Xathnan listened intrigued " what did you have in mind?" xathnan didnt trust the clown but a partnership wouldn't be such a bad idea.

"We team up to take on these cosmos punks. We urterly destroy them!!!!!!!" kefka said enthusiasticly.

 

"I like that you sound like a reasonable guy Kefka. Lets draw them out."

 

"Good because i need to cause some destruction and mayhem!!!!!!!!"

Link. Aqua. Two new recruits to the force. But this lady with the pink hair was another matter entirely.Johnny took a slight sigh before explaining, "You've found yourself on a battlefield between two gods. We..." Johnny motioned to the group around them, most of whom were beginning to leave to explore the outside world. "...serve the goddess Cosmos." Johnny made a quick motion towards the throne, where the Warrior and Cosmos had begun to settle with Lisa. "We're opposing a force led by Chaos, a god of discord." Johnny made a quick motion to the group of five, prepped to go to Melmond as he continued, "We're going to venture to Melmond to take care of a small trouble maker. Do you want to help us take him down?"----------Corrin looked at the two other warriors, Xion and Terra. They had been summoned like Magus and himself, but he could feel that they were different."You wouldn't mind telling us two what your plan is, would you?"----------Garland watched the four warriors from the centerpiece of the Chaos Shrine. Dissent, at the beginning of the cycle. Garland sighed. Chaos choose his warriors for their power, not their heart. Four warriors already appeared to want to abandon their lord. But they could be persuaded.Garland had noticed in no small part that the boy named Xanden had already started to interfere with Cosmos' warriors. Risky, but it appeared to be working.What Garland noticed more were the two that had appeared in Sanctuary. The female soldier and the mother. Two warriors chosen by no god. Garland began to wonder, 'What is the dragon up to? Has he any stake in this war?'Garland pushed these issues aside. He would take these two for Chaos. Garland teleported himself to Melmond and approached the boy and the clown, Kefka."Perhaps you have room for another in your party?"

Elsa hoped that the battle wouldn't last long, because she wanted to go home. She felt like Alice when she was in Wonderland. Except it was much different than that, of course. But she didn't want to back out now, because she would feel like a coward and be ashamed of herself for that. Besides, she promised herself that she would do it for Lisa. Heck, she would do it again. Lisa had soon fallen asleep in Cosmos' arms.

Lightning looked at the man questionably.

"I serve no god." She said, "However, if it will lead me home, then I shall join you, for as long as I need to. I can clearly see that your cause is just."

Lightning unsheathed her Gunblade, ready to fight.

"The name is Lightning. What's yours and your friends over there?" Lightning said looking at them all.

Xathnan looked at the armored warrior in distaste.  "you are the one known as garland?  No stranger to battle.  We welcome as many allies because ive stirred up They're emotions.  And a large group is heading this way"  xathnan flashed a wicked grin.  I hope your ready for some."          

                                 Kefka started to laugh histerically.  "i'm ready to stir them up and leave nothing but ash!!!!!!!                     Xathnan had a look of concern though.  "what do you make of that corrin fellow Garland?"                                                                                                                        the warrior looked to lightning "I have no name that i can remember.  That doesnt stop me from doing what is right.  I have no memories but they are not needed at present."  The warrior holds out his hand to Lightning

~Aqua~*sigh* She never expected to be one of Cosmos's Warriors. she nodded. "of course. I'll try anything to help out." She decided to asked them about Terra. " I wonder if any of you know person named Terra? he's a friend of mine." ~Link~*nods* he agrees to help them . He saved his world before, so he doesn't mind to do it. Link noticed Aqua's weapon is a giant key. "Say Aqua right? What is the named of your sword? He asked.

Corrin looked at the two other warriors, Xion and Terra. They had been summoned like Magus and himself, but he could feel that they were different."You wouldn't mind telling us two what your plan is, would you?"

~Terra~"I'm fighting the darkness" he replied them. " I made a lot of bad choices in the past." he remembers all the things what he had done. "that is why I need to talk a goddess named Cosmos. Maybe she can get rid of the darkness inside Me." He said ~Xion~ After hearing Terra's past, she felt bad for him. "I'm sorry..." She said. Lightning looks at the Warrior of Light and Elsa.

"Pleasure..." she says reluctantly.

She turns to the rest of the group. "You have yet to introduce yourselves. What is with the silence.?"

Lightning tightens the grip on her Gunblade, feeling uneasy about joining this unknown army, fighting another unknown army for an unknown cause. She looked towards the direction of Melmond.

