Roleplay Infinite World (Roleplay Thread)

Recommended Posts

Here's how it works

----------------------------

- The overall theme is Fantasy (because I love it so much) with a starting time period similar to the Seven Deadly Sins anime (Medieval) (Abilities and magic are included).

- Role-players submit summary of an arc idea to add to the story-line. I'll accept 4-5 for this role-play, each leading to the "final story".

- The Role-Players are in complete control of his/her own arc, but I will announce whose arc is first and next.

- Also, according to the Utopia Building System, each character that completes this role-play gets saved and can be used for any "Advanced" level role-play in the future.

- If you're interested, just fill out a sign-up sheet and/or private message me a summary of your arc.

Rules

-------------------------------

- No Godmodding

- No player-killing without the player's permission

- Romance allowed, but not too much.

- All KH rules apply!

- Put Infinite Limits at the end of your Character sheet to show that you've read everything.

- If I forgot any rules, I'll probably add them sometime today.

Alright Here We GO!

INTRODUCTION

-------------------------

(Let's find a way to meet up at Spellstone Village guys)

"Hmph. I thought you claimed this one as your strongest spellsword," Lars said as he stared at the broken blade while sitting on a bandit. He was traveling on the road from a near-by town when he was attacked by a group of bandits who claimed their spellswords as "authentic". Though the battle was short-lived, Lars made sure he enjoyed it... partially. "Well, whatever," Lars got up and dropped the broken blade on the ground and started stretching his arms. "You'll.. You'll pay for this!!" The bandits screeched as they took off in the other direction. "Hey now, you guys were the ones who attacked me," Lars sighed. Anyway, the village was in sight. A smirk found its way across Lars' face. "Spellstone Village, the place rumored to have many secrets," Lars said to himself. This is where he might be able to find that secret he had so desperately searched for. He, once again, began trudging in the direction of the village.

Laying up in a tree, a little girl with fox ears and 3 fox tails laid there sleeping with her left arm dangling down from the branch. Her fox ear twitched from the sounds she heard. Her eyes slightly opened after all the yelling from that man. Mujakina slowly rose her head and yawned. She brought her arm back on the branch and stretched on all fours...Then laid back down. Now that she was awake, she was quickly bored. But then she saw that man pass by. It must be him that woke her up with his voice. Well, she was bored anyway. Only one thing to do.

She got up on all fours again, kneeled down, took a pouncing stance...Then leaped off the branch and tackled Lars to the ground. She sat on his back, still on all fours and looked down at his head. She then laid down with her 3 fox tails swaying from side to side. And she stuck out her tongue just because. Now Miji-Chan was somewhat satisfied. But not completely. She licked her hand, still bored now that she was awake. "Mm......BOOOOOOOOOOOOORED-DUH!" She suddenly just blurted out before laying on Lars's back again.

Noticing an object launching itself at him within his peripheral vision, Lars attempted to quickly evade the potential threat. However, as clumsy as he was at times, he tripped forward over a root, knocking him off balance for a second, and allowing the object to tackle him to the ground. "Owwww," Lars said as he took a second to recollect himself. "Mm......BOOOOOOOOOOOOORED-DUH!" Lars heard from the object on his back. He turned over to see what had landed on him. Obviously, if it were a threat, he would've been finished right then and there.

Lars stared at the little fox-girl with immense curiosity. "So.. uh... what are you supposed to be now?" Lars asked rather bluntly. He had never seen a creature like this before. He's come across goblins, dwarves, and orcs.. but never a fox-girl.

Mijii-Chan stared at the boy's eyes intently. She yawned once more and laid her head on him, still apparently bored. "Miji-Chan's a girl." She responded with a child-like voice. One of her fox tails began to tickle the boy's nose for some reason. Miji-Chan just laid there, not having a care in the world at the moment. Just laying the guy that interrupted her peaceful slumber.

"...You woke Miji-Chan." She then said.

"What..." Lars paused before he continued his sentence. This is weird. I need to get away, he thought. He picked Miji-Chan up and put her down to the side. "Sorry, I have something to do in the next town. See you... uh.. around I guess?" Lars started on the path again slowly, The village was becoming more visible at this point. Lars took a look back to see if the fox-girl was following him. What a weird day so far, Lars sighed

Miji-Chan blinked twice, licked her hand like a cat again, then leaped towards Lars and clung herself to his leg, wrapping her arms and legs and tails around it.

