Shimmy 458 Posted April 22, 2016 I AM ALWAYS PRO HAIRCUT IN THIS SERIES I'm crying because there's a mullet-mohawk, the most impractical edgy haircut that covers one eye, antennae as hair, bishounen silky hair that is physically impossibly spiky at the top, and of course my personal favorite: Ginger Sonic the Hedgehog. This is to show that Riku has redeemed himself from the darkness and mastered it, hence why he becomes a Keyblade Master at the end. DDD is primarily about Riku really. Peace! It's not enough to get on my nerves but it is enough to make me roll my eyes. I'm genuinely glad Riku got his hair cut, because in my culture it signifies starting anew and well... it suits him. He's done being a negative nancy and he's looking to the future so there's no need for the designers to design him with bangs (or blindfolds) covering his eyes. Those days are done. But as we know he's Riku and you can only be so positive when you're Riku. It's in his blood mate. That being said he's definitely getting more cheerful lately which personally is a welcome change. I can't say that I dislike his short hair, as I like both his short and long hair! It looks like he might be sticking with the short hair, though, but I don't really mind!
