Elrandir 783 Posted April 7, 2017 Well. If an old, ancient family is of the Archangel race and is up north, it reasons that the Archangels are north while I was going to establish it was in the Overworld. Well, he is the only archangel in the family, those of the branch family like cousins, nieces, etc, are regular angels. Besides, I never said that the Mond family was originally from the north, sure, they settled there millennia ago, but they could be from whatever place you want to make the angels' hometown be, I do not mind that. They could be in Exire for many reasons.
Mystics Apprentice 2,397 Posted April 7, 2017 Okay, so my main problem with Aqua I feel there's not much useful she can do that this point. While Elia can pull Aqua around at this point that won't last forever. My point being I guess I can pull together some scraps to squeeze out a post. However, at some point, she's going to need something to change. Mostly I need something big to happen to her. As ya'll just saw when she's attacked she doesn't even put up much a fight. Aqua is in need of something pushing her over the edge. Don't try actually throwing her off a cliff again. That was just annoying. I think it might help if you decide what kind of role Aqua plays in the current story. A lot of people are involved in the story and have ambitions, goals, et cetera, though I have had difficultly discerning what Aqua is going to do. It might also help if you build upon her backstory and past, as that may help give you something to draw upon. As for her skills increasing, perhaps she could forego training under one of the fey from Kilkis Seres once they arrive, such as Eclaire, Jynn, or Maxis. She could decide that she needs to strengthen her skills before she joins them again, and thus acquires new strengths and talents. I wouldn't mind if you'd like to change up her character sheet and abilities; just quote it and I can take a look at what you've changed. : ) I hope that helps! As for my drawing skills, take a step back, put on your darkest sunglasses & BEHOLD MY AWESOMENESS! which I placed in the form of attachments here's a drawing of a real life skull I had with me IMAG0025.jpg here's a drawing of Assassins Creed 1 from the rooftop (This drawing is old as) IMAG0023.jpg here's a drawing of a tattooed hand & random stuff on & around it IMAG001sss9.jpg WHOA, nice! Very nice! I'm quite impressed. I had some free time so I made the preliminary sheet for Sif, maybe a will make a few smaller changes later. Name: Sifrei Mond (Rei for short) Gender: Male Race: Archangel Age: 8860 Appearance: Magic: Use of healing and sealing spells, photokinesis, pyrokinesis, cryokinesis, super speed (not magic) Weapons: Gae Bolg Personality: Calm, friendly, intelligent, brave and loyal. Biography: Last son of the main Mond family from the Imperial City of Exire and one of the 13 judges in charge of protecting the Northern continent. Ever since childhood Sifrei was someone who wanted to help and protect people, often being the one offering advice and help to those who needed it. The Mond family was one close to the King of Kings, Bahamut, and often served as trusted advisors to the late King. Most of the family members fell in the different wars across the millenia, leaving Sifrei as one of the last pure blooded descendants of the family, which would make him part of King Asura's court, instead he was approached by former Judge, Malak Felice, and offered a spot as his successor in the Knights of the Round. At one point in time Sifrei went to the world below, learned of its inhabitants and, thanks to his gentle nature, helped them to develop, offering any help he could to the humans at the time. This caused a chain reaction of events that made a great impact in the Overworld, unleashing wars between the humans and the fey all over the place, this, of course, was not known to any rulers of the Overworld besides King Bahamut who punished the archangel. In recent years Sifrei has been staying in the town of Ustrina helping Loxy Amaris, the Fairy Mayoress of Ustrina, were he is regarded as a very important person for his status as a Judge. Most of the other Judges often tease him for not admitting he has romantic feelings for the young fairy. Now to wait to see if Mystics approves Accepted! Well. I was actually thinking that Yev might have some angel blood within him as well. Not immediate, but a few generations back. It would explain his light magic and his wing manifestation, but I haven't decided on that for sure. I'm sure it's possible, as Elrandir suggested, that there were archangels that migrated around the Overworld; perhaps he left the clan, et cetera. There's lots of possible explanations. Also, the north is also a part of the Overworld, but is just a remote location that doesn't socialize with our portion of the map that the RP takes place in. Other locations beyond our map exists, but they just aren't going to be involved in the RP or play a vital role (except for some of the things that Elrandir and I have planned out in advance for the northern continent). For some reason I thought the kingdom that Xion's from was above the Overworld? Is it in the Overworld, but off the map?

