I have this feeling the guardian will come for me. I understand you 2 have a past? Maybe you could help me if you so choose. Ill look out for you this i swear." he didnt know how Noel would take this but he hoped Noel would listen. He could use an ally because everyone else was against him.

At the mention of Caius the young man tensed.  "It's . . . complicated between me and Caius.  I was his protege, and he was my master.  We were very close once.  I wish that he would turn around.  Underneath it all he's . . . not as bad as you would think."  Noel said this, and yet he know Caius was now his enemy; fighting alongside Chaos left him no other position.  "Still, I will help you, and I appreciate your help in return.  Facing Caius will be a delicate manner, though if you expect me to talk sense into the guy you're probably looking to the wrong person for help."

 

As Noel was preparing to leave the general vicinity he saw a blur of lilac and brown locks.  It took him a moment to realize it was Elsa charging right toward them.  A torrent of mixed emotions coursed through him.  Joy, anguish, relief, pain?  But then he always sort of did feel mixed when around Elsa; he didn't really know how to take her the majority of the time.

 

"Elsa," he replied flatly, though uncertainly creeped into his tone.  He didn't know what her motives were for being there, but he didn't expect the brightest of responses after how they parted.  Heck, he wasn't even sure how to respond himself.

It's just that I didn't want to see Xathnan's face again. You may call me a bad friend, but I swear, I've seen the error of my ways. Please... Please forgive me. I'm begging you..." She fell to her knees, putting Lisa down and wrapping her arms around her chest, crying real tears of pain. If he doesn't accept my apology, I'll never forgive myself. The warrior just glared at xehanort because he knew he was just making excuses. "We shall meet again dark warrior. Kefka then got insulted as he launched flare at the closing portal. "Talk all you want pansy at least i didnt make my puppet from odds and ends of cosmos warriors! I cant beleive they ruined my fun! I wanted to rip his heart out!" terra got blasted by kefkas attack plummeting to the bottom of the area. "She will recover... Kefka was interrupted by the sound of steel. The warrior now raised his blade to kefka. "The girl comes with me." kefka raised an eyebrow. "Excuse me? My puppet? You think you can just take my toy and walk out of here?! Right..." Kefka laughed hysterically. The warriors gaze did not let up. "Those two are dealt with, our truce over. Release the girl or taste steel."

She got in front of Elsa and said, "L-Leave mama alone, meanie!" Elsa put a hand on her daughter's shoulder and said to her, "Lisa. It's okay. I can handle this..." Though Lisa wanted to protect her mother from Xathnan, she instead listened to her mother's wishes. "O-Okay..." Lisa said, moving out of her way. Elsa slowly got up, wiping the tears away and looked at Xathnan, saying, "Alright. I'll... Let you talk with me."

-Elsa and Lisa, Lifespring Grotto-Elsa felt a twinge of pain when he said he lost his family. "O-Oh... I didn't know. I'm so sorry for your loss..." And with her motherly instinct kicking in, she gave him a hug to comfort him, the same hug she would do to her children when they were scared or had nightmares. Lisa stayed quiet, barely knowing about death except from what she saw on the battlefield of Lufenia, a scene which she wants to forget. "I'm sorry for rejecting the truth about you. I hope you forgive me..." Elsa said to him, crying a bit more.

Sooner we get there, sooner we can rest and decide what we do next."Squall nodded, "Fine. Let's go."~Chaos and Xemnas, Edge of Madness~"Go with Xemnas. Scout for him," Chaos commanded Xigbar. "Do what you do best and keep your eye open."Xemnas looked to Xigbar as he prepared to open a dark corridor, "Where do you suggest we start, old friend?"~Vanitas, Xehanort and Garland, Kefka's Tower~Vanitas saw the Thunder begin to surround him, as well as the strange Fire spell."If that's how you want to play it..."Vanitas dropped to the lower levels as the fireball came close, letting go of the girl, hoping that the fireball missed him and hit the girl.Xehanort was tossed back by the attack from the Warrior, staggering afterwards and clutching his chest."I'd show you, whelp, if I were not so grossly outmatched and exhausted," Xehanort said, as his attention turned to his Guardian.The Guardian had now been overwhelmed by Garland, who had just taken his second wind."Ha! Again, it's nice to meet you. I hope you don't think that I'm some kind of crazy person. I really am sorry." She politely bowed down to him. "I'm Xion." Xion Frowned when he called her Kairi. -Elsa and Lisa, Lifespring Grotto-"Of course!" Elsa said, letting go of him gently. She picked up Lisa and said, "We are gonna stay together, no matter what. Right, Noel?" And looked at him, waiting for an answer. Lisa, however, still didn't trust Xathnan and just stared at him with angry eyes. But she went back to being happy since her mother was okay now. Though if Xathnan did bad again, she will kick him many times.