"You woke Miji-Chan...You get Miji-Chan." She then said, still clinging on his leg. "Walk." She demanded.

"No please, I don't know anything, I swear!" The green haired Mage glared down at the Dark Mage. "Pathetic." She voiced her thoughts. Only minutes before the man was over confidently claiming that he was going to kill her and offer her death as a sacrifice for one of his Spells, and now he was begging for his own life. Still, even if he had worked with them, he wasn't one of the scum who had killed her uncle. Ah well, she would turn him in then. With enough evidence that even if the court was rigged, he wouldn't be getting out of prison any time soon. "You are going to give me all the details on any victims or witnesses of yours that might still be alive. You will then write a complete written confession in front of three people and give a spoken one to the judge. Lastly, you will give me the names of any other Mages who have worked under these employers that you know of." He wouldn't bother trying to escape if they found out he was a rat, prison would be safer. And if he didn't comply, well... Taria Adair's hands tightened around her staff.

A few hours later, the Mage was halfway to her next destination. Spellstone Village. She couldn't help but bounce a bit as she walked. This was the last one. Then it was on to Doliene. 'Uncle,' she thought, with a smile to the heavens, 'I'm ready. Those monsters will never take anyone again.'

Lars heard the fox-girl's demands. "Yeah, yeah, but why my leg?" Lars sighed. It didn't look like he'd be getting rid of the mysterious fox-girl anytime soon. He walked forward until he was finally at the gates of the village. Two guards donned in steel armor were stationed at the gate. "Halt. What business do you have here?" One of the guards demanded an answer. Lars bowed to the two. "I am a weary traveler in search of supplies for my next adventure," Lars replied. He couldn't tell them the real reason he was there. Lars has heard in the past that because Spellstone Village is such an historic and mysterious village, the military keeps troops stationed there.

The guard looked down to see the fox-girl still on Lars' leg.

"And what is that?"

"This is uh... Miji-Chan.. a rare fox-girl..... er... my.... friend?" Lars responded.

"Then why is she there?" The other guard questioned seeming suspicious of the two.

"An...imalistic tendencies?" Lars knew he was cutting it close with this one.

Please don't say anything that would make this backfire Miji-Chan, Lars prayed.

"This boy woke Miji-Chan up. Now Miji-Chan is getting him back for waking her." She said. Her ears twitched and she yawned again. Miji then climbed up Lars' leg, all the way up to his back and hung on to his shoulders. "Miji-Chan lives here with Auntie-San. Go to Auntie-San. Miji-Chan's hungry and needs food." She said. Miji-Chan laid her head on Lars' shoulder, still having that blank expression, not even a smile was cracking.

"...Hurry up. Miji-Chan gets really antsy when she's hungry. Food. Now." She demanded. Then there was a growling sound. A ferocious sound. The growling of a tiger...No a lion...No, a bear...No, it's....

"That's Miji-Chan's tummy growling...." She raised her head and looked up at the sky. "FFFOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD!!" Her head laid back on Lars' shoulder and her eyes looked at Lars. "....Miji-Chan needs food."

The guards looked at each other in a bit of confusion. "I.. had a weird day," Lars said assuming what they were thinking. There was a quick moment of silence. One of the guards cleared his throat. "Well, you may pass, but don't cause any trouble here. You will become an enemy of the government if you do," The guard warned. The world was run by one government (called the New World Government). Apparently there was some kind of world war that ended in a permanent ceasefire on all sides. Since then, the world was run by one government. Lars didn't understand it all, but he always pushed it to the side. Lars nodded and passed through the gate.

Lars gazed upon such a beautiful and bustling village. Some mages traveled on brooms to get from place to place while others walked the streets. The village was large - almost like a city. There were merchants on the main roads selling weaponry, food, armor, nearly all the necessities of a traveler. However, there was a noticeably large tree within the center of the village. Lars ignored it. He was here for a reason.

