KHUX [SPOILERS] New "Heartless": Black Costume

What do you think these things are, do you think that they are a new type of heartless or do you think they are keyblade wielders corrupted by darkness or something else.

 

I personally think they are keyblade wielders since they talk, have paints, are very human-like, and can use the lanes. Also, i can tell if the X has something to do with telling if they are heartless or not or it could be a Recusant's sigil which could hint that somebody else could be controlling them.

true but they could be like how dark riku was or how sora was when he became a heartless, and if they are truly heartless then are they pure bloods, emblems (which i doubt), or a new type of heartless.

What if he has become one of these things, but retained part of his consciousness to project himself astrally to the dreams of Player and Skuld?

if the translation is good I think those 3 creatures are just the heartless of 3 keyblade weilders (don't know if pureblood or emblem heartless)I believe the player and Skuld are shocked by this because the heartless they normally defeat are "illusion" created by the book of prophecy (I'm assuming they know about the book however) or maybe they are simply shocked because they didn't know humans can "become" heartless Edited March 6, 2016 by MasterLorX

are you really sure they can talk? because if it's true I don't even know what to think about themhowever their aspect is very similar to that of the heartless and dark chirithy talks of them being swallowed by the darkness, normally when someone gets swallowed by the darkness he becomes a heartlesscould they be special intelligent heartless?

Yeah, it could be a new intelligent heartless somewhere in between Ansem and Sora. Technically, Sora was a talking heartless from Hallow bastion to the beginning of KH2, they could be a few notches down from that state of being.

If you look at the heartless of keyblade wielders in particular Sora and Terranort ( Ansem the Seeker of Darkness) then things start to make sense. Both heartless were retained their consciousness and as we know in the case of Ansem SOD was able to speak). My only issue is that when a strong willed person becomes a heartless then a nobody is created too and if they were previous wielders then their nobodies should be very powerful and thus far nobodies have been absent from CHI... Maybe in UCHI if square wanted to highlight the differences between the games have them show up instead?

I was talking more about the consciousness side of things. Yes Ansem sod was an Emblem and Sora's heartless was a Pureblood. However Sora's heartless retained his level of consciousness. I mean one could argue you were playing as him so techically it doesn't count- however the heartless showed recognition of Donald; Goofy and Kairi and did not attack the group whereas the shadows which spawned next to them went to attack suggesting that they lacked the capacity of some sort of free will. Which I link back to perhaps the heartless of keyblade wielders due to havjng strong hearts retain their consciousness.