Genesis, as he reached Sanctuary, replied to Lightning: "You are welcome. It is quite useful, sometimes...I'll stay here for now."

He then addressed he girl who asked about the others who were with him: "Well, the others chose to fight one of their warriors. That armoured person who I fought against. There are plenty of warriors who are fighting against him already, and since I use magic in addition to close combat, I am afraid I could have accidentally hurt some of them. They will be fine."

 

Genesis then addressed Sora, whom Genesis left behind. Genesis almost forgot about him: "Hey, something caught my attention. Besides, we needed someone to watch over Cosmos, in case someone arrived here in order to hurt her..."

 

When Sora was called an hero by Serena, Genesis laughed a bit: "Calm down....this puppy needs to learn some things before becoming an hero...like being humble, for example. "

Sora's cheerfulness reminded  Genesis of Zack, the person who saved him. His mentor, Angeal, Genesis' childhood friend, gave him the nickname "Zack, the Puppy".

 

"Cosmos, there is something I want to ask: Are there another warriors  that weren't summoned by you or Chaos?"

"Ah, Chaos wastes no time." Hektor spoke unimpressed., holding onto his tophat as the dust flew over him, and after wiping some dust off his clothes. Seeing as the emperor directed himself at Terra, caused Hektor extend his arm in front of Terra as Hektor walked in front of him and Elia. And glancing at them and nodding slightly.

 

Hektor then turned to face Mateus, "Greetings...sir?" Hektor greeted him, always with the mannerisms. "What may be the reason you're here? to kill him?" Hektor asked, unamused, but politely at the emperor, unshaken by the mans presence.

"Tsk. Meddlesome child" Mateus said, as Terra was escaping."I am not here to kill him, but to bring him to Chaos. That's my order"

"These traitors might be useful to me...although I wonder if they are powerful enough to serve as my pawns..." Of course, he was lying about his motives to the man before him. The Emperor plans on overthrowing Chaos, becoming the ruler of this land. The traitors can help him achieve that.

"I suppose Chaos will be happy if I kill a Cosmos' warrior." He said, as he summoned some crests around him, and using staff to use Dynamite, an energy orbs that sticks to the ground and pulls the enemies around towards it, damaging them a little before exploding. Mateus waited for the action of the man before him after that.

It surprised Noel to watch as Elsa sank to her knees in a fit of tears, so remorseful of her actions.  She then, astoundingly, turned and hugged Xathnan as he reiterated his story.  When she finally turned back to him Noel offered her a slight smile, taking a step forward and placing his hands on her shoulders.  "Thank you, Elsa.  I forgive you.  You were upset, and I understand that.  I'm sorry that you've had to witness everything that has been going on."  The brunet straightened, his gaze flickering toward Lisa before returning to the youngwoman.  "But my promise still stands, you know.  I will get you back home.  I won't rest until I see it happen, but please try to hold it together, okay?  I . . . feel so helpless when you get so upset."

 

Finally Noel turned to Xathnan and nodded.  "We should stick together for now.  I know that there is a village nearby.  Come, we should try to find it and seek shelter.  I think we could all turn in for some good rest sometime soon."  Of course, Noel was referring to the village that the mermaid had spoken of; he didn't know that there was no nearby village, excepting the one which rested at the bottom of the lake.