I assumed the Mond family was entirely Archangel. Oops. And no. You didn't want too many offmap origin characters so essentially the city-statesame of the Angel and Demons are onmap. Sort of. Mare Luxerion, City of the Valkyries, is a floating city above the northern forest parts. Mare Luxuria is underground. Or, more specifically, sticking out from the bottom of the Overworld if it's a floating continent like I am imagining it based on flying boats and stuff. Or just simply underground. I need to finish my two new chars. Ask'raziel and Jeremy need to be excellent. 2 Nero Kunivas and Mystics Apprentice reacted to this

Sorry about that, but I really appreciate you clearing that up. That makes a lot more sense. It actually makes sense if Mare Luxerion is above and bordering the northern continent, as that could explain why some archangels migrated to other various locations of the Overworld, specifically within the north. Saber Lily 1,543 Posted April 7, 2017 Ah, okay; I couldn't remember where we left off on that and got confused. Sorry about that, but I really appreciate you clearing that up. That makes a lot more sense. It actually makes sense if Mare Luxerion is above and bordering the northern continent, as that could explain why some archangels migrated to other various locations of the Overworld, specifically within the north. That's Mare Septim for Archangels. I was going to explain it in the next CS about castes a bit. Essentially Mare Luxerion (Valkyries) is north above the forests, Mare Septim (Archangels) is near the beach, Mare Aurum (Thrones) is more south, and Mare Regem (Dominions) is more near Isopolis. The other castes like Icarus and other misc angelic beings are scattered, or their cities wander. Demon cities are directly below their counterparts: Vallyries/Succubus, Archangel/Lucafielus, etc. Ofc, archangels only answer to the Seraphim (who aren't a type to really be seen) and rule the rest as the top caste. Then Thrones, Dominion, Vallyrie, Icarus and others. I ground most of it in Christian mythos, hence the idea of castes and the like, their war with demons, etc. Of course I did this because I like flying characters but I hate halfassing things half the time it never is even used. Hence...I really didn't talk about the inner workings of my mind. Then Alfonse of Askr begged to become my next character. Name: Prince Ask'raziel, the Warden of Daylight Gender: Male Race: Archangel Age: 2000 years Appearance: Raz Magic (if any): Light magic Weapons: Magnanimous - Day-lit Sword of Rebirth: Forged in the light of God and tempered in the fires of Glorious, Magnanimous is a sword of generosity and forgiveness. It's blade may cut but death comes only to darkness, for its Daylight only shall slay those who truly have no hope for good. It is matched by Allegiance, the Nightbane Dawnblade wielded by the Icarian Jeremy. Personality: Steadfast, resolute, and a bit stiff at times, Raz tends to do the job and do it right. Focused solely on maintaining the peace, he has seen that ultimately peace between Angel and Demon must be found. He is quick to forgive, alow to anger, and refuses to see any caste as lower. His best friend Jeremy, and his mercy to Xion, are testaments to his ideals: everyone deserves forgiveness and care. Even if they have fallen. Biography: Son of My'chael, Lord of Archangels, Ask'raziel is the Prince of Mare Septem, the City of Archangels. One of the Floating Cities above the kingdom Shiva rules, they remain apart, locked in an ancient war with the "demonic" races such as Succubi, Manticores, spirits and wraiths. And sometimes with each other. The Valkyrie and Icarus, two outlier castes, continually challenge the status quo of My'chael and his Archangels, leading to skirmishes and the Second Angel War, where the Icarus, Valkyrie, and even the stoic Dominion rose up to challenge My'chael after the release of the Consumption Virus known as "Etherius." At odds with his father's decision, Ask'raziel joined with Jeremy of Hunter, the Oathkeeper, the Black Icarus, Shar'aia , Regent of Valkyries following the disappearance of Queen Zion, and Maginhilde, Chief Dominion, to form the Order. Gathering the sons and daughters of the castes, the Order functions as a middleman between the Castes, Ask'raziel and Jeremy of Hunter have used the Order's influence to manipulate the rest of their allies into many things, from ceasing hostilities to even throwing suspicion on rulers of other castes who are turning to the dark...but below that, these two friends hide a deeper mission. Starting with the rescue of Xion of Mare Luxuria and her sister, Takao, Raz and Jeremy have not only smuggled demons