Roleplay Kirby: Stars of Dreamland (The RP)

It was a very peaceful day on Pop Star. The sun was shining ever so brightly, the civilians were playing outside. Everything was so perfect...That is until later...

 

 

"One...Two...Three..." A cute little voice was counting with his eyes closed against a tree. A pink, little ball like creature was playing hide and seek with his friends in the forest.

 

"Four...Five...Six...Seven..." Kirby loved playing hide and seek. Especially today. Because if he found all of his friends in this one game, they would make him a huge cake with a strawberry on top.  His favorite.

 

"Eight...Nine....TEN! Poyo! Poyo!" Kirby jumped to turn around with a smile on his face. He looked around. No one was in sight. This was going to be harder than he thought. But nonetheless, this was for cake. With that in mind, Kirby began walking and searching for his friends.

Ribbon was hidden up in a tree, hiding behind various pine cones and large leaves in hope Kirby wouldn't be able to find her. She loved playing with Kirby, especially Hide and Seek. Ribbon was able to easily hide from her puff-ball friend due to her small size...but of course there were other fairies that would play too. It wasn't that bad if she lost, after all, it was only a harmless game.

Elsa was careful to hide in the tree. She dared not to make a peep or a move. She loved playing Hide and Seek, especially when she played with her two children back home. Hopefully, she could find a way to Earth, but for now, she was having fun on this new planet.

The jester known as Archie was submerged inside a river that was a part of the forest. He brought up his head only halfway out so that he could scan for the environment in case a certain puffball was nearby. Initially he was only going to showcase his humor and leave, but decided to join the puffball and his group on their game.

 

 

He smiled to himself and thought about the many comments he could make at the end of the game. Then, he stuck his head back into the water, waiting patiently for the arrival of the puffball.

Adlenine was hiding in a bush from Kirby, occasionally peaking out to see if Kirby was close by. Like everyone else, she loved playing with Kirby. It was mostly fun playing these kind of games with the little puffball.

 

Kirby continued to walk and stopped next to the tree Ribbon was hiding in. "Poyo! Poyo!" He called out. No answer. "Poyo..." But this isn't a time to get discouraged. Cake was on the line. Cake.

Kirby then nodded to himself. He took a deep breath, making his body grow bigger, then started to float in the air. he moved his arms going up and up, hoping to find at least someone. He was floating right in front of the pinecone Ribbon was hiding behind. He looked left. Nothing. He looked right. Something. "Poyo!" He let out his air and dropped down, running towards a tree. "Poyo, poyo, poyo, poyo, poyo, poyo..." He then pointed at Elsa. "Poyo!"

A green fairy just arrived in Dreamland, wowed by its scenery. "wow! So this is Dreamland?" Viride watching a pink puffball finding his friends. However, Viride think that pink puffball is a girl. "she's Kirby? That's kinda a weird name for girl." She decided to sits on the tree and continue to watch him.

Elsa froze when she saw Kirby point at her. "Aw, dang it! I was so quiet, too!" Elsa shouted, thinking that she wouldn't be found up there. She carefully climbed out the tree, until a tree branch she stepped on broke off. Thankfully, she was close to the ground, so all she got was a few bruises and a couple of twigs in her hair. "Ow... Maybe I should've picked a better hiding spot." Elsa said, rubbing her butt a little. She picked out the twigs and fixed her hair again.

Kirby jumped up and down, happy that he found Elsa. He also helped pick out the twigs in her hair as well. "Poyo, poyo!" Now to find the rest of his friends. He began to walk off looking for the others. He was starting to get closer to the bush Adeline was in. But he wasn't facing that way. It was behind him. Adeline silently snickered as she watched Kirby. He has no idea I'm right here!

Elsa smiled and said, "Thanks, Kirby." She got up and brushed herself off. Then she stayed near the tree, watching Kirby look for the others. Goodness, Kirby reminds me of Lisa. They're both so tiny and adorable. I bet Lisa would love him..., Elsa thought, smiling and giggling to herself a bit.

"Mmmm...so far, I don't see any danger around here." She said. When Kirby found Elsa, Viride jumped a little and gasped. Is that... A human?! I thought popstar don't have any humans." She continues to watch them As she begins to wondered how the woman made it into this world.

Elsa felt that someone was watching her. "Who's there?" She asked, looking around. Her eyes turned purple when she sensed danger and was about to summon her Gaster Blasters until she looked up to see the fairy and stared at her. Oh my gosh, it's a fairy! I thought they weren't real., she thought, her eyes changing back to normal. She smiled at the cute little fairy and said, "Hello there. What's your name?"

(un oh... Busted..) her face blank while one of her eyes twitches. She shook her head violently and stop. " oh ummm. I'm Viride. And you are?" she asked her as she stands up, begin to fly around on the top of Elsa's head.

"I'm Elsa S. Jones. Just call me Elsa." She said, giggling as she watched the fairy fly around her head. If my children were here, they would be freaking out and happy knowing that they saw a real fairy..., Elsa thought. "You look so cute, Viride." She said, smiling at the fairy.

He found somebody..., Archie deduced while he heard the muffled sounds of the puffball. He thought about coming out to see where he would go, but decided against it, instead opting to keep his cover low. For a few minutes he stood completely still, listening to the puffball running around the forest and ocasionally breathing bubbles to let go of some air. 