"Ah Spellstone Village! I'm finally here!" Lars took a deep breath. All of his travels were over. Here he would find his answers. Then again, this fox-girl did say she was hungry, Lars thought. He paused and sighed deeply. "Where is your aunt?" Lars asked Miji-Chan.

Miji-Chan looked at Lars, with an almost annoyed look. "Her name is Auntie. Auntie-San." She then laid her head on his shoulder. "Auntie-San lives in a flower shop. Her best seller are Sunflowers." She said. She then climbed on top of Lars's head and sat there. Her fox tails then merged together and transformed into a red arrow, pointing straight ahead. "Go to Auntie-San. Miji-Chan is still hungry."

Lars sighed as he walked in the direction to the flower shop. All he had to do now was take this fox-girl to Auntie and go about his merry way.

After walking a few minutes, Lars came upon a building with a variety of roses, sunflowers, tulips, and other beautiful flowers station outside. "Is this the building?" Lars asked Miji-Chan. He looked inside. Looks closed, Lars thought to himself.

"Yes. Aunite-San lives here." Miji-Chan said. Her arrow was pointing straight at it. "Go inside." She said next.

"Auntie-San" was cleaning the paintings of the shop. The blonde haired lady wore a green dress with sunflowers all over it. She hummed peacefully as she cleaned. "Have to keep things nice around here." She said to herself.

"See.. I don't wanna stay," Lars began to say indicating that he had something to do. From the corner of his eyes, he saw a couple of people staring both him and Miji-Chan down. They wore black bandanas decorated with crossbones and were dressed as if they were thieves. He opened the door. He was warned not to start any trouble here, so he wouldn't.

"Hello, I'm coming in. Anybody here?" Lars announced.

"Hm? Oh, sorry sir, but we're closed." The short-blonde haired woman said cleaning the paintings. She turned around to speak again, but then she saw...

"Miji-Chan!"

"Auntie-San!" For the first time today, the fox-girl smiled and jumped off of Lars's head and ran on all fours heading straight for Auntie, who embraced her in her arms. "There you are! Little Miji, where have you been?" She asked. Miji-Chan pointed at Lars. "Miji-Chan got woke up by that man, so Miji-Chan was stuck with him." Auntie-San looked at Lars worried. "Oh...I hope she wasn't too much trouble..."

Taria met the guards' eyes with a cheerful smile as she bounced up to the impressive gate.

"Hello!" It was almost painfully easy to see the soldiers' thoughts fly across their faces. Young woman, no armor, friendly, probably not a threat. Green hair, a bit odd, but harmless enough. Carrying a staff, though, so all of the above could be completely irrelevant. Dang it. They were going to ask questions.

"Halt, traveller." The guard on the left spoke first. "What brings you to Spellstone?"

"I'm here to visit my cousin, Ellen! She's getting married soon you know, don't quite like the husband, but family is family, after all, and she has a lovely dress, too! My mother thinks it's too lacy, but I think it's just fantastic."

"That's..." The guard on the right interrupted as soon as she stopped for breath, looking slightly uncomfortable. Poor thing. "Lovely. Well, make sure you don't cause any trouble in the town." The green haired Mage thanked the guards profusely with the same big smile, and walked into the town, her grin becoming a bit more devious. The best way to keep people from prying was to give them more answers than they wanted, she had found. Worked like a charm. Where to first then? She had a bit of extra time... Book store! Did they have a book store? She thought she remembered a good one, but then maybe not. It had been a few years. The Mage decided too keep looking around. Gaining a bit more familiarity with the town certainly couldn't hurt.

Suddenly, something else caught Miji-Chan's eye. Her eye sparkled a bit when she saw a mage pass by the window. What did she want to do now before she ate....

"Huh? Miji-Chan!" Miji jumped out of Auntie-San's arms, ran on all fours out the door, turned to the opposite direction the Mage was heading, running as fast as she could and....

WHAM!

"Oh Miji-Chan..." Auntie-San groaned. Miji-Chan laid down on the Mage just like she did with Lars. "Miji-Chan tackled you." She said.

"Huh. So she randomly tackles random people. And here I thought she was just crazy," Lars mumbled to himself. He stepped outside to see Miji-Chan mounted onto the young female mage.

"Hey, need a hand?" Lars asked the girl. "You'll have to excuse her. She's a bit... childlike," Lars said assuming he knew everything about Miji-Chan.

