I kind of want for Henry to barge into the middle of the trial and deman a trial by combat. Good'ol medieval times style. Winner takes all, loser...either dies or is sentenced guilty.

 

Perfect opportunity to show off some posessed power too.

I'm thinking of having him approach the distraught and confused King Alderon...perhaps give his perspective on the matter to both him and Raiden.

I think I'm in agreement with Sabre here. It's a cool idea, but I could see it going down badly. Shiva hates fighting and death, and will only use extremities if absolutely necessary. I also don't think Henry suggesting fighting would be a good first impression upon the queen, either. ; )

as in the first ever Henry  I made would definitely do that. Probably making the argument of "I have four spirits inside my body. And I have a phoenix feather. I've also been able to die and come back to life though sheer force of will (The last fanfic I made of his stories) so you can't tell me what to do. "I also have a robot angel songtress and reaper on speed dial. a dragon too, but she doesn't listen to me much.". He's probably throw in a cocky glare and break a wall with a pinkie.

 

 

But this isn't OG Henry we talking about.

 

This is Posessed Henry. Who is a bit more careful and much much weaker (In fact this might be the weakest Henry i've ever made...until he powers up). 

Posessed Henry would only ever do that if an open full on trial was set in motion and they were deemed to be punished. Then he would demand it.

Alrightee, here's my character sheet for Ren.  I'm also thinking about erasing Elia's character, because I just can't seem to connect with her.  If anyone would miss her I can try to keep going with her, but if not I think I may just remove her so that I can make room for the others that are receiving more attention.

 

(Also, I finally took some time to draw a character portrait! )

 

Name: Ren Mordecai

Gender: Male

Race: Drakon

Age (if fey, keep in mind that they are immortal, but can appear like a certain age): 300

Appearance:

Magic (if any): Wind elemental magic and the ability to transform into a dragon.

Weapons: Wind-edge sword

Personality: Loyal, generous, and ambitious.  At one time Ren had a heart filled with mercy, generosity and love, though after his imprisonment and torture within Isopolis these traits have fled.  In its place is fury and contempt, with a high desire for justice.  While Ren cares deeply for his friends and loved ones he will go to any means he sees necessary to ensure that vengeance has been made, and that evil is brought to justice.  He is strong-willed and often quiet, though he seems to have found his voice after having been locked away for so long.

Biography: Ren grew up in the farmlands in the outskirts of Kilkis Seres, living a silent peaceful life with his parents and older brother.  When he came of age he dreamed of serving the royal guard, and his wish came true when he joined the ranks of Kilkis Seres' guard under Queen Shiva.  He desired to build a wonderful world, and thought his place among the royal court would do just that.  During his time he befriended Helios, who became his closest companion and truest friend.  He also met Ariana Cabret, and at first they weren't compatible and, later, became friends as well.  He secretly had developed feelings for the woman, but was not able to pursue them, for Yevgeni Malachite already had his sights set on her and made it quite clear that Ren was not able to compete.  The two had a massive rivalry, but that is a story for another time.

 

Ren was ambitious as well as scholarly.  He enjoyed perusing the royal library when duty didn't summon him elsewhere, and he learned much about the history of the two worlds.  His fascination for the human world only further festered, until it became intolerable and he decided to go on an expedition with his closest friends, Helios and Ariana.  Their journey ended in tragedy, however, with the three fey hunted by the humans and their magic being suppressed.  With the last ounces of his magic, Ren managed to transform into a dragon briefly to get away from the humans, but in exchange he abandoned his friends to the human's torment.  Since that day Ren's heart has been filled with grief and regret, wishing that he'd stayed behind to save his friends from the fate that he'd left them to, that he'd started.

 

Ever since his return he'd been exiled to an imprisonment in the deepest cells within Isopolis, served by soldiers and befriending the sentinel, Soren.  Occasionally he'd be brought out for torture, a pain most excruciating and fearsome, and would be brought back to sit in the darkness with naught but his thoughts to keep him company.  Finally he has been freed by one of Raiden's supporters, and he wishes to throw Shiva from her throne, as well as save his best friend.

I noticed you both seem to be lacking behind a bit with the story so I thought I'd give you a helping hand with knowing whats happened so far. Cause you know, that's just how nice I can be. 

 

Reveals to the reader 

- Prince Jynn's father is Raiden who's real name is Odin.

- Ren (1 of the 3 feys that ventured to the world below) was freed from his prison cell in Isopolis (Land of the Forbidden Shrine) by a follower of ruler Raiden.

- 3 secret dungeons in Overworld revealed on page 53 for map to them along with more unrevealed ones provided by Scrap.

- The Infiltrator is a somewhat copy of ruler Raiden, looking just like him in appearance. 

- Knight in Red turned into a rare Doom Hound creature.

 

Overworld's current info

 

- it's early morning right now, 7am like.

- In a forest, Jimba has been defeated by an unknown fey. Prince Jynn's group being Elia, Aqua & Rufus are finally having the chance to talk with the others around them that helped fight against the punisher Jimba. But before any talking really happened Jari entered the scene asking for help but at the same time Typhon had evolved into his next bug stage. The group now is talking about heading over to Kilkis Seres & Mikhail is probably going to leave the group once they reach the kingdom's gates, Morana is starting to like the group & is willing to tag along with them on their journey. Baxter got killed by the unknown fey & Alicia is still siting in the Flowering Hyssop Bar in Mystras?  & Rhaedyn is somewhere within the forest still, possibly? 

