So, would you like to see VR (Virtual Reality) in Kingdom Hearts?

There are various things to consider with VR so I'm sure there'll be interesting opinions here.

As for myself, I'm scared of fish faces.

I won't be getting VR any time soon, and when I do I am hoping the price has gone down. So I would really hate to see a Kingdom Hearts title that could only be played via VR, and those who don't have VR can't play the game. This wouldn't be fair to people who have the game system but couldn't play the game still. And plus, there are some people who can get sick or have something go wrong because their bodies can't control VR, and if they are a fan of KH, then it would be like they are left out on the curve because they can't handle VR, if there were to be a VR exclusive title. I say let a game have that option, but don't make it 100% needed, like how they handled 3D in games on the PS3.

The closest to VR in KH that i could remember is KH2's First person mode. you could move and attack at the same time and i absolutely love how you could do that. if that functionality (first person movement & attacking) is in KH3, i would be glad.

I don't see why not. As long as they don't make it required. Maybe a bonus mini game or have an option to play the entire game like that.

But as long as I can chose wether or not I want it. That way the option will still be there, but I can also enjoy the game traditionally.

Give more options to the players, while not forcing it on to them. Just like character customization in Smash 4

P.S. Even though I'm less than 2 weeks from being 20, I still don't know home to spell "wether" ;3;

If the VR is initiated properly, yes. After watching SAO, it's hard to trust VR, especially without any experience with it. If I could just try it once...

Rock on!

what if they made a KH game SAO style...

I've always been interested with the concept of VR since I first heard of it.  Being able to see and travel through a world in a game without the need of looking at a character's backside is kind of nice. To have it in one my favorite videogame franchises sounds pretty cool to me.  But more as an option, not a requirement.

I'm not even sure if I'll invest in VR. It might just be the next "3D Gaming". Games will undoubtedly still be glitchy, and how are 3rd person games going to be handled. It may not even be successful.

Oh god, imagine using that Astro Blaster attack with actual VR goggles! O3O

Plus it would be fun to incorporate the PS Move controller in to the Keyblade action, even if it is just rudimentary Twilight Princess style swinging, though that's just an option. But yeah I think it would be a cool idea to see how creative they could get with VR, anything and everything should be considered for Kingdom Hearts in some form in the future! <3

I'm not against the concept. VR in itself is not a bad thing and I'm sure it's going to be a great investment later down the line. But as far as it connects to Kingdom Hearts, I can't see the point, although I'm open minded to the possibilities.

Well, for me at least, it all depends on how well the Virtual Reality work would be done, ya know?  I'm more of an old fashioned controller guy myself, but if Kingdom Hearts were to go into Virtual Reality, I'd consider it.  Like I said, if it's done well, I'll take a peek, ya know? :3

Well since Nomura likes to put his games on every system under the sun (and others) I would not put it past him to make a plot heavy KH game for VR.

Not that I care, I'm getting my PS VR day one!  So stoked for it!

That would be awesome but I don't think the PS4 would be powerful enough to do that. I guess they could make some minigames or something which are VR compatible.

Gummy ship missions would be pretty cool in VR.