Battle of gods? Yeah right. These people are crazy, but I see no other way of finding a way home. Lightning thought to herself.

She started becoming restless.

"When do we venture off into battle? I have no time to waste." She questioned.

Johnny smiled. Lightning would be a completely different sort of ally, but he could work with her like he worked with Jaina."My name is Johnny Mercer," he replied. He pointed to his shoulder, where Taybor had already reclined, "This is Taybor, my fairy." Pointing to the rest, he addressed them, "This is Aqua, Link and..." Johnny stopped at the Moogle. He hadn't gotten the little guy's name. "Sorry, Moogle, what was your name again?"-----------Garland scoffed at the boy, "I care not for your petty conflict with those warriors. I care only for the two unsummoned by Chaos or Cosmos." Garland raised his sword to his side, "I am here to take them to Chaos unscathed. You two can do with the others as you please." Garland's mind wandered to the leader of the group, "And I face the man with the massive sword."

Garland coldly regarded the boy, "The Warrior. I knew him. He slayed me in combat before..." Garland stopped his train of thought, "It matters not about the Warrior. And in your wondering of Corrin and Magus..." Garland smiled under his helmet, "Their allegiance shall be shown soon enough. Should they try to abandon us for Cosmos, we shall correct their course of action."

Xathnan smiles coldly.  "sounds like my kind of party.  So your interested in that woman and child?  But why?  They seem to be nothing more than ordinary people  what could chaos stand to gain?

Garland calmly replied, "The two women and the child were not brought here like we were. I suspect we may have a third party involved now. I want to find out who brought them here and why."

Elsa then said to Johnny, "So, um, when shall we go to that place? You know, Melmond?" She really wanted this to be over, because she knew her family and friends were probably worried down to the bone. Plus, she wanted try out her powers on the person whose voice had threatened to hurt her child.

A thid party?  Intriguing.  Very well They're  yours.             Kefka starting to get inpatient goes up to Garland's face and screams "Can we destroy them NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!  Im growing inpatient I need to wreck SOMETHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"       Xathnan grabs Kefka  away from Garland and tells him " He's not the person to piss off and you know that.    Kefka just laughs "I don't  fear the tin man.

Johnny got Excalibur adjusted and Taybor took flight for a bit as Johnny adjusted his equipment, "As soon as everyone else on our wrecking crew is ready, Elsa. I can't wait to show that punk some manners." Johnny's voice began to get a bit aggressive, "Taunting us on our turf, threatening a child..." Johnny's voice began to lighten once more, laughing as he talked, "...knocking down two perfectly good pillars! I mean, come on! That's messing up the Feng Shui!"---------Garland regarded his sword again, "Clown, you will get your chance. They won't take longer than an hour to get here. Until then, should I remind you why Chaos regards me highest?" Garland then pulled a small red stone from a satchel, "Or should I give you a small distraction from your worries?"

Elsa giggled a bit, but then went back to being serious. She looked at Lisa, who was still fast asleep, and said to herself quietly, "I hope that warrior can protect my little girl..." She knew she would never forgive the voice that had wanted to kill her little one. She then decided to keep a mantra in her head, in which she said over and over that she'll do it for Lisa.

Lightning was getting impatient as well. Her desperate desire to go home was getting stronger and stronger by the minute. The will to fight was also increasing. While waiting she decided to prepare. She walked far away from the army to practice her magic. Fire, Blizzard, Cure and Thunder. She felt all those and more will be needed in the war and to also find her way home.

 

Up until now, she hadn't thought about it. Who had brought her to this battlefield? How had they done it? And for what purpose? These are questions she had to find the answer to, one way or another.

 

Lightning practiced for a few minutes, enough to feel comfortable with her magic. She returned to the group and sat on the ground and waited for departure.

"it's called a Keyblade." She answered Link's question. "Only people with a strong heart can wield it." *smiles*

She started to worried about Terra. Who knows what will happen to him. She trained along with the other warriors, then after 7 minutes, she sat down and sigh.

Mog felt embarrassed that Johnny didn't remember his name.

The moogle answered Johny: "My name is Mog, Excalibur dude, kupo!"

The moogle was thinking about training a bit. It's been a year since he had a real battle, not against common monsters that tried to eat him, but powerful warriors.