- In Mystras Kingdom, Raiden has summoned all being King Alderon, Midnea, Raleigh, Arthur, Draksis, Curvis & Soran (Neena? ) within the grand hall to explain to the humans that they must leave the Overworld due to a deal with Shiva, but the king isn't happy about this & leaving wasn't in his plan nor was it in his best interest to leave the Overworld just yet. King Alderon & Midnea are talking with Raiden about staying along with a missing knight (Knight in red) of the group who is said to be the cause of some troubling events within the Kingdom while the others speak their minds asking questions for Raiden to answer also. Meanwhile the knight in Red has revealed to be turned into a Doom Hound creature & was currently causing trouble at the gates of Mystras until Alastor, Rabiyu & Dawson stepped in to fight this creature with the infiltrator on his way with Nihil as backup.   

- Prince Jynn got his left eye cut & can no longer see with it.       

- In Kilkis Seres kingdom. Helios is on trial for his crimes of venturing to the world below & also for now bringing to his world humans! Aura & Aurion are with Helios sticking to his side while Henry has only just woken up from within a guest room & Gel probably still sleeping?  . Prince Jynn & Shiva sit on their thrones with Eclaire beside them (who has just become a follower of Shiva's) facing Helios on his trial.

- Yev disappeared somewhere with the powerful dagger that he got from the Cerberos group.

- Ren has been freed & is now heading straight for Kilkis Seres to help Helios out, probably?

- Maxis has awoken the other living armor fey being Meksis from his sleepy sleep & both now are heading to Kilkis Seres to see Ivany.

- Xion & Takao have just entered the kingdom of kilkis Seres & have run into Bherna, now currently talking.

- Ryonne, Viridem & Jarrod are somewhere within the kingdom of Mystras?  .

 

Underworld's current info

 

- it's early morning right now, 7am like.

- Within the kingdom of Sondon, during the Helvadorian invasion. Effie & Everyth are currently fighting the punisher Pracia while Alex is about to fight the Duke of Helvadore who's name is Reynold. 

- Princess Visco is currently at Effie's old abandoned house, out of harms way & hidden from sight by it's surroundings.

- Roger & Vark are within the town of Mendon with Vark heading out to the royal gravesite in Fleuris for the anniversay of Queen Elysia's death.

 

Other characters

 

- Nergal & Veronica haven't been introduced into the story just yet.

Fire Emblem Heroes on Google Play is giving out one 4 star Corrin to everyone, even new accounts. So I for it on my tablet.

I play it! I got 4* Female Corrin, not sure if the gender for Corrin was randomly chosen by the game but yeah, I got the female version. Me getting the female version of Corrin works out well for me considering most of my team is made mainly from Conquest haah Have you seen the spring Festival special characters yet? I couldn't believe what I saw! haha seeing Chrom, Xander, Lucina & Camilla in rabbit costumes for Easter was unexpected to me haha I feel sorry for Xander tho, pink is not his best color haha Camilla really fills out that black rabbit costume of hers nicely too. Lucina's easter egg has her families crest on it & both her & Chrom's rabbit costumes are in blue which I think is awesome as! I'm pretty sure the guys weapons are carrots while the gals weapons are Easter eggs.

Fallout new vegas: I cleared a Deathclaw cavr on very hard on hardcore mode...with a light machinegun. With surplus ammunition. My gun broke midway throwugh and I had to go shotgun.

Yup, I caught a glimpse of this last night and it was quite funny to see Elrandir down the page and Sabre owning all of the posts in the main RP.  It is done every year, and I was talking with a couple of the mods about throwing in another joke.  Not sure we're going to actually do it, though . . . .

 

Also, I hope no one minds if I go ahead and post for Shiva now.  I don't think Jynn and Eclaire have spoken since Helios arrived, but I kind of feel they might be waiting for the dialogue to continue further with the trial, as I'm not so sure that we have a lot to respond to now.

Thank you for comprising all of this information, Unversed. : )  I'm sure that will be quite useful for those falling behind.  I have already messaged Yuffie privately though I have not yet heard a word, so I think we must continue without her for the time being.  I do hope that she returns, though, as she is an awesome RP'er. : )

 

As for Elia, yeah, I kind of thought about that dilemma with Aqua as well.  It's just . . . gosh, I have so many characters! and NPCs!  Out of all of them I feel that Elia and Curvis are the two that I can't properly relate to.  Curvis can play enough of a role in time, so I don't want to get rid of him (plus the world below really needs as many players as it can get), but Elia is just not blossoming as I'd hoped.  She's one that I just can't connect with, and all of her dialogue feels so forced.  That, coupled with the fact that I'm currently suffering writer's block with her, is just making me feel like I can't go anywhere with her.  I will try to hold out a bit longer, though I apologize if eventually I pass her along to live a silent life in Kilkis Seres. : P

That sounds like a great idea, actually; I think it's a good choice to use the same Judge, too. It keeps things interesting.

 

As for the timing: let's see what The Unversed thinks when he gets back online. There were some things via PM that we'd discussed a while back that he had planned for Pracia and Visco, but maybe it won't be too troublesome. We'll see. : )