However, she froze when he talked about the nearby village. While she didn't have the heart to tell him, she didn't want him to be in the dark, either. So she put a hand on his shoulder and said solemnly, "Noel... I don't know how to tell you this, but... That village you speak of is gone. It's practically swamp now. I'm not lying. You said you are a different man now. The man you once were is gone. You've changed a lot. I feel it." She hugged him once more, hoping it would help him be happy again. Poor Xathnan... Though she could very well protect herself, it was nice to see to her friends do the same. "You know... What you said reminds me of my husband. He promised to me in our wedding vows that no matter what, he would protect our family. That through the good and bad times, we would stay together and help each other out." She started to cry a little at the sweet memory, wanting so desperately to see him and David again. Lisa wanted to see her dad and big brother again as well, whimpering a little. Elsa rocked her gently to calm her down. She summoned a bottle with milk and gave it to Lisa, who happily accepted it and drank to her heart's content. Kevin, David, everyone... He gasped as he closes his eyes tightly and covering his face with his arm, however, Terra arrived just in time to save Ven and Link by reflecting the attack and aiming at the Dragon. He opened his eyes slowly as saw his best friend protected him and the boy in green. Terra Look at them and said. "Are you two alright?" He nodded at him. "Yeah I'm fine." Ven gets up, offered Link to help him up, reached his hand at Link. He take Ventus' hand, standing up with his help. "Thanks." He ruffles Ven's hair. Ventus grumbled in annoyed, but had to suck it up.

On its arms were 2 arm cannons along with a huge cannon on its back. It bore the heartless symbol on its chest as its roar filled the area. "My pet will look around."

Lisa dropped the bottle and covered her ears, not liking the sound of the roar at all. She could handle the Gaster Blaster roars, but not this one. "O-Owie!" Lisa shouted. Elsa winced from the roar, but was used to it. Wow. As Papyrus would say, that is so cool!, Elsa thought, thinking about the younger skeleton brother. She picked up the bottle, cleaned it off, and gave it to Lisa, who continued to drink from it. She started to calm down slightly, but still didn't trust Xathnan, her feelings remaining unchanged for him.

It remembered there scent from melmond although its form had changed since then. It nudged Elsa to prove its friendly intentions. "Im sorry if this looks iffy. My powers dont change because i switch sides." He looked to noel. "Shall we go for a ride?"

"That's good to know." Elsa said, relieved. Lisa became scared at first when she saw the dragon come near them, then she watched it sniff her and her mother. She giggled, feeling ticklish on her head and with one hand, she reached out to cautiously pet the dragon, feeling its dark skin. Elsa laughed a little, knowing this dragon meant to do no harm and started to pet him, too. "You're just a big sweetheart, aren't you?" She said, smiling at the pet dragon. He's so majestic..., she thought, feeling amazed by the dragon. Lisa squealed a bit and tried to wiggle out of her mother's grip, wanting to get on the dragon so badly. "Whoa there, Lisa. We'll get on him, i promise." Elsa said, holding onto her daughter tightly.

- Draksis - The Conqueror - Lufenia - Getting annoyied.

 

Draksis's attacks were working, somewhat. Well, his throw worked anyway, mildly annoyied that his latter attack at Elia failed, however, by a man clad in what seemed to be a strong, well crafted, magically enhanced armor. Much the likes of his own...THe man blocked his sword as they entered a power struggle. The man's shield was strong, Draksis had to give him that. But he soon realized the man's plan, and what the man was trying to do...read his mind, it would be effective, if Draksis wasn't a spirit hellbent on destruction and dominance.

 

"..." Draksis stood silent as he analyzed the man. He began to project his thoughts to Johnny as he knew the man was trying to read his mind. 'Trying to delve into my mind? an interesting attempt, but be careful what you look for...' Draksis spoke to Johnny mentally, funny thing, he wasn't blocking Johnny off his mind, he was actually letting him look into it. After all his mind is pure darkness, the boy would need to be at his best to crack it. He glanced behind him, seeing Aqua begin doing a spinning slash. "I warned you girl..." Draksis muttered to himself as he threw his arm and his weight to the right, possibly throwing Johnny off balance and to the side as well, as he charged energy into a jump, at the last second before Aqua hit, now Aqua would have to deal with herself with not hitting Johnny with her spinning attack.