 

That's when he heard 2 more voices. He would've tried to say something related to the event, but unfortunately forgot that he couldn't talk underwater. His attempt ended in him swallowing excess liquid and his inability to properly breath, causing him to panic and and rise from the river, gasping for air and coughing up the swallowed water when his head and neck was out.

Kirby looked curiously at the new fairy that came over. She was a fairy just like Ribbon, only different. "Hii!" He waved his hands at the fairy smiling. But then he remembered. Hide and Seek.

 

Cake.

 

He heard something or someone gasping for air. He ran to the place where he was hearing those sounds. He skidded and stopped by a stream of water. "Poyo?" He looked both ways to see who it was. Just then, he saw Archie and pointed at him. "Poyo!" He exclaimed, finding a another friend in this game. That's two friends closer to cake!

The sound of the puffball's trademark sound made Archie jump, and seeing him only made his world crumble and fall apart. His present hopes and dreams vanished, because of a moment of losing focus. Better luck next time., he mentally sighed.

 

"Okay, you win. You're really being good at this. Heck, I think If an entire village was hiding, you'd find it in no time!" Archie praised. Which reminds me... "Anyways, what's your name, again? I zoned out when you introduced yourself earlier." Archie asked with concern, not wanting to disrespect his seeker. After his loss, he thought about going to somewhere else, but not before he could say his goodbyes. Right now, he was accepting his loss and waiting for the game to end.

Elsa smiled as she watched Kirby find someone else. Then she got an idea and looked at the fairy and said, "Here comes the tickle monster!" And she began to tickle her, wanting to make her laugh. Elsa laughed happily. Her two children loved to be tickled so she wanted to tickle the fairy, too.

Viride giggles and tearing up when Elsa tickling her. "s-stop it! That's tickles! Hahaha!" She laughs. Viride continue to laugh until she told her to stop. "alright, alright! That's enough. That's enough, Elsa."

"Hehe, okay." Elsa said, taking her hands away from the fairy. She moved her eyes back to Kirby, who was still running around looking for the others. She sighed a little and said, "If only my children were here. They would've loved it..." Elsa almost felt like crying because she began to miss her family terribly. But she didn't want the fairy to be worried and so she put a smile back on her face and said, "A-Anyway, i hope they're looking for me. Even though i'm literally gone from Earth..."

"I...see." she smiles at her and continued to watch Kirby. She was curious about him. (so She's a baby star warrior? I really don't see her as a warrior at all. They are sure about Kirby?) she thought as she crossed her arm and watching him as the same time.

Adeline poked her head out of the bush and looked both ways. Kirby doesn't seem to be around...Maybe it wouldn't to just have a quick meeting with that new fairy...

The female painter nodded to herself, looked both ways once again, then quickly jumped out of the and walked quickly to Elsa and the fairy. "Hi there!" She said, waving her paintbrush. "Welcome to Dreamland! My name's Adeline."

Elsa smiled at Adeline and waved a bit. Then she continued to watch the small puffball. She giggled when Kirby found Archie. Now Adeline's the only person left for him to find. Then we can make that yummy cake for that little cutie..., she thought. Elsa looked at Adeline and smirked, getting an idea. She shouted, "Hey Kirby! I found someone! Come quick now!"

"Kirby, huh? Cute name. Goes well with your appearance." Archie replied as he stroke his chin, before he heard the shout of the woman named Elsa that he met earlier, along with Kirby's friends. He wrapped his non-existent arm around Kirby and pulled him closer to say something to him, forming a smirk on his mouth at the same time.

 

 

"Why don't you go with your friend to see what she's found? If you really Kir to by the winner of this lovely game, that is." Archie advised to Kirby with a wink on his right eye, smiling even after that... pun he made. He awaited for a reply...

"Kirby, huh? Cute name. Goes well with your appearance." Archie replied as he stroke his chin, before he heard the shout of the woman named Elsa that he met earlier, along with Kirby's friends. He wrapped his non-existent arm around Kirby and pulled him closer to say something to him, forming a smirk on his mouth at the same time.  "Why don't you go with your friend to see what she's found? If you really Kir to by the winner of this lovely game, that is." Archie advised to Kirby with a wink on his right eye, smiling even after that... pun he made. He awaited for a reply...

 

"Poyo?" Kirby slightly tilted his head a bit as Archie told that "pun" ...He didn't quite get, but yet he smile and nodded. "Poyo!" As told, Kirby ran back into the forest where he heard Elsa's voice. "Poyo, poyo, poyo, poyo..."

 

"Poyo!" Adeline jumped as soon as she heard Kirby's voice. "E-Elsa, no fair!" The painter cried. "Oh man, I gotta hide! Umm..." She frantically looked around for a new hiding spot. If she hid back in the bush, it might become more obvious. "Please help me!" Cried Adeline.

Elsa giggled when she heard Kirby's voice and his footsteps. When Adeline pleaded for her to find a better hiding place, she smirked and said, "Sure. Let me help you into this tree." And her eyes turned purple, then she used her psychokinesis to lift Adeline into the highest place of the tree. Then she saw Kirby come closer and so she stopped using her powers and smiled nervously at the puffball. "S-Sorry, Kirby. It was a false alarm. They left when i called you over."
