiful twang similar to a hum.  Nocking the arrows stays as slow and methodical as it usually does, however.))

Soren, in his full Demon Form, his flaming greatsword raised to the sky as he bellows his battle cry, riding upon the great wind dragon that was once his prisoner, into the War between Human/Fey Forces and Shiva's loyal Fey Opposition... You know how to make me happy.

I want to think that Rabs did, maybe even being one of the first who saw Henry and the group arrive to see Raiden.

 

Sifrei, came to Mystras a couple of days later, so maybe he noticed them, and since Rabs was helping the sibling he decided to help Henry, Gel and the siblings too.

I found it earlier and used it for a precursors consultation. But thank you for bringing them up and a huge thank you for curating the character list. Makes keeping track of who I'll be taking to sooo much easier.

EDIT: Okay, got the timeskip into place.  I went ahead and jumped several weeks, where everyone is getting ready for the big battle. It's tough to say how events will flow from this point on, but I'd say we're roughly at the 3/4 marker of the RP (exciting stuff!).

 

Several weeks! I can't wait to show what Visco & Veronica have been up to! YEAH!!!