 

However as he landed, he was not predicting Mog to land on him with his spear, the spear pierced through him entirely, from  both the velocity and the impact concentrated on the tip of the spear and the thrust. Dark energy poured out of Draksis's armor as Mog soon jumped away to try and attack Kalameet. 

 

Draksis had been damaged, with a large hole through his armor and his spirit showing through it, with no blood coming out, in fact it was showing that Draksis did not have a body inside the armor. "Annoying.Little.Rat..." Draksis muttered, with pure energy pouring out of the damaged areas of the armor, slowly fixing the damage back up. Draksis merely looked up and did a close palm gesture to Kalameet.

 

 

Kalameet took notice of this, both enraged that his master had been damaged by a pesky teddy bear lookalike. But also that the bloody thing was jumping right for it, charging its telekinetic power again just in time, quicker than the last as it didn't have to worry about knocking someone off in a large area, to cover his body. Instead just one. Mog. It quickly released a shockwave at mog, if it catched the moogle, he would find himself being picked up by Kalameet's telekinesis and thrown into the ground with astounding force, only to come crashing down into Draksis's well timed charged punch, in case Mog fell just right. It would be a tough attack to withstand, but the thing had damaged him, and he was...more than a bit annoyied now.

 

 

- Hektor - Flashback - Fight against Mateus -

 

"I am no child...sir" Hektor clarified readjusting his hat with a serious look on his face. "You bring him to Chaos so he can do what with him?" Hektor asked curious as to why Mateus wanted to capture Terra, or even why Chaos bothered to send someone to capture the traitor instead of just killing him outright. It intrigued him to no end as to why a being like chaos would summon beings that would openly betray him at a moments notice.

 

"Licking your master's boots? Or do you wish to show him you are more than what you seem?" Hektor questioned Mateus on his statement. Knowing a fight would be in order very soon, Hektor adjusted his tophat and tie. And prepared himself for battle, but he took no action as of now. True to his motto, he never attacks first. 

 

Mateus's dynamite orb would find itself without much of an effect, after Hektor deftly casted an area of controlled wind magic around it to nullify its pulling effects, with some time magic on the side to create a nice barrier as the orb ran out of power and dissipated.

 

Hektor wasted no time then, quickly pressing a button on his cane as it entered is whip form, Hektor quickly casted Lightning and wind magic onto it as he slashed twice at Mateus, the whip, long enough to reach the distance, quick enough to be hard to dodge, and wind and lightning to power the attack. Swinging it with enough finesse to leave little room for Mateus to grab hold of the whip-cane.

~Serena and Xion~~Sanctuary~"Pluto? So this is your dog?" She asked him. After Sora asked their names, Serena introduced herself. "Oh, how silly of me. My name is Serena. Again, it's nice to meet you. I hope you don't think that I'm some kind of crazy person. I really am sorry." She politely bowed down to him. "I'm Xion." Xion Frowned when he called her Kairi. "I'm a friend of your nobody, Roxas.."~Ganondorf~~Kefka's Tower~As he was waiting, he scents that both Xehanort and Vanitas have left the battle. "Hm, weaklings." He went inside the tower. He Find Garland, Kefka and Terra, talking to each others. He chuckled. "I see you have a quite of battle with your son." He said with a evil smile.

("White teddy bear". Vaude, that was perfect.)~Genesis, Sanctuary  Genesis, as he reached Sanctuary, replied to Lightning: "You are welcome. It is quite useful, sometimes...I'll stay here for now."He then addressed he girl who asked about the others who were with him: "Well, the others chose to fight one of their warriors. That armoured person who I fought against. There are plenty of warriors who are fighting against him already, and since I use magic in addition to close combat, I am afraid I could have accidentally hurt some of them. They will be fine." Genesis then addressed Sora, whom Genesis left behind. Genesis almost forgot about him: "Hey, something caught my attention. Besides, we needed someone to watch over Cosmos, in case someone arrived here in order to hurt her..." When Sora was called an hero by Serena, Genesis laughed a bit: "Calm down....this puppy needs to learn some things before becoming an hero...like being humble, for example. "Sora's cheerfulness reminded  Genesis of Zack, the person who saved him. His mentor, Angeal, Genesis' childhood friend, gave him the nickname "Zack, the Puppy". "Cosmos, there is something I want to ask: Are there another warriors  that weren't summoned by you or Chaos?"

