SHiva doesn't seem to hold any il feelings towards the Siblings, maybe just Gel. But her beef is with Henry. Im sure she won't try anything with the SIblings should Jynn interfere.

tis of note that Gel feels the same way. He feels himself an outsider in the Fey world, and with Henry being treated with discrimination, he fears the same for himself. That's his reasoning at least. He recognizes he's not the threat Henry is (who is) but y'know, still was kind of imprisoned and experienced a lot of pain, not into that.

Sorry I'm so late getting my post up & replying here guys, I've had an annoying time these passed few days just dealing with multiple migraines but I'm alright now, so back to the RP!

 

 

The rune is not a spell it's an actual rune, no magic is involved in its creation or its function, which is why it cannot be detected. The rune run on feelings, it need emotion, a meaning, a powerful desire to work.

Rabs' "hammer space" is within her cloak, but the lamp is within a safe inside that space, the rune prevent that safe from being opened.

 

Rabs: *looks inside her satchel**slowly looks up*...*gives a thumbs up before turning her thumb down very slowly and shake her head* No such luck...yet. *looks at Baxter* Because, in the future, when I become a scary God-demon, I will use necromancy to bring you back from the Beyond. *gives creepy smile* It will be so much fun. *waits for a few seconds* I jest.

It's really no problem.  I've kept everyone waiting on my posts forever so it's truly no biggie.  I mostly put this in place so that, when I do get tied by with things on my end, everyone can continue posting without waiting when in a group, and I'll just get caught up when I can.  For the most part everyone already falls into this category of posting once a week anyway.

 

You make a very good point about the timeskip, actually.  I wanted to set things back into motion, but it would skip over the discussion with Raiden, Midnea, and Alderon, plus it would require another timeskip later on, most likely, during the actual time of the war.

 

As such, I'm thinking perhaps we should indeed conclude all business that we have going on presently, and then go through with the timeskip a few weeks to a month later.  Does everyone think that sounds good?

Well, I was doing the Master Trials of Breath of the Wild and when I was done with it, I began to think about Rabs and her time in Heimdall, and THEN I began to think about Leviathan and what she has been through since the time she was forced to inherit the crown of her late father, I felt the need to make something related to her.

Took me a while to make, but I am pleased with it.

 

This is Thea Nero Leviathan, The Tide Mother, The Lady of the Lake, The Ruler of the Sea, The Sea Serpent, daughter of Theos Ouranos Bahamut, The First Sire, The Hallowed Father, The King of Kings, The Emperor of the Heavens.

(I could come up with more titles for Levi, but I better not. Bahamut's are from FF IV, except the last two.)

 

 

The poor woman has been through a lot in her life. War against those from the frozen wastelands, successful assassination of her mother, attempt against her years after the event, her father growing distant after funeral, being treated like she was made of glass, servants never questioning whatever she told them to do, father's constant skirmishes agains King Alexander, war against humans, death of father, being named queen of Caligo.

 

It is a miracle that her mind was mostly intact after hundred, or thousands of years of that. Asura was a blessing in her life, the one who stood by her side even when the odds were against her, when each and every one of the members of the Royal Court waited to see her fail just because she was seen as a Princess unworthy to rule, the one who kept her safe and later became the most imporant person in her life.

 

These few days have been quiet and slow in the RP, but that doesn't mean that I don't think about my characters from time to time.

 

I'm kinda tired right now, so I will be going to bed in a few minutes.

 

I wish I could post a higher resolution version of the picture, but I made a mistake and saved it at a lower resolution and the psd file didn't had any colors in it. Oh well, that is life!

EDIT: Okay, got the timeskip into place.  I went ahead and jumped several weeks, where everyone is getting ready for the big battle. It's tough to say how events will flow from this point on, but I'd say we're roughly at the 3/4 marker of the RP (exciting stuff!).

 

Also, humans have been brought from the world below to aid in the war after being given magical relics to aid them in their fight against the fey, so if anyone has characters from the world below that they'd like to bring up please feel free to do so. : )  I am going to be bringing Everyth.

I would like to see how this transpired. Personally, I think the whole talk would be between Henry and Raiden, the Siblings think of him as the de facto leader of their small group, so they probably wander off, taking a look around the house.

 

They would try to avoid being near Alderon or Midnea, this would lead them to Rabs and explaining the King's experiments. After war is declared they would stay and help with preparations for the fight, also getting trained by Rabs, and sometimes Sif.

Hey there!  I would not worry about the slowness on your end; I have been busy myself, so I understand that entirely.  Several weeks sounds like a good starting point for the war, and small hints and pieces (or big ones) of what occurred that instigated the war will be leaked in time.

Regarding Henry, the twins, and Gel, I am entirely for their meeting with Raiden.  There is the difficulty of Henry working with the same person that is working with Alderon, but I can think of a few possibilities of either settling the dispute between the renegade knight and the king or Henry's motley crew working as an independent agent, either for peace or sabotage.  We can work out the kinks to this, or if MA would like the Yevgeni idea to pan out I am for this as well.  Both are good starting locations for the human foursome.

I had the same mindset actualy, Henry cannot stand to work with Alderon, Or Ariana won't allow him to even speak politely to Midnea, either way. I actualy planned for Henry to meet Lord Raiden, even if Alderon objected, Henry would have an offer Raiden could hardly refuse.

 

He'd work independent, answering only to Raiden, he could work either at intel gathering, since he can disguise himself as a fey quite easily given his magic power, or other dirty work should Raiden order him to. And if anything happened to Henry, none of it would be able to be traced back to Raiden. 

 

Henry would get the info on the barrior he wanted, and further his objective of breaking the barrier, and Raiden would have a reliable asset, provided Raiden doesn't break Henry's trust.

 

However Henry won't fully work for Raiden, the moment Henry disagrees with anything he'l leave, or worse, become an enemy. He will make it very clear.

I'm sure you can rack up something, Kuni.  =)  Since we were unable to have Soren and Raiden talk before the timeskip, perhaps it would be best to act it out here or in PM instead, and then maybe you will have some substance for a starting point.

 

My thoughts are that Raiden would be sympathetic to Soren's plight and battle of conscience, and would continue trying to sway him on Raiden's side in gentle nudges.  Given their history (and their elemental affinities), Ren and Soren will become a very compatible duo on the battlefield and with each other, and Raiden might notice that as well if speaking within the grand hall where everybody was feasting.

 

Furthermore, if he has tactical use, Raiden would also adore his insight, perfecting plans that would otherwise have holes.  Mystras is a well fortified city complete with bubble shield and formidable electric defenses, but it will not last very long under a strong siege.  Plugging holes is an activity which measures life and death on a finely tuned weighing scale.

Very nice!  I would very much be up for that, in such a case.  Intel gathering is a useful trait in war as well, decisively leading to struck fracture points and straining an army before it becomes too much of a burden, and Raiden, being an indirect tactician, would favour this.

 

Accepting Henry will make him a huge asset as well as a huge liability, however, given those terms of leaving upon disagreement.  A constant eye will have to be on him, and I know just the one.  Reginald Heathertoes, you lovely hippie, you may have a showcasing after all, and in the case of Henry's losing all confidence in Raiden we can enact that battle I hoped to have with Henry.
