Nicki CL 0 Posted June 17, 2016 Hi, everyone.I have just started playing Unchained X JP version last week (after playing NA version since it the american servers openend), but yesterday, after the latest update, I keep getting this error message. People over facebook told me it says I have a problem with my internet connection, but my connection is working just fine. All devices + my computer have full access to internet functions.My device is a Samsung J5 (SM-J500M) with Android 5.1.1.I have already tried restoring resources, cleaning cache, clearing data, uninstalling the game and installing it back again, creating a new account, and nothing has worked so far.I would be very grateful if anyone could enlighten me as to why this is happening.Thanks in advance to anyone who might have an answer for me. I don't get why Square Enix has this restriction policy, they earn less money like that.I'll see if there's a way to work around this issue (not that I have much hope in achieving that goal, but...).Thanks for the help.
