Zekrofire 11 Posted June 24, 2016 We know in the chi story that one of the foretellers is a traitor, but who is it? We haven't gotten much from the actual game, so I'm gonna go off what we got in the 2.8 trailer as that is told from the Foretellers perspective. First of all, Ira seems very out of the loop and doesn't know what to do, so I'm going to say it's not him. Gula seems to die during the trailer so that's another one down. Aced, although seems to be up to no good, sounds a bit righteous. Invi also questions him asking if he's saying their Master is wrong who we now know to be the one in the black coat who wants the Keyblade War to happen (he could just believe there is no way to stop it by why he is saying). So if Aced is disobeying the evil-sounding guy, I don't think he's the traitor. I don't really know what to say about Invi but I'm not just going to say it's not her, so I'll say there's a chance it is. As you may have guessed by now, Ava is my choice to be the traitor. She wants to send Keyblade Wielders into, for them, the unknown so that they may survive and train (is it possible they could be retrieved by Xehanort at a later date?), and she calls them the Dandelions. The man in the black coat was speculated to maybe be infiltrating this group so that he may survive longer (due to him holding a dandelion in the trailer), but what he was the one who gave the idea to Ava, hence the name Dandelions? Obviously we don't know a lot about them, but with what we know, that's my guess. Who do you think it is?
Alicia Maddox 2,141 Posted June 24, 2016 I'm going to go out on a limb and say The Master Of Masters is the traitor. If you look carefully both at the Back Cover traitor, and what we know from Chi, it seems to point in that direction.
SomeKHFan 63 Posted June 24, 2016 Gula seems to die during the trailer so that's another one down. Not sue if he actually dies. He could just be knocked out. He is watching Ava and Chirithy later in the trailer, although it's unknown if the trailer is in chronological order.

Well the guy in the black coat is the Master of Masters and the only reason that there are even keyblade wielders now is because of Ava, so I don't think that she is the traitor since she has been trying to stop things from dying. Imo, it has to be Invi or Aced and I'm leaning towards Invi since she Not sue if he actually dies. He could just be knocked out. He is watching Ava and Chirithy later in the trailer, although it's unknown if the trailer is in chronological order. True, but he hasn't had a canon appearance yet, so if he has died behind the scenes then that would make since. hasn't really been in the game much. Dagesh Lene 366 Posted June 24, 2016 (edited) I personally think that none of the Foretellers are the traitor. It's not really based on anything other than that I don't know why Square-Enix would make the traitor be a leader of a Union you can join in Kingdom Hearts X[chi] and Unchained X. Once everyone learns who the traitor is, if the traitor is one of the Foretellers, who would want to be in that Foreteller's Union? That's the way I look at it. I personally think that the traitor will be the sixth apprentice. Nomura himself said in an interview in the 600th issue of Dengeki PlayStation, "The one remaining apprentice hasn't been talked about at all yet, so please wait for [KHxBC]." So, we know that the sixth apprentice will have a role in Back Cover, but what will it be? I think that since he has not been talked about at all, he will be the traitor. I think that not talking about the sixth apprentice at all might be an attempt by Square-Enix to make us forget about him, so that we are surprised when the traitor is revealed to be him, but all of this is just my opinion. Sonic 487 Posted June 24, 2016 haha but in all seriousness with the way it looks i always thought that there was no traitor and that the book threw everyone off to distrust each other. That's just my 2 cents though
Sendou Aichi 2,356 Posted June 24, 2016 Felixx. Granted, I don't think there is a traitor. None of the leaders of the joinable unions are the traitor, however, for obvious reasons. 1 Felixx reacted to this