- Draksis - The Conqueror - Lufenia - Getting annoyied. Draksis's attacks were working, somewhat. Well, his throw worked anyway, mildly annoyied that his latter attack at Elia failed, however, by a man clad in what seemed to be a strong, well crafted, magically enhanced armor. Much the likes of his own...THe man blocked his sword as they entered a power struggle. The man's shield was strong, Draksis had to give him that. But he soon realized the man's plan, and what the man was trying to do...read his mind, it would be effective, if Draksis wasn't a spirit hellbent on destruction and dominance. "..." Draksis stood silent as he analyzed the man. He began to project his thoughts to Johnny as he knew the man was trying to read his mind. 'Trying to delve into my mind? an interesting attempt, but be careful what you look for...' Draksis spoke to Johnny mentally, funny thing, he wasn't blocking Johnny off his mind, he was actually letting him look into it. After all his mind is pure darkness, the boy would need to be at his best to crack it. He glanced behind him, seeing Aqua begin doing a spinning slash. "I warned you girl..." Draksis muttered to himself as he threw his arm and his weight to the right, possibly throwing Johnny off balance and to the side as well, as he charged energy into a jump, at the last second before Aqua hit, now Aqua would have to deal with herself with not hitting Johnny with her spinning attack. However as he landed, he was not predicting Mog to land on him with his spear, the spear pierced through him entirely, from  both the velocity and the impact concentrated on the tip of the spear and the thrust. Dark energy poured out of Draksis's armor as Mog soon jumped away to try and attack Kalameet.  Draksis had been damaged, with a large hole through his armor and his spirit showing through it, with no blood coming out, in fact it was showing that Draksis did not have a body inside the armor. "Annoying.Little.Rat..." Draksis muttered, with pure energy pouring out of the damaged areas of the armor, slowly fixing the damage back up. Draksis merely looked up and did a close palm gesture to Kalameet.  Kalameet took notice of this, both enraged that his master had been damaged by a pesky teddy bear lookalike. But also that the bloody thing was jumping right for it, charging its telekinetic power again just in time, quicker than the last as it didn't have to worry about knocking someone off in a large area, to cover his body. Instead just one. Mog. It quickly released a shockwave at mog, if it catched the moogle, he would find himself being picked up by Kalameet's telekinesis and thrown into the ground with astounding force, only to come crashing down into Draksis's well timed charged punch, in case Mog fell just right. It would be a tough attack to withstand, but the thing had damaged him, and he was...more than a bit annoyied now.

 