out of harms way but have begun searching for a cure to Etherius. To them, the idea of forgiveness and love is a deadlier weapon that even Glorious, the Sword of My'chael and the Blazing Sword of God, whose flames burn away all evil. Raz seeks peace and forgiveness above eradication, believing that the only ones beyond forgiveness, are those who wish to fight for the sake of it, and not for a just cause. Name: Jeremy of Hunter, Daedalus of the Wandering City Gender: Male Race: Icarus (Icarian) Age: 3500 Appearance: Jeremy, your favorite pain in the ass. Magic (if any): Light Magic (specializes in Void Light) Weapons: Nightbane Dawnblade Allegiance IMAGE Personality: A bit quiet mostly, slow to anger yet a raging typhoon, ready to be unleashed upon the unworthy, a righteous fighter yet willing to sacrifice the world for family...this is Jeremy. The Daedalus, Leader, of the Wandering City of Hunter. He has zero care for authority, and will speak plainly, and without restraint. No one is given respect, it is earned. No title, no position will make him respect someone. Their character decides. And nothing else. Biography: In Icarus society, the leader of a city is named the Daedalus, Father of all Icarus. This title is given to the Icarian under many circumstances. Some good. Some bad. For Jeremy, it was given because he chose to defy fate. The fate of all Icarus is failure. They will fly too close to a sun - make the wrong move and fall. Parry incorrectly and be impaled, pick the wrong color and ruin a dress. Kill every flower they touch. No one knows why the Icarus are cursed, but failure is their life. Then Jeremy. The City of Hunter leads everything to those two words. When he was told he would fail, he said good. I aim to fail. He aimed to fail sword class...and ended up at the top. He aimed to fall to his death flying, and became the best flier of Hunter. He aimed to draw badly...well, he can't really draw. But when people asked how, he merely smiled. "You try so hard to fight a curse. Maybe you should use the curse against itself." Then. Jeremy. Hunter had only needed...a different perspective. A different idea, a different way to look at the problem. But, would his defiance of fate lead to doom, or lead to salvation? The answer lied with the Order, and if they would succeed. So far, every move he made to sabotage the Order led to success. Raz sincerely wonders if God made Jeremy just to tell people "guys. Guys. There's a flow. Don't fight it, use it." Or if God wondered how someone so stubborn, so ridiculously self-righteous, could outdo a curse by putting his mind to failing. Now he is the Order's best negotiator, mediator, and bowman. Elrandir 783 Posted April 9, 2017 (edited) I ground most of it in Christian mythos Son of My'chael, Lord of Archangels And this made me consider calling dibs on dear old uncle Lucy's name. The Seraphim/Archangel who left the city of Mare Septim and established himself in Exire before changing his name from Helel ben Shahar to Bel Mond. Would it be acceptable if I use this idea? but only if it doesn't thrown a wrench at your mythos. I do not want to bother you if you already had plans for Uncle Lucy Meanwhile in For Honor... Scrapmaster 1,731 Posted April 9, 2017 (edited) Now im wondering is Henry and Gel are going to be safe staying at Shiva's kingdom. In fact as far as Henry is concerned, he'd rather leave before they try something to him and the others, he doesn't trust any royalty anymore. I am also taking my time thinking up how im going to develop Ariana's posession of him. Considering Ariana suffered the ritual by midnea its safe to assume her soul was tainted and somewhat damaged by it, and said soul now shares Henry's body with his own soul. What type of powers someone that suffers from corruption would fit best? why curse magic, shadow and other kind of things of course. Henry is going to learn duality, the ability to use Ariana in battle, however for that I need to battle someone strong first...ugh. Maybe Jynn would like to do a test drive sometime? doesn't have to be a challenge unless he wants to. After all Henry isn't that keen on royalty anymore. My speculations for Ariana's power growth with Henry. Duality: Combo moves utilizing both beings's powers. Maybe even taking material form for limited time. Persona Shift: Switch control, Ariana does this Henry's body disappears into shadow and she appears in her shadowy form. (Take it like this: Henry is heavy brawler and AoE damage dealer, Ariana is light and single target damage). These are the two I got in my head for now, im open for suggestions if anyone is interested. Edited April 9, 2017 by Scrapmaster