Taria wasn't quite sure what had just happened. First she was walking, and then she was on the ground. An explanation from the weight on her back cleared things up a bit.

"Yes, you did." She agreed with the voice. She turned her head a bit to look at the person on her back. A fox girl? That was new. The Mage wondered how many traits... Miji-Chan, she had said? Had inherited from her fox side. She could think of a few scenarios where enhanced smell and sight could come in handy. Of course it could also be manipulated into a weak point, but- her thoughts were interrupted by another voice. A bit childlike? He sounded familiar, so these two probably knew each other well? She quickly looked over the blond boy, taking in the light armor and sword. A swordsman then?

"It's no problem!" Taria smiled up at the boy. "I needed to stop to talk to someone anyways. I don't suppose you two know where I could find a good bookstore?" The green haired girl would have gotten up, but she had been walking for hours and the ground was rather comfortable.

Miji-Chan jumped off of Taria, landing on the ground and licked her hand. Auntie-San sighed. "Miji-Chan, why do you tackle people?" She asked.

"When Miji-Chan gets bored or sees someone of interest, Miji-Chan tackles. It's Miji-Chan's specialty." She said with a snicker. Being her mischievous self, she loved making things happen. Tackling was the best action for causing events. Always worked out for her.

"Oh Miji-Chan..."

Lars sighed. Who did he really run into on that path? Well, seeing that Taria didn't plan on getting up, he retracted his hand. "About a bookstore.." Lars trailed off. "I don't know of any. Actually, it's my first time here," Lars finished. He looked around. The village was huge, almost like a town. It was not only easy to get lost, but hard to find things you're looking for.

"Miji-Chan might know of some things, so she can show you around town," Lars said as he attempted to take his leave.

Taria nodded at the swordsman's suggestion. "Is that ok with you, Miji-chan?" It would be helpful to have a person who knew the town if trying to find something, although she would have to drop the girl back off sooner rather than later if she wanted to accomplish her goals in coming here, it wouldn't do to have an innocent getting dragged into the affairs of Dark Magic.

The fox-girl licked her hand once again and shrugged. "Miji-Chan doesn't really care, nor does Miji-Chan mind. So Miji-Chan will show you." She said. Miji-Chan then jumped on Taria's head and sat on it, with her 3 tails swaying in front of the Mage's face. "Miji-Chan, don't you think maybe you should walk with our new friend instead of sitting on her?" Auntie-San said.

"Miji-Chan just woke up. Miji-Chan's too tired to walk." She said. "But you had the energy to tackle her..."

".....Good point." Miji-Chan then jumped off the mage's head and walked on all 4's. "Come on. Miji-Chan still wants to eat, so she wants to get back quickly." Miji-Chan said.

(Sorry guys. Summer Break started for me so I had to move things out of my dorm. I was busy but now I'm back to continue!)

Lars paced himself around town. Though he knew this place might have all the answers he was looking for and aspired to travel here, he had no idea on how to get the information he needed. Lars sighed. "Should've thought this through," he said. He passed by dozens of food and weapon venues. "You'd think they'd have some magic stores around here," Lars said to himself. By chance, just as he said that, he passed by a magic weapons shop. Lars walked inside.

"Woa! There's so much stuff here!" Lars said as he walked inside. From magic arrows to magic swords, it was the largest assortment of magic items Lars had ever seen in one place. "Hey! Come in here for some items?" The shopkeeper called to Lars. Lars walked up to him. "Call me Jeoff." The shopkeeper, Jeoff said.

(My AP tests are done!)

Taria waited until the fox girl had climbed off of her face, and then stood up, using her staff as a support.

"Thank you!" She smiled at the blonde haired boy and lady, before rushing after Miji-Chan. She shut her eyes for a moment as she walked, taking a deep breath of air. The town was so alive. All the smells and colors and shouts. She couldn't decide if it was wonderful or distracting. Opening her eyes, Taria bounced forward to talk to her guide.

"So," the Mage asked, "what is the most exciting thing you have done today?" The girl had greeted her by jumping on her back, and apparently it was a regular occurrence. If that was normal, she would love to see what exciting was to Miji-Chan.
