I don't really care if they bring them to PS4, maybe if it is through the backwards playability or how it's called I would play them again, but I don't need to play CoM or BBS a third time just for 30 FPS more I think ^^

Very interested. I wasn't able to play HD 1.5 & 2.5 when they originally released because I didn't have a PS3, so it would be great to finally have them on a console I actually own, and then additionally it would just be nice for the entire Xehanort Saga to be all on one console.

Considering they disrespected us with the half assed KHII remix I wouldn't buy it on principle.

I too didn't have a PS3 when they were released (and I still don't), so I missed out. If they are planning in porting them to the PS4 in some form or another they should. 1.5 and 2.5 were released towards the end of the PS3's life cycle so it's going to be a bit tricky to obtain a copy sooner or later. Backwards compatibility or an actual remaster, I don't care how it's brought to the PS4 and long as it is.

Awesome because i have no PS3 to play the other HD Remixes xD

But please let them release 2.8 an III first^^

I'm not throwing away my hard earned money for games I've already payed for and played once.

technically, for most of us, twice

But seriously, focus on KH3.  Id rather have that be the only focus now that we're done with all these remixes and XV is coming out

I'd love it if Square Enix placed 1.5 and 2.5 on the Xbox One and Nintendo NX too. They deserve it far more than Sony right now.

I'll buy it if they release it (and I think some sort of super pack would be cool), but I'm not chomping at the bit for it. I'm sure people new to the series on PS4 might appreciate it, though.

I agree only with the Xbox One part. It just makes sense to have all of those available for the users who are going to get KH3 on Xbone. However, it would be pointless to get it put on the NX, as they have expressed no interest or desire to port KH3 to the NX, we don't even know if it could support it or not, so there would be no point to porting all those titles to a system that may never get it. Also, the firetruck do you mean that Sony doesn't deserve this!? They've been there since day one and there was never any doubt in anyone's mind that KH3 would ever be on a Sony system, so it would be even more pointless to not have those remasters on the same system. KH is multiplatform, but it's practically part of Sony's family by this point. Sony deserves every bit of KH that it's getting.

For me, it would be the final stepping stone for replacing my PS3 with a PS4 because then the majority of the franchise would be playable on that one console alone.

Since I finally have a PS4 of my own this year, I got to experience the features of the PS4, and would actually now really like these games to come onto the PS4, as long as they get even more of an HD remake to them, kind of like with Final Fantasy X. Plus, it would be nice to play more games on my PS4, not that I am thinking of getting rid of my PS3 anytime soon.

I would love it!!! Even though I buy everything Kingdom Hearts related it would still be nice being able to play the games on my own system. This way I wouldn't have to keep borrowing my brother's PS3.

Gimme a KHIIFM with fast load times, fast drive use times, no BS Reversal glitches in the Eternal Xemnas fight, 1080p and 60fps and I'd be fine. Couldn't care less about the others.

Not only would it make all the KH games so far accessible on a single console, but it would fix the problematic glitches, bugs and load times that 2.5 currently has. So yes, I'd be down for it.

Peace!

I would very much like this to happen. 1.5 and 2.5 (while 1.5 wasn't as much of a culprit, it did have its issues) were somewhat sloppy/rushed ports, especially 2.5 which had numerous glitches, crashes, etc. Not to mention the load times were much slower than their original counterparts, which is never a good thing for a remaster of a video game. If they took their time to fix all of these problems and improve the load times, we could have HD remasters of the games on the same console as 2.8 and KH3, which I think would be awesome. Yasue himself said in Square Enix Presents that DDDHD had the most effort put into it compared to 1.5 and 2.5. This would be an opportunity to make all of the HD remasters good ports and clean up all the bugs, problems, etc. that need to be fixed.

I would love to get it. After I get a PS4, I would love to play all titles in order from KHUχ/KHχBC to KH3.

I've been waiting forever, as my PS3 stopped playing games, I wanted them to come to PS4. But just recently I bought a new one and 1.5/2.5.

And knowing my luck they'll now come out on PS4. I love life

Their focus has always been on KH3. The HD Remixes have not had any effect on its progress whatsoever. Tai Yasue, one of the directors/co-directors confirmed this in a recent Square Enix Presents interview.

Yeah, I was referring to the HD releases specifically. I probably should have clarified more lol

Not interested: Have them on PS3.

Sony already has it available on the PS3 for starters so Sony fans can stick with that version, and besides, every side game aside Birth by Sleep and X has been on Nintendo systems. They deserve it just as much as Xbox. Square Enix already have Nintendo NX dev-kits so it's a guarantee for KH3 to be on that system too. If Zelda Wii U can be played on the NX then the HD ReMixes should have no problems at all whatsoever. If Square Enix bother to port the remixes into current generation consoles, let it be on the PS4, but don't leave it exclusively for the PS4 when KH3 will release on all major current generation platforms.

Did Square ever give ANY indication that it plans to have KH3 on a Nintendo console? No, they didn't. Just because it's possible doesn't mean it's confirmed to happen. Unless they outright say that they would like to put it on the NX, there's a pretty solid guarantee that it's not going to happen. If they had said that they were considering it as early as they announced that it would also be on XBone, then there might have been a solid chance of it happening, but since they have so far given no indication that they intend to do that and it's so late in the development cycle, reworking things to work for yet another system at the last second could seriously backfire and ruin the game for everyone. Maybe they could some day port it over much later down the line, but unless they say that they want to bring that experience back to Nintendo systems, they're not going to bother with porting those HD remixes to the NX. Plus, wouldn't it be pretty pointless when over half of the games that were on Nintendo systems haven't even been made full games anyway? As things stand right now, it makes much more sense to port the remixes so that they can work on the only other system that is confirmed to be hosting KH3, the Xbox One.

And as one further point, the goal of the remixes where to centralize everything to one system for convenience. Porting it to another system almost defeats that purpose, the only exception being if it were ported to a system that was going to use KH3. In which case, it makes sense to have the remixes ported to PS4, as that is the major platform that KH3 is being showcased on, previous significant titles having been on Playstation platforms in the past. The only other exception can be directed towards the Xbox One since KH3 will also be for that system. Like it or not, Nintendo is being left out of this one, and it's understandable.

As popular as KH is with it's fans, it's never been one of Nintendo's most major sellers, compared to their own properties. The series is much more popular within the Sony market, so for it to be so focused on Sony systems is only natural. I understand that it might not be "fair" to some users out there, but that's just the way that it is right now. And ultimately, nothing will happen unless both Nomura and his team and Square and Disney themselves want to make it happen, and as I said, they have not shown any signs suggesting that they do so far, and time's really starting to run out for any other huge decisions like that.