~Johnny and Elia, the White Mage, Lufenia~Johnny began to be afraid as he heard the armored man talk to him inside his head.That was when he saw something.He snapped into a memory.He saw a village, damaged by a raid of bandits.He had just chased them away.He called out to them, "Don't you dare come back? Do you hear me?"He turned around and saw the villagers come out of their homes, grateful for their saviour. "You did a fine job, lad! What can we ever do to repay you, great master?"Johnny saw his hand move in front of him as he shook his head, "Just a night at the inn and some food for the journey ahead is all I require."Johnny snapped back into reality, just a split second after he slipped into the memory."Draksis," Johnny began to say.That was when he caught Aqua's attack missing Draksis and heading towards him.Johnny thought fast.Twisting his leg, he caught Elia and rolled past the blow, deflecting whatever came their way. Rolling out of the dodge, Johnny swung Excalibur at Draksis, now caught off guard by Mog's attack.Johnny looked over to Elia, "Don't suppose you have anything heavier in your arsenal?"Elia readied a spell, "I can try." Elia ran up to Draksis, jamming her staff into the crack in his armor, trying to get it in as much as possible before the crack healed over."Holy!" Elia cried out before a massive explosion of light from her staff threw her back. She hit the ground hard, knocking the wind out of her.Johnny ran up next to her, "Are you alright?"Elia coughed, "Fine, just a bit bruised. Remind me to never do that again."Johnny stood over the White Mage, shield ready, as he continued to delve into Draksis' mind.There's more to him. I have to find it.~Garland, Kefka's Tower~Garland looked at the Warrior as he felt a dark presence reveal itself in the tower, "I will deal with you in a second." Not turning to address the new arrival, Garland recognized the presence immediately. "Hmmph. Ganondorf," Garland said, his voice cold. Of course, after all this, now the dark king decides to show up. "You finally decide to reveal yourself after the battle has finished. How typical of you." Garland turned towards the man, "I am sure that you have proven successful in your own pursuits, then? The boy in the green tunic and your precious maiden of light?"~Sora, Cosmos, Corrin, and Lightning, Sanctuary~Sora laughed at Serena, "No, Pluto isn't my dog. He belongs to King Mickey. We've shared a few adventures together."But what Xion had said had interested him most of all."Roxas?" he said, rushing towards her. "You know Roxas?" Taking another look at the girl's face, he recognized her, "I saw you, when I was trapped in my dream. I saw Namine, but then she was you." Sora shook off that thought, "Anyways, Roxas!"Cosmos looked to Genesis, "I know of only three so far that I did not summon. Elsa, Lightning and the one called Ventus."Corrin looked aside for a moment, "Strange. I thought only you and Chaos had warriors here. We must have a third party running around."Lightning rolled her eyes, "Great. And I thought my world was convoluted enough as it was. Now I'm here in a battle between two gods and some third force."Corrin nodded, "Well, I admit it wouldn't be the first time for me."~Laguna and Squall, northeast of Lifespring Grotto~Laguna and Squall had waited for a bit after Elsa had run off, but now Squall was getting restless."She's not coming back," Squall said, grabbing Laguna's shoulder and motioning to the east. "We should get going. We might make it to Sanctuary before night hits."Laguna, still looking off in the distance, could only respond with a tinge of sadness in his voice, "Yeah, alright. I just hope she knows what she's doing."

- Draksis - The Conqueror - Lufenia, Annoyied.

 

Whether Draksis's attack on mog worked or not, he did not have time, nor the reaction to dodge or block Johnny's slash, the attack staggered him in his damaged form, but that wasn't the worst thing, the worst was that the attack created an opening big enough for Elia to stick her staff inside Draksis and cast holy.

 

Both a curse and a blessing, since Draksis could convert holy energy into darkness...it still hurt...and still posed a large threat, and an explosion from inside his armor followed. Creating a large cloud of smoke where Draksis was, silence followed, albeit they could feel Draksis still remained in the area.

 

Johnny would find Draksis speaking to him telepathicaly again. "You wish to find more about me...then I will show you beginning of it all..." Draksis spoke to Johnny inside his mind as he allowed the man to delve into it deeper. Draksis was in full control over this, he wanted for Johnny to search it, restricting what he could see and what he could not.

 

The smoke dissipated as the dark vortex began to act up again, now sending energy directly to Draksis or rather his lifeless armor, as it began absorbing the energy from the vortex, Draksis's spirit manifested between Johnny and Elia. Doing a palm strike at johnny, sending a strong shockwave to push him back, considering he was busy diving into his memories, he wouldn't have much time to react to this. As he did that Draksis's armor began to vanish and its particles flying towards his spirit, now standing over Elia.

 

Elia would witness Draksis's armor reconstructing itself into his spirit right in front of her entering his Destroyer armor, tired of playing games, he was getting serious now. Not only was he impaled by a white teddy bear, but he had suffered an explosion from the inside.

 

"..." Draksis stood silent as he took a few steps forward at Elia, before she could react Draksis had already dashed behind her and grabbed her by the back of her neck. Draksis's hold was like of Iron, making her feel it through her entire body, Draksis attempted to disarm her of her staff with his free hand.

 

"I take no pleasure in this, but you decided to get involved in this fight." Draksis spoke to Elia as he began draining her energy, both holy and life energy for a little time, hurting her as he threw her forward, and at the same time creating a dark orb that would explode on proximity to her, with a large blast.

 

 

 

Draksis is back at Destroyer mode.