He decided to train at his dragoon skills first. "I should walk away for the training, kupo..." the moogle thought, knowing the land from the jumps is quite dangerous to the people in his area, he walked a bit away and trained in his dragoon skills. After jumping a number of times, Mog felt that he is still skilled in his dragoon skills. and trained in magic afterwards.The moogle still knew how to use the basic black magic-fire, blizzard, thunder and some basic white magic-cure, protect and shell, but forgot the mid-level magic-fira, blizzara, thundara and cura. The moogle remembered how he learned thunder and thundara: "If only the old dude would appear again, Kupo..." it was then when he remembered his dreams about Ramuh. Mog remembered how to use thundara, and after using it for a while, remembered back fira ,blizzara and cura.  Mog was still trained in his geomancer skills, since he used them to kill groups of monsters that wanted to eat him. He then came back for the group: "I am ready, kupo!"

Magus, after hearing Terra, told him his thoughts about the subjects. The warriors of cosmos want to defeat the warriors of chaos, after all. They do not want to help them. 

"I doubt cosmos will help you...and even if she will, her warriors will not look into the matter lightly."

Magus wondered a while about the similarity between Xion and Terra. Both of them did not have any weapon, and magus could tell Terra was a warrior, not a spellcaster. 

You two know each other? It seems that you are from the same-ti...emm... world. Magus was confused between world travel and time travel. He was used to travel in time after all, not to other worlds.

"That's the risk I willing to take. I don't care what will happy happened to me, all I care about is everyone's safety including my friends." He said. " And you, Xion. Why did Chaos choose you to be well, one of us?" He looks at Xion she seemed harmless and a little shy. however he sense some power inside her, a keyblade power, and for unknown reason, he just saw her turning into Ventus for a few seconds, then later changed back. ("V-Ven?!") He was shocked to see that.

"that's very nice of you, Terra." she still remember the good times with her and her friends. *small smiles* "oh. To be honest, I don't know who brought me back. I passed away a year ago." She said. It brings back a memory of a battle between Her and her friend, Roxas. *sigh* "what about you two?" she said. Xion is curious about Corrin and Magus. She placed her hands on her chest.

Kefka cringed "I dnt know why you go around collecting rocks but have it your way!!!!!!!!!!"   Xathnan chuckled seeing the psychotic clown cower in fear.  He wondered how Cosmos's warriors were doing becaues he had been itching for a fight.  He knew Garland was strong and wanted to fight him one day.  He put the thoughts behind him.  He knew this wasnt the time                                            

 

The warrior turned to Cosmos "What are your thoughts on this?  What kind of force are we dealing with?  He had enough power to entice us here in sanctuary without phisically being here.  What can he do in battle then?"   The warrior looked concerned as he asked this.  He wanted to protect Cosmos and Lisa.  He was ready to draw his weapon in a split second.

Magus replied to Terra:"I see. Well, if you know the risk and you are willing to take it, that's fine."

He could understand what Terra is feeling. He does want to save his sister after all.

Upon hearing that Xion's passed away a year ago, Magus was interested: "So Chaos can revive the dead... or maybe it wasn't even him."

Magus then replied to Xion's question: " I guess Chaos chose me for my power. Before getting summoned I had a battle with a creature that had powers comparable to Chaos. I defeated it before with the help of my allies, but it revived itself by merging with my sister, becoming more powerful than ever. I was about to be destroyed by it, but then I was summoned here"

Johnny sighed in relief, "Mog the Moogle...of course." Checking with a few other warriors still there as the others trained, Johnny got a bead on where Melmond is."Melmond is just a short walk away from here," he called out to the group, now six with Lightning. "We follow the shoreline on our left, we'll hit it in no time."Johnny began the trek to Melmond.-----------Corrin shook his head, "I can only guess that Chaos summoned each of us due to our power. All I know is this: I refuse to fight his war for him." Corrin began to walk further and pointed out the outlying island, "I suggest we move to out there, to avoid any entanglement from the others. We've probably done enough to be suspicious."Corrin thought to himself, 'Why us? What did Chaos want our power so badly for? We shouldn't even be on his side.'-----------Garland chuckled as he tucked away the stone again. 'Soon, creature, you too shall enter the conflict,' he thought, reaffirming his plans. The man would fall, then the warrior, then he takes the woman with the other two to Chaos. 'Soon, my thirst for battle and my thirst for knowledge shall be quenched.'

Xathnan looked out in the distance to where the warriors would be coming.  He was overcome with excitement.  He was used to this.  Back in his world the darkness had consumed many so there was always someone to fight.  Here tho he had to use words to get others to fight.  So it was no suprise Xathnan thought of them as being spineless.
