With Jim Cummings (voice of Pete, Tigger, Winnie the Pooh and more characters) and Bill Farmer (voice of Goofy) confirmed to have already done some voice acting already, and the possibility of Steve Burton (voice of Cloud) doing voice acting this week for it, how far into the english dubbing process do you think Kingdom Hearts 3 is?

21-40% with a low possibility of 41-60%

Many voice actors are coming out saying they've done stuff.

We already know that Ben Diskin and a mystery voice actor, many people in the community, myself included, seem to feel it's Drake Bell voicing Young Eraqus, have already done some things since the trailer conversation is done.

Bill Farmer, voice of Goofy, said that he's been recording lines for KHIII for years.

And recently Steve Burton, voice of Cloud Strife, said that he is going to be doing some things soon.

So it might be pretty safe to assume that we're actually getting a worldwide release, if the English dub is being done alongside game development.

I honestly don't think it's that far, but I have heard that the voices are the first things that get recorded.

Usually it's the opposite haha, especially when it's an English localization of voice acting, but it seems it's getting done parallel to the game development which might suggest a worldwide release, like I said.

Well generally, voice actors record their lines LOOONG before the game releases, plus with no mocapping involved, they should be done.... Not, I have no freakin' idea, I could probably guess the games full development being nearly half completed, so... Yeaaahh...

EDIT: Forgot to mention, it's a Japanese developed game, now that's funny...

They've reached as far as they can. Simple as that. To answer the question...21-40% or 41-60%. Leaning towards the 21% option.

I do think that they are almost done doing the voice acting for Kingdom Hearts III. It is because they announced Kingdom Hearts 2.8, that they are purposefully slowing down the development of the game to make sure that 2.8 catches up to the development of Kingdom Hearts III.

Same.I also think he sounds an awful like Drake Bell.

I'd still say it's in the early half, but considering all the actors that have been coming out so far there is a fair chance that there might be a bit more scenes recorded than we might think. In any case odds are by 2017 a good deal of the game will be voiced, if not complete entirely.

Im gonna give it the benefit of the doubt & say about 45%. Square enix seems to be aiming for a English release fairly close to, if not the same time, as the japanese release sorta like with FF XV. So ill say the voice recording for the dub is nearly halfway through.

Considering that there are currently more and more voice actors coming out and confirm that they recorded or are going to record for KH3, i assume that the process is almost halfway done (i might be a bit too optimistic here). But what gets me more hyped about this stuff is that this could mean KH3 itself (everything besides voicing) seems to be completed and that its existing as a playable version in the development studios.
