sagman12PC 280 Posted June 1, 2016 (edited) AMD RX 480 -14nm FinFET - 5 TFLOPS - 4/8GB GDDR5 - 256-Bit - 36 Cu's - 150W TDP - VR Ready - June 29th Release Date (Reference) - $200 (4GB version) AMD claims two of these in crossfire can rival the performance of the $600 dollar GTX 1080. I would take this claim with a grain of salt until benchmarks are released. Just like NVIDIA, AMD's marketing department likes to cherry pick certain statistics to make it look like their cheaper GPU is better than the premium priced competitor. I believe this card will compete with the GTX 1070; the 1080 will remain the king of high-end until AMD releases vega in October. Remember, AMD Polaris is targeting the entry level-mid range market. Still, for $200, this GPU will dominate the market for low-mid range cards Edited June 1, 2016 by sagman12PC 1 atheist123 reacted to this
