My first date.

It was on Thursday I asked my crush to gonna a date with me. I liked her for 7 months and school was almost over. So the best thing was to ask for a date to Applebee's and long movie. Surprisingly she said(elegant as she is, I was surprised) yes. I gave her my address, and thought she wouldn't come. Fast forward to Saturday 1:30. I just woke from a nap at 1:25 to play my PlayStation 4. Till at 1:30, I saw a car pull up to my drive way. That's when I saw her come out(a girl actually took their time to see me. In their car.A 2016 dodge charger) In my life my eyes were huge. I was like, "Kimberly actually came? She actually did? Like after all years of trying to have a date, she came." As I was stunned shocked, she arrived my doorstep. Let it be known I'm a black guy and she's a Hispanic girl(Cuban/Colombian). She asked are you ready? I wasn't and immediately went to dress. 5 mins pass, and I was ready. My family was talking to her, and we just went off. Shy as I was, I went in her car. We rode to Applebee's first and had to talk on the way. I was silent because she was driving (I was scared and shy). So when we got there I order the food for us. We had to wait, got appetizers, and try to talk. I was stuttering and blushing to make a good conversation. She obviously noticed, and was actually flattered. Fast forward, our food came. I had to eat slowly so I wouldn't talk of shyness. I had a big hunger so I kept eating while she was done. When I was done, she wiped food from my mouth. Highly surprised. And the the big finale, we went to see the good dinosaur. But had to wait an hour cause we were to early(it was at a mall) . so while we were in the mall, I was blushing the whole time and talked about food. She was being a friendly flirt, and got me more shaky, heck she even asked if I had a girlfriend. I asked do you have a boyfriend, she did say she not ready for dating. Fast forward to the movie, we watched it. We even had bought a big popcorn bucket. Her sat on my shoulder ignoring the fact I might pass out. Fast forward, the movie was over. We gotten into her car, and she drove me home. Complete shy silence for us because of me. She stopped at a Gas Stop. I was pumping her gas, and then she came back. I asked can I kissed her on the cheek, and she said yes. I went in for it. Till at the last second, she turned her head and my lips hit her lips. I was surprised and nearly blushed red. She said," that's just a gift. We're friends but that doesn't mean I can't give you a kiss as a reward." At that time, we went into her car. She was acting normal driving while I was wondering I got my first kiss. Minutes later, we stop at my house and I got a sweet hug from her. She hug me tight too. And said goodbye. I immediately went I to my house, and took a thinking nap(a nap were I dream of what I dream what I'm thinking). And that was it. My wonderful day.

 

Please tell me what you think. It's 100% true, not fake. Heck even tell me a story similar to mine. Thanks for reading.

When I saw this massive post I thought I would just briefly read it, but it actually gripped me and read through the whole thing, amazing day you had there man! Congratulations! I really think you can get to her even if she said that she wasn't ready to have a date!

Shit, dude. I'm down right happy for ya. lol. Took a little break from stressing out & studying for an exam I have tomorrow to get on here. Read this first thing and it made me smile. Brought back some fond memories of y pseudo-first date.

Not a bad story. I've never been on a date myself (and probably never will) I'm just uncomfortable asking girls out. But it was a very good story.

That was such a cute story!  It sounds like you two make an excellent couple and have a few similarities (if she was kind of quiet it sounds like she was pretty shy, too).  A very sweet girl, from what you're describing, and I truly hope things work out for the two of you in the future.  It sounds like the ideal and amazing first date to me!

Aw, I think that it's awesome that you worked up the courage to ask your crush out! And as I read through the story, I could tell you two had a great time together! I am so happy you shared this with us!!! That was so entertaining to read, from the disbelief that she actually came to your house to her turning her face and kissing her on the lips!!! Just out of curiosity, and you do not have to share this if you don't want to, how old were you when this happened and how long ago did it happen?
